They advertise cars at their dealership that are not in fact at their dealership at all. Reached out regarding a 2018 Alfa Romeo, that was listed as being at the Lakeland location on CarGurus only to find out that it’s actually located at one of their Texas dealerships. It appears they are having their sales people use the advertisements to prospect potential clients for cars in the future. Not even a clever bait and switch.
Price shown is 7k off of the total amount. Super disappointed in that.
I expected around 3k additional after taxes, taking the total to a little over 45k, realistically I would not have been mad at 46.5k either. However when I asked for the out the door price I was annoyed to find it was $49,306.07
Only positive is I didn’t have to travel there to get their price.
Awful experience. Used RAM 1500 I inquired about was listed for $29949 which sounded great, then the fees showed up when I asked for a
buyer's order. $998 dealer fee, $399 registration fee, $248 electronic filing fee, then $1194 reconditioning, and $294 for a second key. The
probably changed the oil and detailed it, so that is primarily straight profit to the dealer. Out-the-door of over $35k when all taxes and fees
were added. I understand most places now have a dealer fee, but this was over the top. Then after haggling via e-mail and text all day to try
and get a deal worked out, I submit the credit application to get a discount and literally 15 minutes later the salesman texted me that the truck
had already sold. I would start with requesting a buyer's order and if you can deal with the 5 or 6 fees added on to tax/tag/title and can
handle the inflated final price, good luck to you.

We called before driving almost 2 hours before seeing this Enclave and asked if it had the “towing package” and was told it did. Got down there and it did not have it. The Carfax report said it had been “cleaned and serviced” and ready to sell, but it had actually been up for sale for about a month(website said newly listed). It was quite obvious that it had not been cleaned or serviced, it was filthy inside! We took it for a test drive and turned down the fans so we could hear any noise. The brakes made a real bad grinding noise and overall it felt like the car had 114,000 miles on it instead of just 14,000 miles. We told him we were not interested in it and when we walked outside we saw three service guys standing outside doing nothing. Previous owner only owned it for 11 months, and the only oil change recorded was at 10,000 miles until dealer changed it at 14,000. Bad experience.

Worked with Benjamin Delaney, if he still works there someone tell him he is an awful salesman.
Have bought many cars, have never seen the fee's they add into their deals. Very non responsive. Was told they "aggressively price cars to
attract buyers from all over the state." When you add 6 grand in fees onto the deal, the list price is useless. Truck I was looking at has been on
the market with them for over 2 months, obviously something very wrong with the way they do business.

I would rate this dealer 0 stars if it were an option. We spoke to a salesperson right before we left to drive over an hour to look at the car we saw on Cargurus. We were told at that time that the car was available, but when we got there (an hour later) we were told the car was “lemon lawed” and they couldn’t show it to us (the free car fax said it was fine). Don’t worry they said, we have another great option for you. After walking the entire lot, we got in the salesperson’s car to drive to their body shop to find the car. It was a 2018 Renegade with low miles. It was sitting at the body shop with a dead battery and filthy dirty. Back to the showroom to show us other options, none of which were something we were looking for. The Jeep in question is still on their website a week later. A total waste of a day, and very poor experience. We went to another Jeep dealer the next day and had a great experience.
The customer service was great. And the attention as well. My problem was that after driving 2 hours and getting to the dealer the behicle that i wanted to see was not even inspected yet and the conditions of the vehiclw where horrible. For starters tje battery was dead and when i sat down to do the tesy drive the vehicle would not turn on. The interioir had a cracking sound and was mising a few covers on the inside. I left heartbroken and has to drive back 2 more hours feeling like my time was wasted.

Went to purchase a car for cash with a trade in. After the trade in was subtracted the price was now 4000 more than
listed. When looking at itemized sheet I found that over $3000 was in dealer fees (not tax, tag, title). $1800
reconditioning fee, $1000 paperwork fee, $300 key fee. Don't trust these aggressive salesman and they're inane
fees. Go to a reputable dealer that doesn't rip you off.

The deal was lost due to $1000 dealer fee. If you buy a 2200 car is 132 in taxes and 75 titling and 45 with my own tag. =approx 2450. Add 1000 for doc fee for extra profit!!! That’s 40% of the total drive from it of the deal. 45% of the cost of the car is complete air. For a 45000 car 1000 fee is still high but is only 2 % of the entire deal. If these dealers choose to advertise vehicles cheap because of a salvage title, true miles unknown. Showing 90k and 2 years ago it was 187k on the miles and totaled in an accident and 5 previous owners. It was advertised with 90k and hurry up this one won’t last as if we’re an outstanding vehicle and priced to blow out. When in fact a 2004 Avalon with salvage title, tru mileage unknown, approx 230,000 miles as a guess, 6 different owners with frame damage would probably sell for $1000. 250title &license. 60 tax. =1310 drive out. Although I did not make a deal, I was very impressed with Hercules. He did his best. I needed value. Not upside down.
Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I completed the online credit app before calling the dealership that morning around 8:30am. I explained that I lived just over 7hrs away from the dealership and before I made the drive for the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude I was interested in that I would like to get some additional pictures. The website only showed 4 exterior photos. I requested pictures of the interior and pictures or the tires with a penny to get an idea of what type of shape the tires were in. Nothing too hard, especially again since I was prepared to drive over 7hrs for the vehicle. I needed to be sure this was the vehicle I wanted before making that type of drive. I even explained to the salesman Mike that I needed to line up a rental car and have a number agreed on before I made the drive. Mike kind of laughed on the phone and said he would have to try and find a penny. About 5hours later and still not getting any pictures I called back and spoke to a female wh

