I did my whole transaction out of state from the first interaction until the final sale. Everything was very smooth. Sam did an excellent job sending me videos and describing the vehicle perfectly I would recommend these guys to anybody for their next truck.

I will not waste my time with them again I seen that had great reviews they had truck I liked said they could run the numbers on my trade. They never called me back ppl get busy I get that but two days! then to be told the manger is busy he will call you back no call then find out the truck was sold never told hey the truck was sold we apologize for the late response nothing waste of my time.

This is an outstanding business. All my questions were answered through communication prior to even touching my truck. The people are friendly and honest. Very clean and well organized dealership. Management was curtious and knowledgable of all their vehicles and helpful in our selecting a vehicle that suited our needs. Bought a Ram 2500 paid top dollar and bought a warranty also , with in 24 hours the truck needed a new front wheel hub , didn’t notice it was bad till I was going 70 on the highway, contacted the dealer with no return phone call or text , nothing !!! I thought I was dealing with pretty good people but it seems like the customer service ends when you buy a vehicle , they are kinda high on prices also

Well I just bought a 2012 3500 ram it was driving good on a test drive on my way back to New York 250 miles away in Virginia the vehicle shut off on me Miguel the sales person told me that the truck was my responsibility and I should take it to a mechanic to get looked at in my hometown. When he told me this I am mediately call the necessary people Didn’t tell them who I was going to call they left me out in the truck 45° cold I’ll call AAA and told them that I was bringing the vehicle back to the garage in the morning and I was gonna stay in a hotel Miguel told me that they will give me $100 for the hotel and they can see if they can help me out With the mechanic fees , told him no that I was bringing it back After contacting AAA they told me it will be a $650 fee to drop the truck back off to The dealership in North Carolina I told Miguel this and the dealership manager insisted that I take the vehicle to my mechanic in NYC

There is no need to spread disinformation. When you began having issues with the truck (400-500 miles away from the dealership) you were told to find the closest mechanic to your location so we can handle the matter as quick as possible for you. We offered to handle ALL expenses involving towing, repairs, and an overnight stay in a hotel if the repairs could not be done same day. We offered to do this even though this vehicle was bought AS-IS because we stand behind the vehicles we sell here at Landmark Auto Inc. Very slow at returning calls and responding. Took my preapproval from Westlake financial picked out a truck to be only told that it’s not approved. The dealer told me they’ve had over 10 customers with the same situation within one week.It’s not the dealers fault or the salesman it’s the financial companies that are signed up on car guru dad is giving everyone a blackeye

Salesman contacted me, sent me additional pictures of the truck, and I decided based on conversations and pictures of the truck I would go get it, put a deposit on the truck, the salesman insisted on cashiers check, so went to bank and got it, we both decided on Sat. at 11:00am, so I hooked up my car trailer and drove 140 miles to pick up the truck! Arrived in Smithfield at 9:45 early, the truck was not on the lot, had made 6 calls that morning t advise the dealership I was early and dispite using calling 2 different numbers no one answered the phone so I was a little nervous t start with, when I arrived the salesman was out and the owner met us, he explained that the truck was at a garage down the road getting the knock sensor changed, they had discovered it bad Friday, and they never notified me, this sensor is under the intake! The garage was closed, I drove 280 miles round trip for nothing, the truck was very poor shape, and not driveable, be careful people, this was not funny.

Dealer was aware I was coming hours in advance. Truck was dirty when I got there, looked like someone just finished hunting in it. Four wheel drive didn’t work of coarse they acted surprised, the hood wouldn’t even latch after I looked at the motor. Didn’t even drive the truck down the road.

All the people I dealt with were great. A few minor problems with the truck. It runs and drives great. Second day stuck at Walmart parking lot, had to buy 2 new batteries, radio control and comfort controls don't work. I will buy a new radio soon conforti controls will have to go to the shop. These problems should have been seen by them and me before purchasing. But I still like the truck and the people. Mabe not the guy who checked it out before putting it out on the lot.

I contacted this company we stayed in contact i was going to purchase a vehicle with them. They got my credit information and was suppose to hear something back i never did i called no response and texted back no response and tried again and again and nothing. I dunobif they sold the vehichle or what. So they have ran my credit which was for know reason at all. I would not recommend them at all.

They don't care about ethics. I got a loan approved for a specific truck. Just to be told by the salesman he went to lunch and the truck was sold to someone else because he didn't tell anyone I had contacted him about buying it. Yet the same truck is still listed for sale.

One of the easiest automobile transactions I've ever done. Went in, looked at the truck I researched on the internet, talked to the owner a few minutes, got the keys, test drove (alone), checked out the truck, came back and made an offer. They met me within $500 of my offer. The only problem I had was, we left the truck for detailing and prep but I believe all that was done was some amour all was put on the tires. But all in all good to deal with.

The Chevrolet was a work truck and not the vehicle I am looking for. Loved the Ford was on the back lot when we went to see the Chevy but hadn't been put out for sale. It was nice and got sold before we could even see it.

Unreliable and unprofessional dealer. Made an appointment to look at the truck. I drove 1 hr and 30 min and the truck wasn't there because employee drove it home. They said they could have it back there within the hour but didn't try anything to retain me as a customer ot keep me there.

I was talking to a sales rep for three days. I asked him if there is anything he can do for the price and he told me, and I quote, "As for price, we really try very hard to make sure that if a customer drives one of our vehicles and likes it, that price will not be an obstacle for them driving it home." When I got into the dealership, I had two surprises. 1. The price was increased $1000 ( a mistake ??? I do not think so ) 2. He was not willing to take one dollar off the price. I have more than an hour drive to the dealership, and it was just a waste of my time.

Thank you for your response. We do try really hard. Most of our vehicles are priced from day one as a CarGurus "Fair Deal" or better. As a result, we often have limited margins. Since our initial pricing, this truck had already been reduced from $17,900 down to $16,900, making it a "Good Deal" by CarGurus. Since that first price reduction, additional reductions were made in error. We are human are fallible. We did catch the mistakes and corrected the price immediately. This was the day before your visit. Prices on CarGurus can only update overnight via an automatic data fee

Overall a fairly decent experience, I purchased a used car from Landmark and I wasn't expecting perfect, nor was I expecting to have already put several hundred dollars into minor fixes here and there, within the 1st few weeks of having the car. My advise is to check all buttons (my passenger window controls do not work) it was something withheld from me, they are not straight forward so I advise to check as much as you can. Check all fluids in the car, I had no oil at all and what residue was left was black. I asked for a replacement of my radio which they fixed because it didn't work and also the replacement of me passenger sun visor, I was called to come in and get the visor installed on many occasions, yet it was never installed I was given the run around and told there was no one on site to do it, I have to now pay to have it installed after the lady at the front desk offered to install it " I can try" is what she said. They have great prices but you will get what you pay for or the lack there of so be very, very careful or you may have to spend on fixing the car after you purchase.

Was lied to about the rust. I specifically asked if it had any rust. Was told only minor. I drove over an hour to their location to find the entire lower half of the vehicle extremely rusted. In fact, there was a hole I could place both hands into.
