Sorry but I cannot rate this dealer because I only communicated thru email...its too far for me to go for test drive. The dealer was responsive to my inquiries and followed up.

Dealer contacted me next morning about my inquiry.

They got back to me the next day and said the car was still available and they were looking forward to me coming up to test drive it and talk. My wife wanted to go back to a dealer we had test drove a car at before and we ended up making a deal with them, so we never got up to Mayfair.

I bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from Mayfair Imports, I am also 500 miles away from them so everything was done over the phone and do the internet and I must say that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, they even went as far as having someone come pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership the day I flew in to pick up my new vehicle. Response was very speedy, however the veichle that I wanted was already sold and the rep suggested other veichle on the same make and price range...i ended up getting a Lexus 2014 ES350 ....So clean and runs so smooth..THANK YOU MAYFAIR.
