Wonderful treatment. 5-star rating. They contacted me immediately. The car was accurately described and was
ready for my test drive on my available time. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. I felt like I was
their primary concern even though I was the 4th car sale of the day. I listened and noticed how the staff worked
together for the betterment of the customer. I have recommended the dealership to my friends and family. I
travelled 30 miles from my home to purchase this car, and it was well worth the drive. The deciding factor on
purchasing this Trax from McDaniel was they are not open on Sundays. Proved to me that they valued Sunday
over sales.

Dealer locate and I bought
Rude seemed like they didn’t pay attention to anything I said I really wanted to buy a truck and had check in hand and everything he was saying didn’t make sense he kept bringing up other things and wanted me try one of their financing programs which I don’t need and when I declined that’s when it seemed like he didn’t care about anything I had to say but the truck cost $36k I wanted to see if he would come down any amount of money but he stood firm on $36k and pretty much said if I ain’t got 36k then ain’t nothing to talk about which was rude to me so I would never go there or recommend for anyone else to go there I don’t think they do business well I had $35k and they let me go didnt wanna negotiate with me work with me any type of way didn’t even bring up other options that may work for me or other vehicles like

Anything I clicked never arrived in any of their
mailboxes. So....I contacted them myself and test
drove and we agreed on a sale. These are quality
Midwestern people. The amount of work they put in
just to ensure a proper sale is amazing. Beautiful car

The car was ready when I arrived salesman was very helpful met sales manager took the car for a test drive
It was okay.
I had been dealing with them for 2 days via internet, I was approved, then I get an email saying they sold it to some who paid cash without warning. They checked my credit and ran the numbers and I was ready to drive over and buy. Very disappointed and pretty rude. I will never recommend or consider this dealership again.
Had a terrible experience on a Saturday. Spent 2 hours there while they prepped paperwork just to give us an offer. They tried to lowball us on the trade-in, We rejected the
offer. We went back 30 mins later to accept the offer. Dealer rep called on another rep and asked if the truck was sold. Other dealer : Yes, it's sold. My wife: Are you saying
we're wasting our time? Dealer rep:Yes.
The truck listed wasn't for sale. It was what I'd call "bait" to get you to look at the other
vehicles they have for sale. I'm only interested in the Toyota Tacoma not their other
inventory. If the truck wasn't for sale it never should have been listed. This is a classic
trick the dealerships use. I would say you should beware of this dealer unless you just
enjoy wasting time and getting the upsale pitch.

Nice friendly staff at the dealership. Prompt at communication. Answered all my questions that I asked. We just couldn’t come to agreement in price. Very nice car with low miles.
they replied but didn't answer the questions i had and did not get my buisness i was interested in a vehicle asked for a sales rep to conduct

Made my purchase! The salesman was helpful without being too pushy. They were willing to

I received an initial call from the dealership after I requested it from CarGurus. I was at work at the time and asked if they could call me back after I got off work they said sure. Never heard from them. My husband went to the dealership a couple of days later and they said the vehicle had been sold the day before. However it’s still showing up in CarGurus. I called the dealership again and the person answering the phone transferred me to the original person I talked to but I got their voicemail and what do you know I still haven’t heard from them. Now I’ve gotten two apparently automated emails from said person, one in which I replied to mind you, and still nothing. I work in retail and I would consider this very bad customer service. If I decide to go back to the dealership I won’t be dealing with the person I originally dealt with.

Purchased on the night before Christmas Eve about an hour and a half after they closed. Brad was extremely patient with us and their team worked their magic to get us a great deal in the end without pressuring is into anything we didn't want. I would definitely make the hour and a half drive out there again to purchase another vehicle.

Salesman was very friendly and willing to work for me however, I was coming 1.5hrs to look at a specific $45k truck so I called at 9am to be sure it was still available, and it was, So I called again at noon to give notice of my afternoon visit for test ride. Upon arrival the truck had dead battery and an almost flat front tire and took another 1.5 hrs to get ready to test drive. Also the hitch that had been described in ad had been removed. They did give a pretty good trade offer for my truck which I used to help me purchase a $49k truck elsewhere.

Will never return to this dealership. Ask
to drive the used vehicle around the
parking lot. The salesman said that he'd
have to go with us, which is perfectly
understandable, but before we even had
the opportunity to do so he took us
inside to take all of our info and copies
of our drivers license. Then he goes
back to have whoever sign it, comes
back with more paperwork, takes that
up to a counter for someone else to sign
but while walking up to the counter
turns around and says that the banks
are going to start closing (banks were
already closed) and wants to know if we
would like for them to get the paperwork
started!!! Hello, we only ask to drive the
vehicle around the parking lot!!! Ask us
questions about our down payment and
if we were going to pay cash or finance,
etc.... Needless to say, after about 30
minutes of this run around, we walked
out....nope...never did drive the vehicle!!
What a joke!! ...

I was greeted with a smile and I was able to ask a question about
the car I sought. However, it was not for me, as the car had been
used by a smoker. A deal breaker. The salesman asked if he
could FIND me a car...and took my information. Not only did he
start working on the vehicle, but he called me the next day to let
me know the staff was trying to assist me. GREAT attitude at
this dealership.

The sales person was ridiculous, very nasty, uninvested in his job or the company. We purchased at another dealer. Eventually someone higher up in the company phones and was nice, but SORRY, one bad impression lasts a long time when they've been SO nasty. I'd never recommend them to anyone.
