I purchased a vehicle from this dealership from out of state; Lexus of Kendall literally had the best deal in the country. After sending a message letting the dealership know I was interested, I was immediately assigned a sales representative who guided me through the entire process. This is only the 2nd time I've purchased a car, but the Claudio (my assigned sales rep.) made the process very easy for me. I secured outside financing and the financing department worked with them to get everything taken care of. When I arrived to pick up the car (unannounced), Claudio was off, but came in to personally make sure that the car was ready, and spent about an hour with me showing me all of the features. I highly recommend this dealership, and Claudio, if you are in the market for a new or used Lexus, even if you do not live in Florida. Thank you Claudio and Lexus of Kendall for the wonderful car buying experience.

The time I spent at the dealer could have been shortened, a lot of back and forth and they don’t try to give you room to negotiate! Need to be more efficient and down the time where it needs to be spent on me explaining more details about the vehicle!

Didn’t buy but was very professional

I was actually Dead Set against purchasing a car from a dealership. I am not an easy sell. I knew exactly what I wanted to pay and what I didn't want to pay. What I expected was not actually what I got and that was a very good thing. I feel like I got an awesome deal on a fabulous car that I love. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of at all. Everybody was open and honest and friendly and overall I had an amazing experience.

They lied about the car from the beginning. We agreed on a price, then they tell me its sold. Then I see it on the internet the next day for 4,000.00 more. SUPER SHADY!!!!!!!

I received a personal followup and engaged in some discussion over price via email. The doc fees at this dealership are very high, and the price quoted was $1000 higher than what was listed on CarGurus, which I had to point out. They were unwilling to budge on the doc fees.

The car was initially listed for 9300 online. When i got there it had a sticker for 12000. Stains on the headliner, broken trim plastics and carpet was sun bleached brown. initial salesman who contacted me handed me off to another as soon as i walked in.

Got ahold of me right away,then did not get back to me a 2nd time about our deal

I asked for pictures of the car. They sent several emails asking my to go over and see the car but never sent any photos.

Most of the Lexus Of Kendall sales organization and management has contacted me by email. My only problem is receiving a response as to the condition of the vehicle I'm interested in as it was reported to have been involved in 3 accidents that raised a red flag in my opinion. Since the dealership is approximately 200 miles from my home I want to make sure the vehicles value meets what i require.

Still waiting for photos from them. I learned that the car was in the body shop so they could not send pictures! Red Flags came up. I am willing to speak with them but I am being cautious !

I think they were too busy. Perhaps need more e-comnerce sellers. They wrote to me asking my phone number (to make an appointment, I think). Then they wrote me to give me information and other different things, but I was waiting for a call to set an appointment. So I think they should improve customer tracking.

They replied back quickly and supplied me with the information I asked for. However I am holding off on purchasing a car after talking it over with my wife.

Lexus of Kendall contacted me within hours of my message. Even though the car didn't suit my needs, they were very helpful and professional. I got the impression that they were truly concerned about my what I really wanted in a vehicle and they did not try to bully me into getting something I didn't want. I'll definitely recommend them to her buyers.

They were horrible. I live an hour away from them. I needed a car with a navigation and they assured me the one I wanted had it, but it didn't. Then they offered me another deal way overpriced. And no follow up. They promise to call but they don't

Best lexus prices and nice people

Dealer was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests. Unfortunately the interior color ended up not being the color that was listed. There were no interior pictures but once the dealer took some and sent to me I was no longer interested in the particular vehicle.

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Will not return. After third visit, found car I wanted. Both salesperson and his manager said I would get 1.9% financing. Finance manager offered 3.4%. Too much time wasted with these unscrupulous salespeople.

I received a nice welcome by the sales manager and his salesman. After the test drive and inspected the car closely, I was given a very fair price which was less then the listed price. I did not make the deal because I felt that the previous owner abused the car judging on the engine response and body work which confirmed that the car repaired and repainted after an accident and also the reason I was given of the trade by the owner. I feel that the manager was willing to work with me and could have gotten the car for a good price. Yes I recommend Lexus of kendall providing you do your homework on the vehicle you want before going there.
