In fact, most of our team had never worked at a dealership before joining The Maverick Team, including the owner. All of us felt the same about used car dealerships, so we wanted to make this one different. I canceled when asked about money upfront (down payment) or a trade in before a test drive. If a person is just looking and testing. Money should not be in a picture. Sales person lost the entire concept of it as soon as financial questions came up before putting eyes to the vehicle.

Jordan was very helpful! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. There was no pressure at all. It was the most relaxed car sales experience I've ever had.

Yes, Shaun was very polite and knowledgeable about vehicle. Decided not to purchase based on year of vehicle and upgrades missing vs. newer model years, but through no fault of Maverick.
All good and will consider Maverick in future if they possess a car that I am again seeking.

Would recommend Maverick Car Company to anyone. Shawn and Sarah were more than helpful with getting everything taken care of. Sarah picked me up from the airport with my flavor of tunes ready to rock n roll.
I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle they had listed. Sarah texted
me back and said the vehicle was still available. I test drove it and was out of
there within 2 hours. Quickest car transaction I have ever done. Very kind and
helpful people. Very happy with my experience from Maverick Car Company.

This dealership was very attentive and responded promptly to my inquiry. They were waiting to meet me when I told them the time I planned to see the vehicle. I appreciated their friendly, low-key approach, & wish the vehicle was what I had been looking for since it meant I could have done business with such a nice company. They offered to keep an eye open for what I wanted & to inform me if they find it.

They were up-front about the vehicle and great friendly service. Zeb went out
of his way to reassure me the vehicle was in great condition. After I test
drove the vehicle, it turned out to be not for me. They asked what I was
looking for and really went out of their way to find one for me. Not pushy or
inconsiderate at any time through the process. Great dealership and one I
would recommend.

We did not buy this car, but appreciated the conversation with the two
gentlemen who talked with us. We felt that they were truly interested in

Great basic service. Did not buy from them but I enjoyed the fact they exerted absolutely no pressure to buy. Perhaps they'll have a car that I could buy from them later.

Vehicle was 500 miles away and not exactly what I was looking
for so I didn't travel to look at it. They contacted me right away
and answered all of the questions about the truck. They were
honest and didn't lead me along just to get me to their
dealership to try to sell me a vehicle.

Their response to my request was timely, within hours. At that time requested any reductions in the price, which they also responded to. I have very good feelings about Maverick Car Company and would look at any other vehicles of interest in again. They proved you can get a really good vehicle at a competitive price.

They are all about customer service! I
would recommend them to all my
friends and family. They were up front
on what they can and can not do about
my situation. I was still able to get the

The minute I got out of the car and the salesman saw that I was a
woman I was treated like I did not know what I was talking about.
And it was the salesman who didn't know his facts because he
hadn't done his homework on the suv I was looking at. Very
disrespectful.

Quick to get back to me with honest information. Easy to deal
with and no pressure. Cars were surprisingly good condition.