998 dealer fee with 1195 reconditioning fee on top of the listed price is very dishonest way to get a car to the top of a car gurus search. Car wasn't even vacuumed. Mismatched tires and major front damage not disclosed in ad. Should be an embarrassment to have this car on any lot in that condition, let alone a new Dodge store.

This was a "bait & switch".I drove about an hour to get there & was told the car was sold after hours the night before. They tried to interest me in other vehicles. Car was still listed two days later with another "price drop". I had someone else call & they said that the car was still available but someone was there at the moment who was interested.

Overall OK, drive from Jacksonville to Lakeland to cut a deal, the
salesperson did his best to assist but his sales manager couldn’t
deliver the deal as we were 1500 hundred apart (you would think that
the sales manager would have offered to split the difference, but no)
they sell a lot of cars so for them , there’s another buyer on their way
right behind me waiting......one issue I thought was interesting in that
many of the use cars they sell on line are rentals and they advertise
them as one owner ????? Until you get there and find out

Our online price is such a competitive price and there is always more than one person usually inquiring about the same vehicle. The online price are already the lowest price and for someone to try and lower the online price is unrealistic. It is not that interesting that the carfax say's it was only a one owner when it was a rental, it was titled to only one company making it a single owner, the drivers can not claim ownership to a title for a rental company.
The worst! I call at 3p about a car, they say that they still have it, ok I am on my way from Pinellas. I get there and claim now it's sold, but, I'm in luck as they have another same year, same milage, same price, ok fine, I will take a look. Same milage, but 2 years older. I drive it, it's ok, a little rough. Say they just got it in but they will fix it up. Ok, what are the numbers? Well nearly twice as much as the car I came in for PLUS $4000 IN DEALER ADDED FEES!!! What a rip-off! I got back to my office and called them again, " Yes, we still have it, when can you come in?". Bait and switch, BS! Must only sell to poor folks that can't go somewhere else. Sad that they screw people that way.

thought might be around $14,000. But I asked
for a list of all the additional costs before I drove
way out of my way
and was sent a text with a total of $17,505.11.

Read the reviews about the "reconditioning fee." I called to make an offer and get right to
the net number and the person I spoke to was interested in listening. The price increased
significantly when I asked about the total. Proactively offered to put a significant down
payment down, run my credit, and work out the details over the phone. When I asked if
they delivered vehicles the person said yes. A minute later refused to negotiate over the
phone and said policy is you have to come in and negotiate with the "desk manager."
When I asked to speak to the manager the person told me she was the manager. Uhhh
ok..... Not a great experience and very surprised they weren't willing to do anything over
the phone. I've purchased my last seven cars this way. Time to break away from your old
practices.

Sales rep(Hercules) and Internet Manager(Amy) were prompt and polite in communications.That's where the good stops. Dealer
fees are too high and too many of them. Pre-owned recondition fee, $2200. The vehicle is a 2019......regardless still a fee I have
actually not seen before. Must be a ploy on how they offer the car at a low price and make it all up on the back end. Second key
fee, $300. We are at $2500 in absurd fees before we even get to the dealer fee, which is an astronomical $998. So almost
$3500 in fees before even getting to tax, tag, and title fees. They were a little low on trade offer as well but that is to be expected
and understood for sight unseen. Could probably be worked on more in person if we got that far. Sadly, we did not as I had to
nip it in the bud after the shock of their fees!

I would have been happy to give this dealership a good rating but feel that they misrepresented themselves by advertising the 2018 Jeep Compass for $15,399 only
to find out that once you sit down with the salesperson the $15,399 price is no where to be seen and the price is replaced with $18,617or $18, something we didn't
even see the actual breakdown as they were more concerned with how much we wanted to pay per month. We in fact never saw the price of $15399 on any
paperwork during our transaction. I have purchased or helped family members purchase vehicles on the years and have always received the Buyer,s Order,
Agreement & Vehicle information form plus a sales contract with the Itemization of Amount Financed form which shows breakdown of price, trade and deposit.
Again never again did we see the price of $15,399 and how it rose to 18,553. Someone is trying to pull one . :(

Do not waste your time. Wanted to buy a Pacifica, I contacted the dealer first to
confirm the price and availability of the car. I traveled an hour and when I got to the
dealer they said the ad was a mistake, the price was wrong and the car cost 10,000
more than the ad. I was extremely poorly treated and disrespected by the manager. To
make up for my trip, he said he would pay for my gas, but then refused to pay for my
gas. I lost 4 hours at the dealer and 1 hour of travel.

