Called several times and were informative and professional on the telephone.
Our salesman, Scott Sanders, assisted w/ answering questions about the Chevy Express van & invited me
for a test drive. Upon arrival to the Laria Chevrolet, the vehicle was warmed up & ready. During the test drive
I noticed a vibration that I thought was due to tire balance or out-of-round condition. After the test drive, Scott
& I discussed purchasing options, and we completed the purchase for the vehicle. Scott said he would have
the mechanic inspect the vibration issue prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. The vibration issue was
discovered to be an out-of-balance driveshaft which Scott said would be ordered and replaced in a couple
days. Not only was the vehicle repaired but Scott offered to have the vehicle delivered to our office as well.
The delivery was completed and we a are very pleased with the purchase experience from Laria Chevrolet &
highly recommend them for those purchasing a car or truck.

This dealer was great. They actually sold the car for what the car guru site listed. They were quick with responses and the whole buying process was made easy. Other dealers in Columbus and Cincinnati used car guru site to get you in the door and then not have the car or the price was not as listed!

I spent a pretty long time looking for the perfect car. Most dealers were either too far or had cars
that were too expensive for my budget. From the moment I saw a certain car, I knew I was
interested. I contacted the dealer and within a couple of hours I received an email and a call. My
salesmen's name was Chuck and from the first call exchange, he was nothing but kind, helpful,
and willing to work with me. After my test drive, I really liked the car and decided to purchase it.
We had the buying process explained. The total of the car with taxes was over our budget, but
Chuck did what he could and had the price lowered so we could afford it.

I traded in a beautiful Ford Fusion for a Saturn Outlook. The salesman “Bill” quickly pointed out the vehicle was “as-is.” This was the first red flag I ignored. They wouldn’t give me the original deal I wanted for a Chevy Equinox so I settled for the Outlook...they were quick to come down on that, 2nd red flag I ignored. Twice I asked for the car fax and never got it. The Outlook looked nice but the air bag light was on and the interior had stains on the ceiling, I figured it was excessive smoke stains because the interior smelled like smoke. They cleaned the stain on one side of the ceiling but not the other. They claimed they fixed the air bad sensor but I’m not convinced they did. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and they huffed and puffed every time I requested something to be looked at or cleaned. The first time it rained the sunroof leaked excessively. The next day on Cargurus they lowered the original vehicle I wanted to the price I wanted. Thanks Laria Chevrole.

I had an excellent experience. I purchased the used car that I found on CarGurus. I am a wheelchair user and everyone was very accommodating. The dealership is clean.

Answered all the questions I had. Responded in a timely manner. Didn't have what I was looking for.
I bought the vehicle through them. The trade-in value discussed for the other vehicle was less than originally mentioned over the phone. After driving there from Michigan there was no way I wanted to go home without the vehicle I was after. They did stay after the scheduled hours in order to complete paperwork for me, but the additional cost of the vehicle because of the trade-in difference overshadowed much of what they did to compensate. Happy with the new vehicle overall.

The dealer reached to me and we discussed the details of the vehicle in which I was interested to review. They were prompt and courteous and offered their sales staff to work with me. I had reduced my potential choice down to three vehicles. I opted not to purchase this vehicle as it was 100 miles away and I needed a vehicle rather quickly.

My salesman Casey was phenomenal throughout the entire car buying experience. I did not feel pressured at anytime. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is a top notch salesman and I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle off of him. The process of actually paying for the vehicle took way too long. From the time I closed the deal with Casey until the time I signed the paperwork and was ready to walk out the door was over 1 and 1/2 hours. I know they were having computer issues but this was a little frustrating as I had already worked all day then drove almost 50 miles to Laria to purchase the car.

Casey was easy to work with and understood exactly where we needed the price and the payments to be. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend if your in the market for a new or used car contact him. Very friendly and knowledgeable and the best was how honest he was about everything. The dealership was closing within 30 minutes when we got there and we were never rushed or anything.

