If i could give negative I will do. On Friday Oct 31, i call dealer and seller name ED Falone, i ask him delivery because i live in Alabama he said he will ask or i can fly to Naples and pick it up. I agree and did negotiations and he give me agreement to sign and the link to apply the credit application. Today Nov 3rd, after he ask my business address, he told me that because i recite and have business in Alabama so he can not pull my credit even he have my permission. If i want to buy vehicle i should pay cash. Is they try to get money under table to not pay the tax? Or today may be someone give him better deal so he find the reason to kick me out. If the dealer can skip buyer anytime because he have better deal this dealer is not ethical buyer should aware.

Beware when shopping/buying online. I
showed up and they sold the car the night
before. Talked to the salesman that night right
up until close and even the morning of that we
spent 3 hours to drive to. Very unorganized
and unprofessional.

Salespetson never answered my direct and very simple questions, only hounded me with his sales scripts. Then they asked how they did, I replied that my questions were never answered so I was no longer a possible customer of theirs
Their only response: bombing my email inbox, to this day.

Great vehicle at a great price, but customer service was a bit lacking.
They changed the pricing multiple times, but finally came back with a decent deal.
Felt like I was pulling teeth to get my information.
Their slow response/lack of response to questions/pics led me to miss the deal...which happens.

They were very helpful and accommodating.
Brooke from Reinhardt did reply and we were able to strike a deal. I would
recommend dealing with her. She is a straight shooter and she understands
what you are looking for. She actually listens to you and works to make the
best deal! Ed Reinhardt, also works with you to make sure that they get you
set up right, with no hassles!

Was contacted by a salesman but I have not had time to go into dealership to test drive and see the vehicles.
Salesman very helpful in looking for cars I wanted and encouraged me to come in at my convenience for test drive etc.

I have not found the perfect car for me yetHowever it sure is
not because Skip has not tried. Very much product knowledge
and not forceful...would love to buy from your dealership. I've
had eight lexus in the past and hopefully always will own one..
