Amazing experience at Lawless Jeep! I found a car I was interested in on CarGurus, e-mailed Lawless and heard back right away. I live an hour away but made the trip. The car I wanted to test

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP***The management of this dealership lacks integrity
and they are not true to their word. They offered me a price on used vehicle,
which they provided to me IN WRITING. They accepted my deposit on this
vehicle at the price that THEY OFFERED. A day later, they then withdrew their
offer and said they would not sell it at the price THEY OFFERED. No issues with
the salesman, he is just doing his job. As with most car dealerships, the
management makes the offers and approves the deals. Apparently, at this
dealership, the management is not held accountable for the deals that they offer
and can retract them at any time. The management of this dealership cannot be
trusted. If you read the reviews, I am not alone in saying this. There are others
who have had similar experiences. Don’t say you haven’t been warned. Proceed
at your own risk and beware of these unscrupulous practices.

They replied to my original request right away. Since then, i have sent them a few emails and left them a voice message with the manager and i have yet to hear back from them. The vehicle i was interested in is still on the market. Maybe they don’t care about selling the car.

What turned out to be a visit to test drive and move on to the next dealer, ended up me being extremely happy.
After reviewing alternatives and pricing options with other dealers while at Lawless, I ended up going through the entire process. And now
driving the vehicle I wanted.

The service was terrible. Immediately I was pressured to provide information (and i refused) that could be used against
me, to manipulate the overall price. When I wouldn't play ball, and started leaving, the price was adjusted. When I finally
negotiated a fair a price, we moved on to finance. With over 50% of the papers signed, an old school tactic of a "last
minute" issue/ Overlook" came up by a knock on the door, negating my price and financing APR%. This issue (that was
a non issue/ just a tactic) inflated the payment by about $100. I walked out, only to be called multiple times, telling me
they they have a few options for me. Still a tactic. This is just my experience, Im not saying dont buy from them,
however be ready for high pressure, and old school tactics like price changes, false non-qualifiers, and most of all Time
Investment. I was there for 3 1/2 hours, only to walk out.

SUCKS, STAY AWAY!!! This dealership was the worst dealer I have been to. I had an appointment setup, my family and I got there five minutes earlier. They had two salemen on the floor just talking to each other and paid no mind to us, after looking right at us. We finally said "ok let's go they are paying no mind to us". I called back and told a manager what happened and he told us that's not how they do business if we could go back and they would try to make it right. I was told through email by Andy that the car we wanted was still available so I called to set an appointment and they told me that I didn't need one because they weren't that busy. I got there and asked for a salesman and they told me that they were all buys and it had two people in front of me. They asked if I had made an appointment, I said no because I was told that I didn't need one. I asked if I could speak to Andy and he came out with a salesman. Saleman told me that car we wanted was sold. THIS DEALER SUCKS!!!

I'm 59 years old and have had numerous car buying experiences in my
lifetime to date... This was the worse one! The "salesman" knew absolutely
nothing about the car functionality and just sat in the backseat saying nothing
and texting on his phone. I showed him the $6200 NADA trade in value of
our car. He offered a non-negotiable $1500 for the trade and increased the
advertised price of the car. DOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AT THIS
DEALERSHIP!!!

Michael Pontes helped us as soon as we walked in the door. he was
professional and quick and we bought the car on Sunday and picked it up on
Tuesday. Overall it was a great experience.
Car was available at the price I wanted. However , the dealership made the transaction very painful. They acted as if they’ve never dealt with an out of state buyer. And the day I went and test drove the vehicle it was raining profusely and I missed a broken mirror which the dealer said they would not repair and offered nothing in terms of an offer to help. So aside from having a vehicle I wanted they really didn’t do a great deal for me. I would not recommend them if you are from out of state. The salesperson also asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting an additional day so he could have more opportunities to sell cars on the last day of the month. At that point the deal had been done for 5 days already and they were trying to further delay the delivery of the vehicle.
Yes they contacted me even on the morning of the day I went down to
the dealer. When I got there all of a sudden there was a problem with
the car they could not sell it to me because that morning they sold it to
the auction house. What a classic case of Bait and Shift. The salesman
that was working with us could care less about us and tried to sell us
another car the had in stock. So after traveling the hour to get there and
wasted our morning don’t go to this dealer they could do this to you.

