I submitted an online inquiry and was immediately contacted by text and two calls. I returned a call to Joey and asked about info for the listed new GMC cargo vans. I had mentioned I was out of state and asked about the possibility of shipping a vehicle. Although Joey was aware of the vehicle I was inquiring about, he was unable to offer any information, he stated he would gather info and call me back in a few minutes. Four hours went by and no call. I called Joey and I left a message. I called the main line and asked the receptionist to have someone call me with info. Nothing. Almost a week goes by and Joey left a phone message asking if we were contacted by anyone. My husband called Joey back and again asked for info. This time Joey promised he'd call back within the hour, nothing. A total waste of our time. To me it seems like game playing, but regardless terrible customer service. I was ready to make a purchase either over the phone or in person, no one helped me.

They put the mileage down wrong it had 300,000 miles never said that when I was checking if they still had it got off work early drove all the way there at thats when they told me that they couldn’t sale it because of the mileage

The great price got us out to the dealership and the great service by Alex made us buy at the dealership. Alex had called us to schedule an appointment to go see the vehicle we inquired about online. When we showed up he had the vehicle already pulled out, washed up, and in the shade for us. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. We never felt like we were with a salesman pushing a product. He was very forthcoming and answered every question when it came time to pull the trigger he made sure we were taken care of. Plus, Sam from the Finance department got us better rates than our credit union! We are very happy customers and would definitely make the extra drive to come out here again for our next purchase.

We setup an appointment with the person that contacted us and went to the dealership the next day. The Truck that we were interested in was sold, and the fellow that we were to meet was not there. We spent an hour or so test driving the same model and getting the information that I sought. I was disappointed that the vehicle was gone, but I gained allot of information from the Internet Sales Manager that took care of us, about the model that we are interested in.

I appreciated this dealer's respect and openness! It was a rare thing to find, but Mark Christopher provided actual answers to final out-the-door pricing. Thus, I chose to drive almost 30 miles to work with them. And when I got there, they stayed true to their information which made this a positive buying experience.

It took some time but everything work out in the long run. Wish that we could have talked to the finance department first to see what we could afford that was on there lot. This would have save plenty of time and effort in the purchasing process.

Honored killer deal price even past the deadline. Julian Garcia was very helpful and easy to deal with. Quickly responded to my request to match the quote with a different color vehicle. It was a no pressure best deal first, with no games or the BS encountered at some other dealers.
