Called on a Kona listed as available. Charles checks and informs us it’s available. We drive 30 minutes to look at the car. The salesperson who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately he informed us that the car we were looking for was sold the night before, by him. We drove that distance and spent that time and money on fuel for nothing. Disappointing that someone couldn’t do their job right or have the basic tech available to see a car is sold.

Took the dealer to respond to my second call. But he was busy so someone else called me back. Car I wanted was good deal but a fixer up that I believe was needing fixed but was told it was starter but my friend who’s a mechanic said the problem sounded electrical. So I did not buy but they were friendly and helpful

Jordan was my salesman, professional,
friendly,informative. Very nice to talk to. The car was

Sold me a car that was in an accident but I didn't know
till the next day. Clean carfax doesn't always mean no
accident. They won't return phone calls or emails now.
The finance lady was super rude, the used car guy left us
for 40 minutes when we were done filling out info.
Would never recommend this dealer

Beware!
Called the dealership to let them know I was coming out to look at a truck, he told me he would verify with his manager that it is still available, he called back after a couple of minutes and told me it's available and ready for a test drive. So we drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership met with the salesman looked it over and took it for a test drive. Nice truck so we started doing the paperwork, midway threw he had to go into his managers office to get a copy of the paperwork. The sales comes out and tells us his manager sold the car online while we were out on the test drive. The manager never came out to apologize, he left it to the poor salesman to break the news to us.

They have the worst customer service that I’ve
ever seen. Jordan and Doug were very rude to us,
but we still wanted the car, however they sold it to
someone else. Went in on a Friday told the
salesman Jordan I wanted the car, he gave me
the vin number to get insurance and told me to
bring my title and registration for my trade in whe
I came in for my appointment on Tuesday at 1.
Saturday morning he called me and said that the
car was sold. Very unprofessional and poor
customer service!

This is our policy to protect our inventory, in the past we have had cars go out to other shops and come back with swapped or missing parts. This dealership doesn't have a clue on how to sell cars on the internet. Don't buy from them unless you live in their neighbourhood. Their first come ( to the dealership) first served policy is rediculace. They won't even take electronic deposit!

Was going to drive 60 miles to look at a car there. Sent an email for
more information the day prior to going to look. They responded quickly
to let me know that the car had just been sold and that they were out of
the model I was looking for. They could have let me drive 120 miles
round-trip so they could try to sell me something else, but they didn’t.
That shows me some professionalism and class. I wouldn’t hesitate to
contact them again or do business with them.

GOT TREATED POORLY. Here is my story:
Even one star don't even deserve, I called "Chris" for appointment to test drive and had appointment 11 am. I told him specifically I live far and he told me he will call me if something come up and he never called me even calling takes only for 1 minute but never called me that the car isn't available for test drive. When I arrived there he brought me to seat in the room and waited for few mins and then he came in again and sat down explained to me and told me the car is not available because somebody is going to buy it or financing it or whatever more of their unacceptable reasons. He told me somebody came in about 15-30 mins before me so I cant test drive. It could have been nice as a courteousy to the customer if he or they care if he called me before I arrived there and not telling me not available anymore when I am there. So, beware and avoid this dealer, wasted 2 hrs of my time, just pls go somewhere else than dealing here.
I left my number also so that I can speak to their manager and the manager did even covered up the rudeness and mistake of "Chris" and even told me because of the time frame thats why Chris can't call me, yeah thats a lame excuse, if they want business at least somebody can call me back instead of Chris- and the manager raised his voice covering the unprofessional way of Chris dealing costumer. My husband spoke to Chris about the car and said its available for test drive, so thats why I went and want to test drive as I was really interested but perhaps when they see me they cannot let me test drive, ridiculous!
Because of their unprofessional dealing with customer and wasted 2 hrs drive to test their car, so pls. beware with this dealer, don't even think to come this place, such a waste of time and horrible experience. If they want a better reputation they should treat their customer better than giving lame excuses LIKE no TIME to call back even for 1 min. and telling me the car isn't availale for test drive. THUMBS DOWN

Would not recommend this dealer. They try to explain that their cars are not marked up on the lot, and then justify that by charging an extra "Dealer Markup Fee" in the range of several hundred dollars. You're not selling these cars at cost, so saying the cars aren't marked up is a joke. They're also not willing to work with you on price at all. Shop around, there are better deals to be found elsewhere.

