Great customer service, very nice
Inquired by phone about Avalon by phone on a Saturday. No one answers or follows up on phone call. Monday I inquire again via car guru and start emailing back and forth vin numbers to line up loan and insurance. I call during lunch, lady is out but talk to sales guy, he looks at system and the car is at auction. The lady follows up email about retrieval by down payment or credit check for loan. I agree. I ask about out the door pricing. Then I get an email that someone else put money down and I missed the car. It seems to me that they’d have ask me to match or auction the price up, not just rugpull.

My first dealership experience was horrible and so was this one. I’ll never forget Jason… Jason offered to drop off a truck so I could test drive overnight, which initially was great since I work 10 hour days. The next day comes and I didn’t hear anything from Jason so I texted him around 1:30pm asking if all was still a go. Jason finds out 45 mins later that there was a pending deal on the truck, fine no problem. Jason then insulted me with offering to bring a truck that wasn’t even close to what I was looking for! Jason told me he should know by the next morning if the deal went through. Well, we are 8 days later and I haven’t heard a word from Jason. I’m not sure if it’s the dealership, or Jason, but beware of this type of service…. Maybe go elsewhere or request someone besides Jason!

This dealer was amazing to work with! I came from out-of-state and had a long drive ahead of me. For a small (and refundable) downpayment, they held the truck for me for a week. Upon arrival, they had the truck cleaned and pulled up ready for a test drive. After the test drive, the process for a trade in, and the paperwork, i was out of there within an hour and a half and on my way with a great truck! Very happy and would definitely recommend this dealer.

My first contact in the dealership did not go well at all with the salesperson. The next day I shared my concerns with the sales manager. We did go back and purchase the vehicle. I give the dealership and the salesperson credit for recognizing communication issues and working them out!

Great experience, dealership was easy to deal with, friendly very responsive and bonus had truck delivered to us the next day.
The truck I was interested in had already been disposed of via auction but several salesmen and women went to look for it as soon as they found out I received a call from each of them over the next 45 minutes every one was professional and extremely helpful offering up more options than I can comprehend they are a five star dealership with five and a half star salesmen /women and I'm 1200 miles away I can't even imagine the treatment locals get

Good experience through the entire buying process. Both Loretta and
Shawn were very helpful with carfax information, additional questions and
got us a great loan rate with a local credit union. Even met us 1/2 way
between us and them to deliver the vehicle. However, I couldn't rate 5
stars for two reasons:
1, $595 fee added to vehicle price for service department to review vehicle.
Were told this was on every car no mater what it cost to fix it. This fee
should have been disclosed in description of vehicle before we agreed to
purchase and not when we were going over the final details.
2, Check engine light came on 1 week after purchase. Reviewed online
and found TSB about issue and repair instructions. Asked dealer if TSB
was found and vehicle repaired. Was told no. Disappointed especially
since this should have been found per item #1. I will be repairing the
vehicle myself.

Brad was very helpful and Chris was also they both stayed past close to
make sure our trip South was totally worth it and we could drive something
home. Car Gurus helped of course choose something we truly wanted to look
at and take for a test drive. I would recommend this dealership to a friend for

I got to the dealership at 5:40 on a Friday. The dealership closed at 6. We were not rushed by the sales man or the business office. We took the truck home and had some issues which the dealership took care of first thing Monday morning. Got a good rate and the dealership handled everything in a business like matter. Good , friendly folks

Received a meaasage and phone all from Don, set up an appointment. Drove the truck and decided this wasn’t the truck for us. Looked at other trucks McDonald had in inventory, purchased a 2014 model that fits our needs. Overall very pleased with the dealership, Don is a great guy and worked hard to make sure we found a truck that fit us, and provided a good buying experience. Could not be happier with our purchase.

Started out positive. I went to look at the car spoke with Don - great salesman! Later same day another salesman called me - Pemberton or something similar- took over sale. Pushy rude. I would have bought the car from Don. I was put off by Pemberton talking over and never followed through with sale. Not happy. Will not contact this dealership again.

We had an appointment to look at a used vehicle and let them know we were driving from 1.5 hours away. We arrived and could tell the car hadn't been moved in a long time and when we test drove the car it had all sorts of problems. Could have all been avoided if the salesmen would have just test driven it after we made the appointment.

The dealership had a very appealing showroom. The sales representative who conducted business with me was very kind, very professional and eager to help. I could tell that he was experienced; we went straight to the test drive and conducted a thorough drive with the truck. He rode with me and we had a mix of city, rural and freeway driving so that I could get a good feel for how the vehicle would handle. After the test drive, I was able to do a top-to-bottom inspection of the truck. The advertisement for the truck was very accurate: miles were accurate, plus or minus a dozen miles; the truck was clean and it featured All of the advertised "bells and whistles."
While I was not able to afford the truck at this time, my sales rep remained courteous and professional all the way, and some of the other dealership staff members were great people to talk to. I would highly recommend McDonald Ford.
