Sent extra information on car and its history, took close up pictures of each tire so I could see tread depth.

If i could I would give a zero star rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a car sight unseen in the hopes i could trust the dealer. Not the case. I spent nearly 30k on this vehicle. Firstly I received the car via shipping services a full 3 weeks later than promised. After receiving the car i put less than 100 miles on it and began smelling gas in the cabin. The sold me a car fully aware of the gas leak. And they aren’t going to cover the cost of the repairs. Please don’t support this business they will take advantage of you and others if given the chance.

Buyer beware pictures are not representative of the cars, empty promises, very sketchy and costly sales techniques, unwillingness to provide honest and accurate information, and does not care about you, your time or your money. Very displeased with all aspects of this company. I wrote Vince an email about a car they had listed with a few basic questions about any body damage and asked for more pictures etc. He did not answer any of my questions, even when I called he didn't want to provide any information on the maintenance that was done (told me "oh no we didn't get any information from the previous owner") and told me he would send me the vehicle history report which he didn't and I had to buy it. I flew out because the pictures looked good. The ad states paint is great and no dings are visible. The front bumper was held on by a bungee cord, the car had scratches dents and dings all over it, had curb rash all over the rims and body panels did not line up.

Timely and not over pressuring.

Not truthful, was told it was in good working order. I found several things that did not work at all. I drove 400 miles to find a truck that needed a lot of work. Was told it had been inspected by a mechanic! I even told them I was a mechanic and would be inspecting the truck. I had to tell them it had a bcm issue.

1 star because the dealer was quick in response time. however, I have been waiting for a response back on a car that is listed at their location, dealer claims it is not at the location and will be soon, and I keep getting the run around. Sad because husband and I were very interested in the vehicle but due to our impression with customer service and inaccurate listing we won’t be purchasing from this dealership.

The person whom responded to me was very...flat. Only advised me that the vehicle was still available,which I already knew. There was no offer to answer questions nor was there an offer to set up a time to see the vehicle. A question that I posed was answered rather shortly, and when I suggested setting up a time to see the vehicle I was only told (again) that it was available. If this is how prospective customers are handled, especially ones interested in a vehicle that is selling slowly and has price dropped twice, I cant say that I'm very impressed.

The initial response was quick & simply stated the vehicle was still available. When i arrived, The salesperson didn't act like he cared about selling a vehicle. The vehicle I looked at was listed in excellent condition; however, it was fair at best. There were a lot if scratches on the outside and ur was dirty on the inside with so.e scrapes on the plastic components.

They were great and very professional. My wife and I really appreciate the way we were treated. 5 Stars
