The greed is rooted too far in the dealership's culture . Had all document and financing ready with an appointment to pick up the car. The manager forced the sales agent to give up the keys so he can sell it for more than what we had agreed on. Really cheap !!

They wouldn't give me a straight answer. Kept leading me on that they had an "e-price" but then when push came
to shove they said, they don't negotiate on their price. Claimed that their "really expensive software" determines
market price even though Cargururs and other sites said the vehicle was overpriced. The manager did reach out to
me after I complained and admitted that he overpaid for this trade in so he could sell the new car. He wanted me to
then overpay for his mistake.

The best car buying experience!!
MB of Foothill Ranch was such an awesome dealership to work with
I bought a C 300 and they went out of there way to accommodate my every need
I drove 3 hours to buy the car and it was well worth it
I worked with Calvin he made sure I was very happy with my deal and clarified everything very well
The whole staff was Very sweet
I will buy in the future from them and definitely would recommend them :)

Antony and his manager Kekoa were great! They made us feel comfortable and not pressured. We didn't plan on making a decision so fast' but the Benz was in great shape and they made the purchase quick and painless. We have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the most fun!

Outstanding service at all levels, especially the Online Manager Russ. They went out of their way to give personal attentive service without the
"vulture like" pressure tactics other MBZ dealers have. This is a class facility with class employees.

Although I did not buy my car from them, They still was very helpful. Russ called me immediately to try to
accommodate my needs. If I was geographically convenient I would have purchased from Foot hill Ranch.

Contacted Mercedes Benz of Foothill ranch about a car on cargurus. I
called first but went to voice mail. Emailed info and received response
next day. They stated that the vehicle was in the back. I asked why no
pictures said they will email and or text. Never received. Called again
Said that I was VERY interested please let me send me pictures but still its
in the back. Was going out of town but would have went to look at but still
Its in the back.
All they worried about is my name phone number and when can you come
in.
They had the info and still did not follow up with me. Empty promises
equals Poor customer service
Would not recommend Mercedes of foothill
Although we ended up purchasing a CPO vehicle elsewhere, the dealer was very easy to communicate with and provided best, upfront pricing on the new vehicle that I had inquired about.

They were very professional and helpful. I bought a used Jeep from them and the rear seat headrests were missing. After the sale, the salesman, Frank tracked the headrests down from the previous owner and mailed them to me free of charge. Very considerate

The asking price of this particular Lexus ES300 is roughly TWICE the "fair
market value" ("market clearing price") of other comparables listed on Car
Gurus.
And about FOUR times the insurance claim salvage value of the vehicle.
This Mercedes-Benz dealership needs to perform its "due diligence."

Don't know their product. Show little interest in sellers by cars. Telephone department is good. Floor staff not. Don't know their product. Had me wait for five months for a car thev were not aware had been discontinued. When I finally researched on line, I find articles that clearly stated this yet they kept telling me they were coming. Pathetic

Dealer never had car on the lot. I drove
1.5 hours only to walk in and find out/be
told the car wasn't there AND it wasn't
brand new, it was a demo mode .

Impressive new facilities and staff. Straightforward and professional, no B.S., pressure, or hidden costs. Entire staff seems upbeat. Nice experience purchasing my C300 luxury auto here. This is What a Mercedes dealership should be to match the ultimate in engineering.
