I would never buy a vehicle from this place. First they had bots that talk to you throughout the process and not just as a welcome. Second the truck was basically falling apart. I had it looked over by a reputable company and they found the 4 wheel drive did not work, the wiper fluid pump was broken, the truck had been tuned improperly and would not pass emissions due to this, the undercarriage was rusted out and had been attempted to be painted over, the marker lights were burnt out, there was more I told them no need to go on as I was no longer interested in the truck. When I notified Emil of this and that I didn't want the truck I wasn't even contacted to ask why-they knew why. Also, after I asked for a private inspection to be performed I was even pressured into thinking someone else was looking at the vehicle-there are other places to buy cars-go there. MB Motors-don't waste your time replying nothing is believable that comes out of your dealership at this point.

The car drives very smooth and Gladdis was very helpful, professional and quick responses. An issue worth mentioning is the car computer sometimes restarts, but much less when my phone isn't paired with it. What helped was to play music through an FM transmitter instead. Overall we love the car.

We came here with my other half with an open mind looking for a secondary vehicle for my daily drive commute to work and back also using it for off roading. We came and settled with a deal on a 2022 Toyota 4 Runner that we found surprisingly almost like straight out the factory clean and operable. Devin came to our help talked with the numbers and everything he was able to do it all turned in to our favor. The whole experience is positive and would recommend to anybody in the area!
Was super excited about this and was looking forward to working with this dealership however they completely dropped the ball. The sales person was awesome he was prompt and very nice and always responded to me. I am out of state from where this leadership is located. After contact with him, the finance team was supposed to get a hold of me and they never did, the sales person again answered my messages and said he would check in with the other financing representatives to contact me. I didn't hear anything for two days and then talked with sales person again. He was very apologetic but then I never heard a word from anybody.
Everyone I interacted with was absolutely lovely and were very helpful! I asked many many questions about the car and all were answered. The process was so fast and easy and I’d recommend all friends and family to shop here for their next car! Huge shoutout to Gladdis for putting in the extra time for me

The representative Gladdis was so helpful and knowledgeable?She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions even if I asked them more than once.She was very patient with me.I've bought cars before from other dealers and it was always very tense.She made me feel very comfortable.And I really appreciate it. They were very friendly, But not willing to talk lower prices. BUT want to add every possible fee they could think of $$$ on top of the listed price. But still they were unbelievable friendly on the phone and in text! I passed on that beautiful truck.

This car dealership has to tell the truth when selling car on CarGurus. This Maxima is not a Platinum. It's a SL one. So can't trust a car dealership like them. Why lying about the trim and yet is a SL no Platinum one ?

Quick response quickly update
I called and asked for them to send pics of the vehicle. They sent me pictures and said it was in great shape. So I went to look at the jeep and it was ran down like run really hard tires looked melted some how and paint severe paint chips that were covers and the plastic trim was all beat up as well. The interior was worn. It was not cleaned at all. The salesman was ruid. Overall horrible experience and will not recommend anyone doing business with this dealer

If I didn't have my 1999 Rolls Royce silver spur, I would buy this car. My car needs lot of work, that's why MB Motors didn't want to trade. MB
Motors had a hard time finding all the parts to the Silver Seraph. They would have to go through the same problems with my car.
The staff at the dealership was very friendly and would loved to have sold me the car.
Car was as represented. We made an offer to purchase for an agreed upon price. Once we sat down with the salesman in the office, he prepared a purchase agreement with the agreed upon price. It also has a charge for glass coverage, upholstery tear coverage and a fee for sanitizing the vehicle. On top of that a fee for paying the Dealers B&O tax. These item’s according to him were non negotiable and charged on all vehicles. It totaled approximately an additional $1000. I decided to walk. He had the audacity to accuse me of backing out of the deal we made on the lot. I won’t be back to this dealer again. They were polite during this visit but their business practices are sketchy.
Salesmen friendly no pressure, I bought a different Jeep however they didn’t communicate well with each other. Salesman said that the shop needed to work on it and next day he’s said it was ready and I had a friend drop me off to pick it up and guess what, it wasn’t ready to deliver…. Other than that good experience

I will never work with this dealership again. The vehicle arrived, via a shipper, with a massive power steering
leak. The dealer continued to blame the shipper, even though the hose that was leaking could not have been
damaged by the shipper. They gave an excuse about them dragging the car onto the transport even though the
salesman told me it was driven onto the transport. They told me I'd be better off finding a shipper, which I did, then they claimed they would have stood behind the vehicle if I'd
have used their shipper.. They had the car for 20+ days and a couple hundred miles
before I purchased it and take no responsibility that I had a $760 repair the moment I received it. They took
ZERO responsibility for anything.

