Great experience at this dealership. I did not buy a car there but I was treated fairly and well by the person I spoke to.
I got an email right away saying a salesman would contact me. A salesman did text me asking if I had any questions & I did. I asked the question & he didn't respond. I've text two more times & no reply. One of those were earlier today when I ask if the car was still available. No reply as of yet. I am still very interested in the car & want to go look at it. But because I live two hours away I want to be sure it is still available. I do hope that this review doesn't affect me in buying the car if I decide to.

Mike is a very professional and attentive owner/salesman. He made sure I was happy with my purchase. When an associate of his discovered a problem after delivery, Mike brought it to my attention and was willing to take the vehicle back. I would recommend M1 to anyone.

I was very pleased with my experience in dealing with Eric concerning the BMW X5. I initially contacted M1 via email, but showed up before anyone had a chance to respond. Everything went smoothly on the dealership end. There was an issue with the bank. Eric got it taken care of! Would I buy from M1 again? I want him to look for a BMW X3 for my wife! Great experience!

Eric was the dealership contact with whom I made my appointment. He was very pleasant, friendly and not distracted. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in had already sold. I test drove another and noted a nice selection of clean vehicles with great pricing. I am watching the website and will definitely return to purchase a vehicle.

Great response
Experianced problems with vehicle 2 days after purchase. Engine light indicated serious problems. Contacted owner Mike he was very arrogant and nonchalant about my concerns. Called serveral times to make arrangements to have his mechanic check; he intentionally ignored all my calls. I'm devastated...estimated repair cost $560; I haven't even made 1st car payment. Never thought I would be treated this way after purchasing 10k vehicle. Buy at your own risk!

This dealer was great. They worked with my husband and I to get us in the car for us and helped walk us through the paperwork after moving from out of state. After test driving the car and going over our options they helped us get a good rate even with my husbands lower credit. And we've had the vehicle for awhile and no issues! Would return for another car in the future!
