The dealer called within 24 hours, but a deal too good to be true was exactly that. The truck was not available and had been sold by a sister dealership. Don’t think I will be dealing with Lifted Trucks of Hurst in the future.

The actual price they charge is not what they list for sale. It is the same throughout the country on all of their listings where they put on kits. There’s a picture with up to $15,000 more retail-priced options that they add to the price well in excessive market value. They do this systemically across all their listing platforms. When you go on-site or call to verify what the price is, the listed price isn't what they are asking. Where I went locally, the actual price of the vehicle is significantly higher by $8,000 to $15,000 more than what they advertised. When asked about it, they said no one would come see their vehicles if the prices were listed at what they want. While all of their vehicles are cool, they’re not relevant to what they list them for if it has an extra picture showing options and additional things that they’ve done to the vehicle. You'd have to add that and double check it on their website or over the phone (or in person).

Dealer was open to a potential selling opportunity, but was not pushy either. Offered alternative vehicles if this one was financially too far out of reach.

The dealer gave me everything that I needed. The price was just too high.

I was really interested in this vehicle that was listed only to find out that I was told it had been sold a couple of weeks ago. Not sure why they just didn’t remove it from their site or inventory. Would have saved me or others time, when searching for something you’re really interested in. Lessons learned.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication was practically non-existent; they rarely returned my calls, and when they did, it took forever. I felt rushed throughout the entire process, as if they didn't care about addressing my concerns or questions. Overall, their lack of professionalism and customer service made the experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

No warranty on the vehicle, very expensive for any repair issue. Being sold as it is and not a MB dealership to grant 30 days warranty. May require new brake pads, rotors and cooling system or engine mounts per my research. Hard to proceed on offer on this vehicle from distance!