Once the car get picked up by your transporter we do not have any more responsibility of the car. Also, you have been provided the full 125pt inspection on the car showing the condition of it and no leak what so ever. We had agreed on a deal and then the car was supposedly sold to someone else. Then they immediately offered me a car that was worth twice as much. Seemed like a bait and switch to me.

The dealer did not delivery car photos within the time commitment he selected. He was
kind on the phone but not pleasant to deal with while trying to make a deal on the car. He
would not consider any negotiation. I was not impressed with my interactions.

Purchase was made super easy and quick. Pricing of
the vehicle was highly competitive. Dealer allowed us
to schedule the test drive ahead of time and take the
vehicle out on our own for as long as we wanted to
make a decision.
(Will update after I have taken delivery of the
vehicle this weekend). My experience with the
dealership to this point has been great. They are
quick to respond to questions, quickly got the
pricing and financing taken care of and took the
add down as soon as I placed the deposit(then
put it back up at my request so I could continue
to look at my very beautiful X5 M. Great price as
well. So far I would recommend this dealer to
others.(UPDATE). I remain pleased with my
decision to travel 4000 miles for this vehicle. The
guys had the car ready and waiting among with
all the financing paperwork. It was as described
and I was all wrapped up 10 min after my test
drive. The lot is a bit crowded but when it is
crowded with the amazing selection of cars they
have it is not an issue. Just be prepared and call
ahead if you are in the market for a specific car.
But the 2000 mile drive home in this amazing
vehicle without any issues was the real test.
Would buy again.
The people were nice but I didn't have a good feeling about their willingness to disclose known quality issues of the vehicles. Specifically, the salesperson waited until after my test drive/complaints on the ride sounds to tell me they have struts on order. Little things, but if they had said that up front and told me to watch out for it and it was already planned to be dealt with prior to my test drive I probably would have bought the vehicle but the approach made me wonder what else was being hidden. The squeaks distracted me during the whole test drive, it was rough. Also test drove a BMW with a "custom grill" mentioned like it was something special and when I felt it, it practically fell off. Again, nice people but just sharing my experience because this is a solvable approach that will help them do better if they correct the practice.

George contacted me after my initial online inquiry. He was friendly and seemed helpful.
I let him know we were down in Missouri, from Alaska, visiting family for the holiday and
would like to swing by to potentially purchase the car on our way back up in 2 days. I
wanted to be sure the car was still available though before we booked flights to
Bellingham and asked him if anything were to change in the availability of the car to
please let me know ASAP. He promised he would let me know.
The next day I called to confirm availability as I noticed the listing was no longer online.
George was not available to talk and another employee told me he thinks the car may
have sold but couldn't tell for sure since it wasn't updated in their system. He assured
me he would call George to find out and get back to me right away. I never heard back
from either of them and decided to cancel our tickets. Poor communication on the
dealerships part and very disappointing.

I highly recommend MB Motors. The dealer was very honest and willing to accommodate.
We purchased a low miles 2013 Cadillac SRX and we are happy with everything. There were
no surprises with the car when we arrived. It was just like all the pictures and the dealer's
description when we talked to him. We flew up to Billingham, WA and the dealer picked us
up at the airport. He was patient as we examined the car and asked questions. He was never
pushing and answered everything honestly.
We purchased an extended warranty that was very helpful because the navigation went bad
and the warranty took care of it.

Unique experience at an auto dealership. The Cars and SUV looked hand selected. The owner “George” personally took care of the sale. He was 100% informative and no pressure.
