Staff was very helpful available on Sundays which helped my schedule. Onsite RMV service also very helpful - Great vehicle ! 2 minor issues - front grille was loose and needed correct fasteners and the 2 upper OEM mounting bolts on rear license plate were broken in tailgate and the fix was to tap 2 sheet metal fasteners in the 2 lower holes - hope this is not a downstream corrosion issue

Terrible experience, sold me a vehicle with a leaking transmission, leaking shocks, low on transmission fluid, two leaks on the exhaust and somehow passed inspection. When waiting a long time for general responses, they are now making it a problem for me to get the vehicle delivered back to them (since I’m in RI) and I originally paid for the delivery fee. Now I have to pay for it again so they can fix issues with my van that are abundantly clear to anyone. I’ll never purchase a vehicle through them again. Scam artists selling Lemmons. STAY AWAY!

Overall shady experience. The photos of the vehicle online were deceiving, and failed to show all the non- trivial dents, scratches, and rust throughout the car. Their physical dealership was just a lot on the side of the road and a seemingly deserted office with no one inside. I get that their whole business model is appointment-only and online focused, but the entire process from start to finish failed to give me a sense of trust and transparency.

Car did not match condition of pictures posted online. I drove 2 hrs from out of state where someone may or may not be available to show me the car so i wasnt surprised they werent there. Car made a screech noise the minute I started it so bad I didn't even want to take it for a test drive. Someone put an enormous after market air intake on the car larger than what the car comes stock with which wasn't in the description. The dealer told me it was clean underneath the amount of rust and damage underneath was not "clean" and it would need some costly repairs and the mount points for a jack were all bent.

When I went to pick up the truck. The check engine light was on that there was supposed to take care of. A couple of other issues they did not take care of as well. Now they are telling me that I have to take it to their repair shop to get the check engine light fixed again. I have to take a day off of work in order to do this. They should be taken care of this for me. I asked if they could take care of this in an email. Never heard back.

I got a fantastic deal on my car! What I saw on the website is what I got. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the dealer forgot to put the title in the vehicle, but that was quickly resolved with a phone call and a day's wait. The representative I spoke with was very helpful, respectful, and engaged throughout the entire process of buying the car. 5 stars for customer service, but not overall experience. I would recommend to a friend, but just have them double check with the dealer on what's being sent where and how before anything is sent.

Mass Auto World was very responsive ,& they were easy to deal with .. The only hiccup was the delivery was rescheduled from the original date , but once rescheduled it actually arrived early. Our first time buying a vehicle site unseen , but the process was seamless .. The vehicle was exactly as described , & we would recommend these guys to our friends & family !!

Had a problem with damage manager I guess forgot to mention. Offered to pay 1/2 of damage seems like he fell off the face of the earth. NOT by any stretch of the imaginantion seems like a trusty person. He was not even there to meet me when he was supposed. Cant wait to see the bull he spews to cover this one.

Car prices good. purchase experience good. but got the car home. several things could have failed my inspection... turn lights not working, stablizier broken, not this car but another car from same dealer.. tire pressure indicator was showing up, when i asked i was told the tpms sensors are not covered.. but its not just the sensor, there is a problem with the tire. service was supposed to call me 3 days back. absolutely nothing. so think you are walking out with a car with no warranty.. otherwise you have to do lot of paper stuff..

From start to finish I have never had anything go more smoothly than it did regarding our recent purchase. Other than our initial visit to look at the vehicle, the only other time we were there was to pick it up-exactly 7 day turnaround. Everyone we spoke/dealt with: Mike, Nick, Scott & Phil was extremely professional and always got back to me quickly. Doing all the paperwork online including financing made the process seamless. I had several conversations with this dealership on the phone about a particular truck I asked if it had rust and they said yes it has minimal rust so I fly in from Ohio Rent-A-Car and drive to the dealership look underneath the truck and find both rockers had giant rust holes through them a simple two minutes search would have saved me a long trip for nothing In my opinion this is a Terrible dealership with terrible customer service

We had to buy a car from California for our daughter on the east coast. We were incredibly lucky to find Scott and Paul at Mass Auto World. They couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful or professional. They went over the car with a fine-toothed comb (twice) and made sure it was ship shape for a cross country journey and they went out of their way to accommodate us wherever we needed a little extra help. We were extremely lucky to find Mass Auto World. They've got more integrity than just about everyone else we talked to combined!

We bought a Toyota from this dealer. Did a good job getting us the car fully registered before we picked it up. If we had to get our own plates,because you need an appointment at the registry it would have taken weeks before we could have picked up the car.