My experience was terrible had an appointment to drive this Compass and it
wasn't on there lot they had to go get it at a different lot so i drove a different
one and to make a long story short i went through the process and paperwork
and thought that i purchased this vehicle until i went and checked the vin #
and it was a different vehicle they told me that this one that i came to drive
had sold so they wasted 2 hours of my time then called me the next day with
all the excuses and mistakes and said the car was never sold.
I live 2 hrs away so I offered $25k on the phone for a $36k overpriced
Volvo XC60. They don’t sell Volvo’s so should be willing to ‘move it out’
at a low price. Guy said on phone they will make any deal to get sales
completed. Set up an appt w me to meet w him.
Same guy left & went home right before our appt at 5pm a day later.
I drove 2 hours each way for no deal. They offered to come down from
$36k a few hundred. That was it. They totally were blowing hot air at
me. Not impressed.
Typical male dominated, fast talking, sleazeball dealership as far as I’m
concerned. Go elsewhere!

I would not recommend Lawless. The car I bought was ready three days after it was promised, and it took an entire day and several phone calls to get the registration emailed.

2015 f150 xl listed for $26,995
I went in on october 10th and test drove the truck
i liked the truck so i filled a credit app out to buy
the truck first they ran my credit once for the
dealership thats cool so the sales manager
came over to me with a 13.9 apr i wasnt having
that that is way to high but he persisted that was
the only lender that would give me a loan i told ill
have to think about he wanted a cash deposit my
only intention was to trade in my current vehicle
for the deposit then he told me he could sell the
truck in the morning because i didnt have a
deposit he already ran my credit 7 times at this
point then then the finance manager told me he
didnt get any reponses back from any other
lenders it was 8pm at this point on 10/10/17
they were technically closed so we left it at that
the next morning ron called and told my wife we
got approved for an 8.9 apr through another
lender so my wife went down to sign for the
truck at around noon we didnt want to lose the
truck to another buyer this was 10/11/17
everthing on our end was done they even had the
title to my trade in this whole time now this is
where it gets wacky i was told ill be driving the
truck home that friday night 10/13/17 friday rolls
around i had to contact them they didnt contact
me i was told they had ordered the title before i
even looked at the truck i believe it was a few
days before so i text them call them everyday
because i wasnt hearing anything from them
kept getting the same answer we are waiting on
the title so this goes on for 2 weeks nothing but
they did repair and paint the bumper for the
inconvenience so on 10/24/17 matt from the
dealership told me that the title was available
then told me ford sent it to them and he had no
idea were it was 2 weeks later i so i gave up i
needed a truck so i went to another dealer
tuesday night at 6pm and drove the truck home
by 830 by the end of this ordeal my credit and
my wifes credit was ran a total of 14 times each
with no result now i have all these hard inquiries
because this dealership tried to sell me a truck
without a title if your looking at a car here go
else where there are plenty of dealerships that
actually care about what happens during the sale
of a $26,000 truck so i would say stay away

They did a great job contacting me. I made an offer of 19K to see if there was any wiggle room in the price before I made such a long trip to look at he truck. I needed to get the cost down closer to my budget. They said they would not accept my offer and did not counter so I moved on.

Very Bad dealers.Never bought car from
here.Once we bought the car they all including
manager behave like rude.They never take any
responsibility what happened in your car.I bought
the car from here and had failed inspection next
day.I tried to return back but they said Car is
registered under my name so I cannot leave
there simply and also they are not going to take
that car anymore.They just fixed it.Horrible
experince.Very bad customer service.Never buy
a car from these dealers.They are cheaters.

I went there nervous about financing myfirst car. I had my eye on the Mazda CX-5. I was helped out by Joe M and he was very cool about the whole thing. I didn't feel pressured at any point to make a quick or rash decision. I did end up loving the Mazda, he helped me through the entire financing process (along with Kevin who was also very nice) and even after I made my choice, Joe offered to come in on his day off to help me pick it up if I needed. I was in and out with my new car in just 2 days. I had a great experience getting my first car and will most likely go right back there when it's time for a new one!

We went for a test drive, however someone else was in process of buying the car. Understandable I guess. The next day they contacted me and said the car was available again. I emailed back and said I would be there the next day at 5pm. I called back the next day at 3pm to confirm and they informed me the car was sold after all. Would have been nice to get a call from them informing me of this development. Glad I didn't drive the 40 minutes in traffic for nothing.

Excellent dealership, highly recommended! I purchased a used car and as I left the dealership driving it, several warning lights went on. Even though the 3-year factory warranty already expired, they have gone out of their way to remedy the situation before I take the car home with me. Excellent customer service.

