The salesman was very helpful. I think they should not add dealer installed optional until they are agreed on by the customer.

The salesperson was really good and helpful. I made an offer on the Toyota and when the manager came to me to reply to my offer he did not simply say no to the offer but he said to me that I was not ready to buy a Tacoma. That was really inappropriate to a potential customer, so the next day I went and bought a brand new Nissan Frontier pickup truck. The salesman contacted me again on the phone and I told him that I bought another truck, but the salesman was really a nice guy.

Was not ready to purchase at this time. Nichelle was so helpful that we will purchase from Marietta when we are ready.

The dealer did contact me by email. However, I originally asked the to send me an OTD price on the vehicle and they did not ans still haven’t.

Awful service I visited in person. Dealers didn’t want to do any work to help unless they basically got confirmation that you were ready to pay without even talking about it or seeing it. Gave incorrect info. And refused to even give you over to associate without getting a copy of your drivers license and contact info first. Very uncomfortable.

Dealer’s website showed a vehicle with no images and after several requests and corresponding emails promising to send images/video never sent anything over a what is now a weeks time (Tom Moran). I missed a great 0% promotion. I feel like my time was wasted. Just be honest and tell people it’s not in yet or at least don’t keep promising to deliver something then never follow through.

This dealer was taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of airborne particulates. All staff was wearing masks and customers encouraged to as well. Very friendly sales associate, not too pushy on making a purchase. Easy to negotiate with since I knew what I was looking for.

Awful experience. Contacted two times asking to check the availability of the car, confirmed it is available, schedule the same-day appointment. Drove for 2 hours and was told there the car was sold 3 days ago!!! The car still shows available on their website. At the dealership, the person did not apologize and behaved very rudely. Do not recommend this dealership.

Had a horrible experience with Marietta Toyota. I knew that the cash value for my vehicle was at least $13,000 based on an appraisal from two other used car companies. However, the negotiation guy at Marietta Toyota, totally ignored that, treating me like some naive customer and offered me $10,000 for my vehicle. Then he wanted essentially, the 'inflated' over MSRP price of $30,000 for his car (an SE Camry). I've purchased a Lexus before, for less than that price. With excessive margins from my trade and excessive margins above MRSP for his vehicle, he could have won the Royal Caribbean Cruise prize for the month. Obviously, when I rejected his offer, he tried the traditional, "well, what if I 'gave' you a discount of X dollars, and so forth? Giving me back some of the high level profit he tried to get from me. No!!

Called to discuss price and to arrange a time to see the car. Salesman cut me off mid sentence and proceeded to be extremely rude and unpleasant, Clearly they don’t appreciate new customers. Refusing to be treated like this I said, “you know, it sounds like you guys don’t want my business so thank you for your time, I hope you have a blessed day.”

They reached out immediately and have tried to schedule appointments around my busy schedule.

I couldn't get them to respond to me through email. Lots and lots of phone calls I couldn't take because I was busy working 10+ hrs a day 6 days a week. That schedule is why I asked them to use email in the 1st place and having a text trail of agreements to prevent confusion.

Exceptional experience with Marietta Toyota. The out-the-door price they quoted me was a great value and was what they stood by. The financing was more than reasonable. Sad that I had to drive from Nashville to Atlanta to get a reasonable deal on a car, but was well worth the trip.

Dealership had the vehicle advertised at $29,074. Upon contacting the dealership showing interest in the car and the price, the price was changed to $36,074. Very shady practices and they refuse to communicate back to me after being contacted by the internet sales manager and also a regular car sales rep. I screenshotted the advertisement with pricing and as soon as they receive it they cut off all communication. Follow up emails and text messages have been requested by me on multiple occasions.

While I did not make a purchase from this dealership, Aaron Shoff there was very responsive and seemed genuinely eager to address my automotive needs. I would recommend that prospective customers reach out to him.

Actual mileage was 2,000 more than online listing. Paid over $30,000 for a vehicle and they refused to fill the gas tank. All about making money, could care less about customer satisfaction.

They took to long to respond. Than while I was in the process of giving them my information ie. I filled out a financing app. And sent paystubs I was told an employee was looking at the car also and I'm sure they let that person purchase it and they never got back to me. I was looking forward to the purchase and was willing to travel out state. Also had four of the employees contact me but only one responded. I just wasn't pleased with the service.

Curtis from Marietta Toyota emailed me to inform me that the vehicle I inquired about was sold. I thanked him and kept it moving. A couple of days later I got his general "form" letter thanking me for selecting him as my sales person. I emailed him back to remove me from their email list serve. His reply was "are you still looking for a beetle?" I replied again with "Please refrain from sending any further communication to me." I sent am inquiry about that one car and that's it. Two days letter a get another email from Kerry at Marietta Toyota inquiring about if Curtis assisted me. By this time I was my wits end so my husband called and spoke with the both of them. I dislike pushy salespeople. When I inquired about the one vehicle I should have been told that the particular vehicle was sold and to please consider them for any of my car buying needs. End of story. I don't not like pushy and pressuring car salespeople. I also hate a ton of spam email. If I asked you to stop emailing me please do so.

They don't even deserve a one star rating. They Lure you in with quotes like "that sounds reasonable, I think we can do that". Then tell you while in their office that "they say that to all customers to get them in the door because that's just how sales people work!" That quote came from the Sales Manager and Sales Rep themselves. Also the sales Rep told me that the Sales Mgr is really "cheap" and "some of the issues with the used car I was going to purchase we're just part of the used car buying process". These are all quotes I heard before they slipped the last piece of paper to be signed under our nose with a price that was $1,000+ more than was talked about on the phone. Not once was the price mentioned again while in the office. My fault for not asking but assumed we were on target based on the phone & email correspondence. Would not EVER buy a used or new vehicle from this dealership!

Bought the car we were looking for at a good price. Two days later discovered the car would need some work. Marietta Toyota agreed to fix the problems, which would have cost us about $900. Any major problems being covered by Marietta Toyota were verbally agreed upon during the sale. However, according to our "as is" contract, they were under no legal obligation to do this. Very pleased they honored their word. Very pleased with their business.