After contacting this dealership about a used car, I received a
generic
email about them contacting me in the near future. The
following day I
received a call from Kenya with lots of questions. I specifically
state we
are driving a lengthy distance and are interested in ONE
particular car
after she assures me of the big selection available - continually.
Again,
insisting inventory is full - I again state we are just interested in
this ONE
car. I ask if price is negotiable as the car is more than what we
have to
spend, it's a long way to drive...Kenya insists that they are
having an
inventory clearance and prices are definitely negotiable during
this sale.
She states Doug will be my sales person upon arrival.
Two minutes later I receive a call from the dealership, a
salesman - Rob.
He's asking questions i just covered with Kenya, stating all my
data isn't
available in the system yet. I explained to him I covered this
material just
a few minutes ago with Kenya and I am at work. He says he is
now my
salesperson upon arrival. Okay....
Walk into the dealership and within two minutes Rob hands us
off to Ron. From the beginning Ron presented that we were an
inconvenience. As customers, we knew more about the used
car
features than he did. We test drive the car and sit to discuss
hard
numbers.
I explain my now TWO previous discussions about driving out
there and
price negotiations to which he tells me they do not negotiate as
their
dealership prices are so good. When I don't respond to his
posturing, he
says he'll take an offer to his sales manager if I have one. I
give him my
offer to which he responds by jumping up, throwing his pen
down,
refusing to take the offer to his sales manager and walks away.
The following day, I receive a call from Rob - Ron's teammate
in sales
(our original sales person upon arrival). I wasn't able to take
the first call
from him, but in his voicemail, he states he is following up on
the car, and
explaining how Ron is usually a joy to work with. Ah yes,
apparently we
weren't the only people to see the outburst that evening
displayed by
Ron.
I did return the call to Rob and spoke with him. His words to
describe
Ron's behavior: "a temper tantrum". I couldn't agree more!
I definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone for
assistance. Not only did Ron conduct himself beyond poorly,
Rob blamed the negotiation process/inventory clearance
wording shared
with me on a new business model being rolled out by the
dealership and
how other customers were complaining about the process as
well.
Good luck to the GM on your team. This is the real life
behavior that
occurs in your dealership.

Never answered my email inquiry of whether the particular car
had a sunroof. Called me and couldn't tell me if the car was
available, but pushed two other brands. Said they would call
back in 5 minutes, but didn't until the next day. Now receiving 2
calls a day that I won't answer!

Ron Newman was an excellent salesman and was very
helpful with following up and assuring I was driving a reliable
car off the lot. He got all the paper work done quickly and
efficiently. The dealer themselves were very helpful and
even fixed a missing part in the car before I drove it off. I
would definitely recommend this dealer for used cars.

If you ever go here ask for Mike when it comes to used cars.
Their financial department is also great. I can't say anything
bad about this dealership. I went to two ford dealerships and
about a dozen used dealerships. I was very upset with the
ford dealership and the used dealerships I went to. I felt like
they just wanted to sell me junk vehicles, I had a mechanic
come with me to all of those dealership; his experience
consisted of 18 years of being a certified mechanic. When I
came to this place, Mike the salesman; offered to come pick
me up to view his vehicles. I ended up buying a used 2007
GMC Envoy. So far I love it and they will also have my
business as long as Mike is still there. I believe his last name
is Abbo. If you end up talking to Mike and your still
uncertain; ask Mike to give you my number and I'll gladly
speak on their behalf.

GREAT experience I received a call and email within minutes of my inquiry. I was welcomed at the dealership by sales guy Gordie who was the best!!! He was friendly and helpful. I felt no pressure, no sales pitch just a great guy wanting to make his customer happy! Want someone that's on your team ask for GORDIE! Ellie the Finance Manager was super cool, knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say I purchased my 2014 Impala from this dealership. I would recommend you visit and ask for Gordie in sales and Ellie in finance.
