I heard back after my 3rd request. Certainly did NOT attempt to earn my business. After I asked a question they simply referred me back to their website ….. not even a link back so I felt like I had to start over to even find the vehicle again. It’s still on my ‘list’ but I’m not encouraged thinking it’s two hours away.
Luke was awesome from day 1. He responded quickly and keep us up to date on the car. It needed a new part put on and he allowed us to come look at it anyway. Part came in a few days later and was fixed promptly. Luke reached out and said was all good to be picked up snd had paperwork ready when we arrived.

Spent a few minutes with Andrea in person, after talking and texting for a month or so. She provided information on the three SUVs I was interested in. Will test drive on Thursday.
If I could give no stars I would, I was conversing with Andrea for the past week, I informed her I was driving three hours away she insisted I come in to negotiate the price I told her exactly how much I had, when I come in she was very dry and seem as if she was spaced out somewhere anywhere but the sake that was in front of her. Moving forward after I test drove the car and cane back she was not nowhere near my budget didn’t take any money off told me the car was being sold and just sat there and looked crazy, when I told her why didn’t she just tell me over the phone that my offer was too low she starred at me as if I wasn’t a human, but there more the manager sitting in the next room watching a loud tv show chines in and say if you thought you could get that much off that’s insane, have a nice drive back, how inconsiderate and unprofessional cab you be. Do not go to them keep going and try your luck else where. I never write reviews but though I should share to spare someone else
Terrible, terrible experience. Treated very poorly. I
asked why there wasn't any pictures and was
told the car had just come and pics would be
posted that day or the next. A week later, still no
pics. As of this writing I still don't see even a
single picture. I asked if the car was a CPO. Was
told "it could be". I asked if it could be a CPO why
wasn't it? Was told "my manager makes those
decisions, I don't". The rep I dealt with gave me
such bizarre answers to my questions I thought
perhaps I was texting with a hacker.

Used car saleman Matthew needs to go back to customer service school. Very rude and likes to talk down to people. Made an offer I knew would be refused hopping for a good counter in place got treated like garbage and told how good of a deal his overpriced car was. Save your time and go elsewhere for a better deal. Tons of other Lincoln dealers actually care about customers.

Contacted me once after sending better pictures but never tried again? Pictures were helpful.
This was the worst exp in customer service I've ever had. Drove 1.5 hours to have them say they can't sell the care because they don't have the staff. When I arrived 5 sales people including what I would guess a manager were huddled in one office. I wrote the company to explain this and nothing has been said. They obviously don't care too much about their customers.

I was contacted by e-mail. It would be more customer friendly to get a
phone call since I actually initiated the electronic contact. Had it been a
cold call from a sales person I may not have been open. However, an

When i saw the car, i fell in love with it. All that was left to do is test drive it. It did not pass the test drive. I was about to leave and go somewhere else when the agent told me that the car has not been inspected and that they would fix all of my complaints about the car. They dod that and did another test drive. The car sounded great and i did not have any complaints. Thank you lincoln of troy. You have a happy car owner.

very good experience
Would not recommend this dealership. Very dishonest sales practices. Car I test drove had a definite suspension problem. Salesman *Ray) said it would be fixed if I bought the car and then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay $1,200 more than the advertised price in order to buy the car with the advertised warranty. Save yourself some trouble and avoid this dealership, terrible sales people!

Salesman was honest and wanted a happy customer I was very picky and he made the car look brand new. I don't think I will ever buy a new car again I've only had this lincoln for a week but it rides great is in better shape than any of my new cars and is bumper to bumper until 2020 or 100000 miles

disappointment when I pulled up the car
was dirty and I W's told not to turn off as
it will not start back up. Attempted a test
drive the car died twice. Will never ever