Drove over an hour and took the day off to look at a used Mercedes. Upon arrival I found out that the car had a “Check Engine” light on and the convertible top was broken. Won’t be doing business with them in the future.

Their initial response was prompt but they were unable to budge at all on price which was at least three thousand over what other dealers were offering for same vehicle.
This dealer is terrible!!! Was in contact with Dan. I talked to him 3 times on the day I was going to see the truck NEVER once did he mention putting a deposit down. I told him that I was about 2hrs away and would be there after work around 5, I got there at 4 and he tells me that he sold it. Never called,never offered to show me something else just "things like that happen " !!! Well if this dealer does business like that then they SUCK!!! 000 rating from me if I could go lower I would!!!

I was contacted right away, I ended up purchasing this car.. great experience , this is a really nice dealership, very friendly staff.. my salesman, Chase Caldwell was great..friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable .. this dealership is an hour and a half away from my home, I would definitely go back for the great service .

Good Luck getting Anyone to resopond from the
Sales Rep to the Sales Manager. I’ve bought a lot
of vehicles over my years and without a
Doubt the worst Customer Service I have ever
experienced in my life. If I could rate them a 0
Star I would.
I emailed a associate Sat morning to inquire
about a vehicle and I did receive a immediate
reply telling me another associate would call me
ASAP (this was at approx 9am), 10, 11,12,1pm
came no call no email reply. So I emailed back
and again a immediate reply I was told well since
they close in 2 hours that it might be Monday. (So
much for wanting to sell a vehicle).
Monday comes, I’m heading out of town on a
road trip so I send another email at 7am informing
salesman I’ll be on the road to call me so we can
discuss more info on the vehicle.
8am,9am10am,11am,12pm comes and still not
one word I email back in and again a immediate
response they tell me they will have the salesman
call me. 2:30 comes and finally get a call, I spoke
to the salesman he was going to go take
additional pictures for me (which he did) and
inquire about the price (which he did). He calls me
back at 7pm and gives me pricing info. I emailed
salesman back telling him I want to put a down
payment on cc to hold the vehicle then I’m told
Oh someone is driving it now and they are talking
to finance. Ok fair enough things happen, I email
him back and tell him to let me know first thing in
the morning if it sold. 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am,
Noon, 1pm comes and I hear nothing so I email
them again and he replies oh today is my day off.
(Well why didn’t you tell me that last night when
we talked and didn’t mention that when you said
you would let me know first thing in the morning.
I was pretty disappointed in the whole customer
service experience at this time so I asked the
salesman for his Managers #, I then left the
manager a very detailed step by step of my car
buying experience with their dealership and know
what not a single reply from him.
As I mentioned above good luck on getting any
customer service from this dealership.
From the Moment Ashley first answered the phone as the internet contact person I knew I had gotten fortunate enough to have found good Midwestern principled people. Ashley quickly got me in touch with Andrew Lafever and from that point on things went Great !!! Andrew got me photos of the car while it was still being detailed and follow up photos of anything I wanted to see. Andrew is the real deal when it comes to salesman he is head and shoulders above the rest. I bought the 2017 Volt and when it was delivered it was just as Andrew described BEAUTIFUL !!!!! Thanks be to God that there are still honest straight forward people like Ashley and Andrew at Laria Chevrolet !!!!

Everyone sounded really friendly over the phone. I submitted a app online and all I received was the run around afterwards. Everyday I would call to check on the status of my application and in return I would get a " I'm going to check and call you right back " that went on for a week. I gave up after that.

Drove 2.5 hours to look at a truck, the dealer that was supposed to show us the truck didn't show up, so another dealer showed us it. The trucks check engine light was flashing, the 5th cylinder was blown up. The mechanic we had look at it couldn't believe they let us drive it off the lot. Then the dealers mechanic looked at it and said the same thing. Then the dealer proceeded to offer me another truck for same price it was a great truck. But then only offered me 500 bucks for my car as a trade in that I just paid 4000 for three months ago. Now the dealer that did show us the trucks was a nice guy and did everything he could to help, it wasn't his fault the other dealer didn't tell us the truck was going to blow up. Drove 2.5 hours for nothing.

