They made the experience of buying a vehicle easy.
This was my first time buying a car long distance and I was anxious. But Landers McLarty was excellent- from communication to financing to delivery. They even had someone call me to get me oriented to all the features and controls. The car was immaculate when it arrived. I had a very good experience!

The internet manager called me next morning, she sent me email with details. We negotiated a price and she handled all of the details. They delivered car to me 5 days later. Incredible service. Great value. I would highly recommend them and if buying another car go to them first.

Treated me well, the cherokee was / is in bad shape needs $4500
worth of work by their estimate to get road worthy. The customer
should not have to find the broken motor mounts on a test drive.
Then test drove a couple of other vehicles. One oft them they could
not find the keys. This was the second time this has happened.
Two of the vehicles I called ahead to make sure they would be a
available for a test drive, was told they would be and the vehicles
where not.

Landers McLarty was an exceptional experience for us. Even
though we didn't end up buying from them we appreciated
everything that they did for us. We live 3 1/2 hours away and they
made the experience a pleasure. They answered all of our
questions and provided everything that we asked for.

Shaft was perfect and helped me out a lot
When I called to ask about a vehicle the salesman said it was in
perfect shape other than needing a radio reset from a battery
replacement. So I set up an inspection at a nearby dealership in
anticipation of seeing afterward since they are located 1.5 hours
away. Halfway into the inspection the other dealership called me to
tell me that it looked horrible (crease in door, damaged paint,
missing door handle, radio inoperable, screw in a tire, no tread on
tires, original air filter at 85,000 miles, etc) and they were
recommending to the sales manager of Landers McLarty that it be
sold at auction. Thanks to a dishonest salesperson I am out the
inspection fee and will no longer be dealing with this dealership.

First It's been two days and I
haven't heard from them.
Second, I went by there
dealership yesterday and looked
at the truck for 10 min and no one
ever even came and asked me if I
needed some help or anything. I
opened all the doors and even the
hood and got no help.
