The first interaction was good but from there the interaction wasn't good. Scott Ortenzio the sales person I was dealing with was pushing me to go with his lenders for financing when I already had pre-approved financing from Westlake at a 9.74% rate. Scott told me that Westlake was bad and to strict so he took upon himself to use his lender at 15.99% rate. I said the rate was too high and I want to use Westlake. Then he proceeds to run a credit check on me and tells me my credit is poor and ONLY uses one credit bureau that has my worst rating not the other two which has me at a good rating and tells me that I have repo's on my credit report when I'm looking at my credit report and I didn't see ANY information about repo's. When I said something to him about it he got indignant and proceeded to give me a lecture that he's in business to sell me a vehicle and to either take his offer or forget it! Definitely not a professional way of doing business.

Excellent experience w/ Jason (Jay) Grove. Arranged for trade-in of my BMW and transport of both cars to/from Virginia. Now the new owner, and I think at a decent price and trade-in value.

I was interested and ready to buy this vehicle and received a call from Scott that it had sold. When I checked Lebanon website and CarGuru I learned the vehicle didn't sell the price just increased. I am no longer interested in dealing with Lebanon they lack integrity.

Shameka, sorry you missed this vehicle. However, I am not sure why you gave us this review. This Kia is still sold to the original buyer. They are scheduled to pick up tomorrow. We do not remove vehicles from our website or Carguru until it is delivered to its new owner. As far as the price changing, not sure why it would change, but the customer purchasing the Sorento are buying it at the price they saw online and agreed upon.

Although we did not purchase a vehicle here, the representative contacted us immediately. He was understanding that we were shopping around. He wasn't pushy or anything like that. For my next car I would trust this dealership.

Paul was very responsive. We communicated by email and he always replied quickly and answered my questions. In the end I found what I was looking for elsewhere so I never went to this location in person.
