Melloy Dodge was running the bait and switch scam on a Durango I was looking at. This dealership is shady and should be avoided at all costs. I scheduled an appointment
with Chase the salesman at Melloy to come look at a 2025 Durango R/T. The Vehicle had been sitting on their lot for 92 days according to Car Gurus. The next day I headed
down to Melloy Dodge to check out the Durango and the Salesman was waiting for me at the front of the dealership, we exchanged pleasantries and he told me to wait while
he went and got the key. He returned 15 minutes later with some lame story how it had just been sold and he had other Durango's that he could show me. I have seen this
bait and switch scam before. The dealer puts an ad with a really good deal to get you to their lot, then tell you it is sold so they can show you their other stock and try to get
you into a more expensive vehicle.

I worked with Anthony and Ryan. They made my experience a wonderful. Anthony kept me updated with each step. We had a state restriction due to COVID and Anthony keep me post when we could pick up my Van. I will highly recommend Anthony and Malloy Dodge.

Because the dealer contacted me right away and because the car was exactly what I was looking for I bought the car. It was quick and easy. For all the other dealerships that I sent an inquiry to but didn't contact me until later all I can say is 'you snooze you lose'

The staff was helpful and friendly. The online price was what I paid.
Great online experience. Michael Kovacs did all the appropriate paperwork he could online and completed the test drive and in person signing papers online. I highly recommend him for any of your vehicle purchases and help. During this time of COVID, he was patient and helpful. The vehicle is everything that I was looking for and more.

Contacted me right away, as most dealers are wont to do these days. Really liked the car I test drove, but I had questions about accident history on vehicle. Never really answered my question about that. Saw that as a red flag.

LIARS!!! We live a few hours drive away, so dealt with them by phone to avoid wasting our time, gas and money. My husband had talked to them (I didn't realize it) and they quoted him a price. Then said we have special pricing for first responders. She said she'd call back in 30 minutes with a better deal, she never did. I called they looked up and found out my husband already talked to someone, and so quoted me the same price (by this time I had walked through the door and my husband said he already talked to them and was waiting a call back) I asked if the price they quoted included the special first responder pricing (it was same price as the first one my husband was given) they said "yes"! LIAR!!! Well they sealed that deal shut, I don't want to deal with someone who lies!!!

Purchased a used 2015 Subaru Forester with low mileage at a reasonable
cost. We visited the dealer three times to inspect the car and there was no
sales pressure. The negotiation process went smooth and we were able to
finance through the dealer with our credit union. The car was delivered
cleaned and with a full tank of gas too.

Linda contacted me right away and set up a time for a test drive. The salesman Tony was very helpful and accommodating. I did not feel pressured to buy. I would recommend Tony to a friend.

When we advertise, the ad is set to fall for several days, and as you can imagine those ads generate a lot of interest. That interest sometime means that the vehicle someone interested in, as yourself, is sold prior to their making it into the dealership.