My sales person was awesome! I really
couldn't say enough good things about
him. Sales manager, not so much. One
refused to skip running my credit when I
told him multiple times I had my own
lender, and I didn't want the inquiries on
my credit report. He wouldn't let the deal
go through without running my credit
through Chrysler Financial. I wanted the
car, and I liked the salesman, so I took
the hit with absolutely no gain, as I knew
would be the case.
After the deal was made the financial guy
and sales manager(s) took an entire
additional business day, despite a couple
phone calls, to get all the information to
my lender and insurance.
All in all, the deal took roughly 6 hours at
the dealership, two and a half days, and
a half dozen phone calls.

This evening I came in to look at
the Honda S2000 you had for
sale, and it shocked me how
terrible the customer service was.
Dimetri was more concerned
about the last sale of the month,
instead of finding out my financial
situation or try to even work
numbers. I was very interested in
the car and was willing to see
what type of deal we could have
made. I make enough money to
make any type of deal. He
instantly threw out the lowest he
could give me for a trade and
wouldn't even budge. How is
someone suppose to find out
how much their car is worth if the
dealership doesn't even follow
any guidelines as in Kelly Blue
Book. I'm not saying you have to
go by their price, maybe around
that ball park but not $5000 less
than a reasonable asking price on
a nearly brand new car. I also
asked if I could get the car
inpected by a mechanic and was
denied to have to checked
because it shouldn't have to be.
Ive been to other dealerships and
they had no problem. Dimetri
referred it as a speciality car, so
don't you think I have more of a
right to make sure the car is in
great shape considering I'd be
paying a much higher price for a
10 year old vehicle. He
automatically reduced my asking
trade by $2000 so the dealership
could make a little money, and
reduced another $1500 so the
mechanic could fully inpected my
car? I've never heard of such
thing out of all the dealerships
I've ever been too.
I assume you'd want your
customers to leave happy and
want to return for more business,
but he was more concerned
about the this final sale of the
quarter. Which I completely
understand, but why not try
working with the customer, make
a good deal, and start the next
quarter off with something good..
When I said you definitely could
have made a sale, Dimetri ended
up being cocky with the remark of
"I already had 24 sales this month
I don't need another".
I made a second trip after talking
to someone and eventually made
out a deal. They told me to come
up after work to sign papers.
When I got there they lied and
said they never heard from the
bank and therefor no deal was set
up. I wasted my time twice for
nothing, especially driving 2
hours to get there. After giving in
and accepting an awful deal to
get my dream car, they forgot a
bunch of paper work and had to
redo the contract multiple times.
I hope you guys taking this better
than just another angry rant but
use this to better your customer
service instead of being a money
hungry car dealership. I'm sorry it
has to come to this but I'm make
sure I do not refer any one here..

drive 5 minutes late. Sales person
was not around and the Baja was
on a lift in the garage. The sales
person said the reason for the
appointment is to have the car

talked to did not listen to what I
said several times. . I went to Ira
Subaru and I am very happy just

typical car dealer.my fault I waited till the end of the month to buy another car for my wife. started off great and asked for a couple things done prior to delivery. Part not in stock and said that I was in no rush to pick up car. until the pressure started with they need the money before the end of the month. no way is a way to earn customer loyalty. other items not complete too. (headliner repair)

Very disappointed. At first, guy
wouldn't negotiate the price at all.
Eventually we talked to a
manager and got the price down
$500. We were very excited,
buying my daughter her first car.
We got there to buy it and the guy
brings in this documentation fee,
which NO ONE mentioned in all
of our correspondence. It tacked
on $500, so we really never
negotiated. After all these fees,
the price of the car was $1,000
more than what the price we
negotiated was. Major
disappointment. They could have
told us about the fee, and they
could have been more courteous
about the inconvenience. I don't
recommend to anyone, don't put
yourself through the struggle.

Sir, we told you ahead of time EXACTLY what the price of the vehicle was. Everyone, everywhere has to pay their taxes and fees. No matter what dealer you go to you will pay a doc fee, it has nothing to do with the price of the vehicle. On top of that, our sales person and the BDC rep that handled you tried very hard to make sure you were happy. The things you are upset about though have nothing to do with us though. Please let us know if you need anything in the future, we are always happy to help.

Buyer beware! They charge a
$495 "document fee" and then
charge additional for documents !
Also they will charge you $500
more if you don't use their
financing. add up the hidden fees
and their prices aren't so good.