Megan, the internet sales manager, responded to
my inquiry promptly regarding the reduced price
2016 Chevy Malibus' on 12/22/16. She was very
nice and answered my questions thoroughly.
Coming from Cleveland i already went to a local
dealer to check out and test drive this car. I really
liked this redesigned Malibu and Laria had them
at this great price.I went to Laria on 12/29 and
was greeted by Jeff. I told him of my
conversations with Megan and what i wanted.
He was great , wasn't pushy, and left me and my
family alone with my top three picks to decide
which one i wanted. I bought the White LS and
nearly three months in I love it. The longest part
of this process was me picking out the color i
wanted. Although i didn't do a trade in or needed
their help with financing im sure they would have
been just as accommodating.I would definitely
make this neary 40 mile trip again and
recommend my family and friends.... Thanks

Was not treated properly--salesman let us test drive the car,
then forgot us. Came back from the test drive with
questions...he was busy with another customer. Couldn't be
bothered. Had to wait. Finally got to speak to his boss. Standing
for over an hour. Never offered a seat. The ad says the car has
8 miles on it. The car actually has over 4,100 miles on it. Safety
sensors malfunctioned. Not willing to negotiate when this
supposedly "new" car has over 4,100 miles--which was
unexpected. Gave me the run-around. Like I should be honored
to purchase from them, not very customer oriented. Very
unhappy with treatment in general. Ad says they are 10 miles
from Akron--but it takes half an hour to get there and half an
hour to drive back. Out in the middle of nowhere--so you would
think they would be willing to negotiate some--no luck. In
general, worst treatment I have EVER received at ANY car
dealership. Made to feel since I was a woman that my business
didn't matter. I have purchased 4 cars in my life and been with
others doing their price shopping and buying, so I am not
inexperienced about customer standards. I have never seen
this type of treatment anywhere else. I was offered an additional
$1,000 discount in an email to get me all the way out there,
then when we got down to negotiations, they refused to honor
that $1,000 discount. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.
Treated very poorly there and not respected as a customer. I
was interested in the car but after that treatment, there was no
way I would consider buying from them.

Quick response. I purchased a Jeep Patriot from Laria, at a fair price. A bit of a hassle trying to buy in Ohio as a PA resident. Purchasing a car without financing shouldn't be so difficult with today's technology. You can write a check for groceries and the store instantly knows if the funds are available.

Dealer called, but really couldn't answer and specific questions about the vehicle. Had to ask about a car fax, he read it to me, said no major accidents or repairs, but no maintenance information. I ask where it came from, told me New York but purchased by the dealer at an auction in Michigan. Didn't give me any good feelings about this car.

The salesman was friendly, but while we were test driving the van,
he kept repeating, "It really runs great!" as if his words could
convince us. I found this irritating, especially since the front end
was tossing up and down excessively with every bump
(suspension problem, perhaps?)

Chris did an awesome job answering questions and taking time to tell us all about the feature of the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was what we expected except that the interior had obviously not been detailed at all. Chris tried his best to get someone to clean it up to my satisfaction but in the end, I was disappointed with that service. Jessica in the finance dept. was also awesome and very knowledgeable about warrenties and loans.

They are nice to you at first in order to try and lure you in.
Beware, if you are from out-of-state I'd steer clear, as terms &
conditions change significantly by requesting money wire transfers
while attempting to close the sale. Their tone changes 360
degrees to quite nasty if you balk at this.

Didn't seem motivated to sell me a car. Went in looking for a car they had online and after 30 minutes they still couldn't find it or offer to show me something else they had that was similar. I sent one more email and no response. So I bought elsewhere.

I drove 200 miles to look at a car. I had called ahead to say I was coming, but when I arrived, another customer was out test-driving the car. This was a Saturday, but except for my salesperson, everyone we saw was grumpy, no smiles, no friendliness. I bought the car in spite of all that. They did not do a good job of cleaning and prepping the car.
