I reached out to this dealership about this specific car and got a quick response and they worked with me to get all the information/photos I needed. They were super friendly and patient. I ended up going with a different dealership just because they had a color I wanted more, but I would definitely recommend Lou Sobh Kia to anybody looking.

The people were nice, but slow. It was
average. Easy to walk away from their lot;
they couldn’t make me a deal on a used
vehicle.
I constanly had to follow up. Apparantly, the person that contacts you
when you inquire via this app are not sales people. I had to constantly
phone them for information. I opted to do my correspondance via email,
that was pretty prompt. However, all promises to follow up with a phone
call never happened. I advertised that I was pre-approved, with money in
hand ready to purchase. I had assumed my phone would ring off the hook
with them, quite the opposite. I finally reached the finance manager,
explained my situation and then he informed me that a sales person would
contact me to finalize the deal. That was almost a week ago. Even to get
on the phone with the finance manager was a task. I had to constantly
follow up by calling them. I ended up purchasing the same type of car
from a different dealership. I figured, if it was this hard doing business with
them when I was a done deal, how hard would it be to do business with
them if I had issues? Thus I decided to pass. They still haven't called me
to finalize the deal, they are unaware that I purchased somewhere else.
Unless you are local to their dealership, I would pass on them.

We thank you for your comments , every once in a while we slip but try not to make it a habit. If you didn't reach out to us we would never know and then we might never get better, so once again we thank you.I find that when you call to reach a manager in sales we are now prompt and all phones will ring to get you the answers, no need to pass us we while get better as we learn.

The only car I was interested in had been in an accident, thus they had the
car on your site for 50+ days, and on their lot for over 300 days before that.
I got the info that I suspected was true, and that was the end of it.

Very prompt and helpful, had my car the next day. No haggling but was able to get a good price with good warranty package. Everybody was pleasant, overall it was an excellent car buying experience. I will return to them in the future.