Small hole in the wall kind of place, not much selection. Vehicles definitely look better in the pictures than in person. Positive qualities the staff is extremely friendly, very helpful, and quite open in the experience I had.

Fair, good prices. Friendly customer service. They are a no hassle, not pushy car salesmanship. I was upgrading from a corolla that we've had as a growing family and the minivan prices were fairly priced and I dreaded originally going to any dealer but Wesley and Mike were really nice and patient while I looked over vehicle and brought in my mechanic to look at it the following day. I would buy again from them.

Bought other car from the lot good selection, friendly staff, no nonsense, direct to the point and able to do all the registration in house, drone the car home the same day. Try them out.

This was my first time buying a car, the folks at Mass Auto World were very patient and answered all of my questions. I was wary from a previous bad experience with a dealer and was pleasantly surprised that the people at Mass Auto World used no pressure tactics. I put down a deposit on the car and requested to have the brakes looked at, and when I came in less than a week later this was done. Not much negotiation with price, however the price was within the middle-KBB range and was fairly priced enough for my budget. Some scratches to the paint and a very small dent on the side which I didn't see in the pictures, but nothing beyond normal wear and tear. I'll probably buy new seat covers. Car has passed the safety inspection as promised, and overall very happy with my experience.

We actually went with a 2003 Honda CRV with 127,000 miles for $5000. Both of the guys were great in helping us buy my daughter’s first car. They gave us the space we needed while looking at a couple vehicles and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable vehicle.

I ended up buying a car from this place although not the one I initially inquiree about. I had recently moved to this area and was in need of a car. Visited a couple places and looked a lot online prior to finding this place. They had a lot of cars that seemed to be all serviced and cleaned. They knew their product very well and more importantly for me they were very professional with handling everything, which I needed as Im not familiar with the process here. I was able to select a car, get insurance and drive away(I took an uber there) all in one morning. Very impressed with the service and the car has been great thus far.

Had a great experience buying my Ford Ranger from these guys. I actually waited a couple of days to make my decision, and there was no hassle or pressure involved. Then, when I was ready to make my purchase, they handled my loan and registration right there on the spot. I love my Ranger, and I know that I got a great deal on it. I stopped by the other day to look at another vehicle, and again, it was just a great experience. I never felt like I was wasting their time, and I could ask them any question I want. They're very down to Earth, and willing to help.

I attempted to buy a car from this dealer. The first one they showed me, a 2002 Nissan Sentra which was posted online, as soon as I opened the door it REEKED of mold. Looked in the trunk and saw the spare donut sitting in a puddle almost completely submerged. They should have taken the time to dry out this drowned car. I test drove a green 2002 Honda Civic. On the test drive I let the wheel go and the car pulled really badly to the right. I said give it a front end alignment and I'll drive it again. I left a $500 deposit. When I returned the car still pulled left. When Mike backed it into a spot I noticed a LOT of new parts in the right front wheel well. AND a bent wheel rim. Clearly serious front end damage. I decided to pass on the Civic. Mike and Wes were less than pleased. They refused to give me a full refund of my $500 deposit. Instead they gave me $440 and charged me for a front end alignment on a car I DID NOT BUY!!! So, here ya go guys! Your $60 review!! If you had been true professionals you would have given me a full refund. Run from these guys! They sell trash cars bought at auction!

I called to enquire about a Toyota Sequoia Platinum for sale. For starters the gentleman answered the phone with, “hello” and that’s it, not hello this is Mass auto world how can I help you or this is “insert name” Mass auto world how may I be of assistance, just hello, I thought I called someone’s house. That was just the start of it, I was treated so rudely on the phone that within a 7 minute conversation I was 100% certain I would not be using this company. I even told my wife about the conversation because I couldnt believe the guy I spoke to was so condescending. I asked about the vehicles maintanance history and wether they could ship out of state among other things. I was given such a runaround and spoke to so rudely. I finally ended the conversation with steam coming out my ears and thought, if this is how they treat you before they have your money how will they treat you after the sale. I still like the car they have for sale and it may be a good option for me and my family, but I couldn’t bring myself to work with this company. Stay away from this dealership is my recommendation, I called other places and the level of customer care and apreciation rivaled Mass Auto World by leaps and bounds. Lastly, I called them, they never contacted me like they were supposed to. Adam

I went to the dealer to view this and other cars. The lot was very packed with cars and a little difficult to walk around. The salesman was very busy with several shoppers/buyers. He tried his best to help everyone, but it was one of the first nice days with no rain, so people were out looking! I may visit the dealer again.
