I requested additional pictures and I got emails asking if I had a trade-in, offers for financing options, but never a picture. The only picture available is a stock picture.

Cars were not clean. Salesman stated prices are not negotiable. The two cars I looked at online did not show dents and scratches. I got to the dealership first car few dents and decent size scratches. Second car underneath looked like it backed over a cheese grater. I didn't look at other vehicles I was only interested in two. So maybe a coincidence who knows.

The car was never looked into, I drove two hours to see it. The dealership removed the inspection sticker, there was a problem with the exhaust, a headlight had a leak and the back window couldn’t go up, now I understand things happen, but I was given every excuse and made to feel I was wrong. I felt I was being duped into buying a car that had problems, that could have been resolved before putting it in the lot, imagine what else could be wrong. I left immediately, and hope whoever bought it doesn’t have any more issues.. I’m very surprised a FORD dealership would allow these practices.

Dealer was far away from my location, so they took a video of the car for me to view it. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help, unfortunately car was sold before I was able to get there.

During the negotiation process I spoke with three employees. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Even in the early stages I felt they had my best interest at heart. I live in Pennsylvania, but was impressed enough to make the trip to NY for the purchase.

Had a good experience, but have not dealt w/ the financial people. They did get back to me in a timely manner, but phoned me a little too much to ca come in for test drive. I made it perfectly clear I was not buying this car the same day I test drove it. Salesman was nice, respectful, listened to and answered my questions.Undecided about the car at this point. Rating could change if I make this purchase.

Appointment made promptly and was on schedule when we arrived. Test drive went well. We had informed the dealer we wanted to take the car with us and the paperwork went as quickly as possible after we agreed on a final price for our trade-in. We knew what we wanted ahead of time and they provided it, good experience for one of the things I dislike doing.

It's because of his personality, I decided to purchase my Ford Transit 350 XLT 2016, which had a competitive price I the market. The finance manager Susan, was nothing short of professional. Great service and price worth the driving from PA.