$7600 approx, I was told there is a $995. dealer

$2000 added to price that was not disclosed until I got to the dealership. They call it a reconditioning fee. Other dealers include this fee in their price. This dealership is using highly unethical tactics to get customers in. Price will seem higher than competitors but it is not!

over here" I see this dealer as wanting a particular type of customer, but fir whatever reason not

The dealer fees seemed astronomical. With the tax and Tag and fees the total came to nearly $20000. There was a penalty for paying cash as opposed to financing. Although we like the car we decided to look closer to our home for what we want.

The car I looked at seemed like a good deal $9,000 after a $1000 dealer fees sales tax and a $2000 service fee that comes on all used cars they sell. I was looking at over $12000 before tax and tag. Never seen a $2000 service fee at any other dealership.

vehicle was priced fairly.dealer wanted over 1 thousand for reconditioning when the total price was given.. the vehicle is 1 year old.just another way to try to get money from people.dealer fee was high at 999.dealership sales tactics were out of the 1970 's . this is what gives car dealers bad names.my trade appraisal started as a joke with very low price. I guess they want to see what they can get away with.car only had 1 key fob and floor mats were missing after quick detail before I drove off.didnt notice missing mats till next morning. I called and was told they were going to be mailed. 3 weeks later and several calls ,no mats or call backs.pretty sad when paying 18k for vehicle.this is something I would expect for a 5k vehicle.on a positive note,the finance person who I don't remember his name was very pleasant and professional.overall I would not return just for the fact of the missing floor mats

Before we purchased the car, the
dealership was quick to respond, but
support after the purchase was much
slower than promised.
The car was listed online for just under
$54,000, but there were many unexpected
fees in addition to the normal
tax/tag/title/reg/dealer fees. There was a
$2,500 "reconditioning fee", a separate
charge for the keys, and the dealer fee was
high: $1,000. They also valued my trade-in
much lower than I expected. Ultimately,
the car OOTD was over $65,000 before
negotiations.
Upon arrival, the car had not been well
detailed and it was not well-positioned or
prepared for us to test drive (even though
we had set up the appointment a few days
before).
The employees at the dealership used
every cheesy salesman tactic in the book
and were very shady. Many of them also
made several sexist comments towards my
girlfriend about how she'll never be able to
drive the car (even though we co-own it).
I absolutely would not recommend this
dealership.

They do have low prices however it’s just a tactic to get you to come in. Long story short I’m 6 hours from the dealer but they had a vehicle I LOVE. Sales lady said to come in check it out, explained I’m 6 hours away and can’t just come in withought credit approval. She said just fill out an app and go from there. So I ask before I do so are there any dealer fees or any hidden fees. Turns out the asking price was 29,995. After fees it was 37,000. After saying that’s ridiculous she stated they offer the best prices around. Yes if it was actually 30,000 but it’s really 37,000. Then tried to continue to tell me to still do the application and come in. Before you waste your time going there get all the info!

Horribe dealer plus horrible service. I went over to buy a car and when I go in no one said even Hi, the guy I’m supposed to meet was not even there, I was told he had already left, that someone else was going to assist me. After I looked at the car and I offer them my cashier check for the car, they tried to rip me off with some sort of fee for over $1000 more. I wished I had remembered their name to add it to this message so others avoid dealing with them. The CarGurs price versus what they wanted to charge me for the vehicle was a big difference. Bottom line, they lost my trust as an ethical and credible place to do business with and I did not purchase the vehicle and left this place. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEIR OFFERS ARE ALL LIES

Worst car dealership ever. They were quick to respond to sell me
something, even though the only reason I am looking is because they did
shotty work when i as involved in an accident in my car at 7k miles and will
not honor their "guaranteed for life warranty" on their work. They won't
even acknowledge that my car sounds like it's about to fall apart on the
front end without charging me $300 to put it on the lift. What else would be
wrong with it? It's also still under warranty so one way or the other, I
shouldn't be responsible for repairs.

I explained my situation down to the t before
showing up or wasting my time
driving to lakeland from Tampa. I show up to the
dealership the car I inquire about isn't
even available to be viewed or as said "we aren't
even going to show it to

model and it has to be a Jeep
Patriot. So I can only get a vehicle that they
thought was comfortable for me
they were trying to almost force feed me

no immediatly they still managed to waste
another 45 min of my time going
back and forth and trying hard sales tactics to sell
me car that I was
not either interested in or willing to even consider.
These people are not
proffesional and do not know how to explain a
situation to a customer, they
were literally only focused on making a sale it was
kind of disappointing.

I contacted the dealership about a vehicle for sale. I received a call back
stating the vehicle was available. The associate took my cell phone
number and advised she would go get pics of the vehicle and send them to
me. I never received them. I contacted the dealership again at which point
a different associate called me and I explained I was waiting on photos of a
particular vehicle. He asked what other cars I may be interested in and I
told him only the specific Pilot I was inquiring about. He said "no worries"
he would get the pictures to me..........still no pics. I then sent an email
advising my situation and indicated if I did not receive the pictures within
an hour I would assume they were not interested in my business. Well
guess what.....I never got the pictures. I guess they truly are not interested
in my business or the vehicle doesn't exist. I was really disappointed. I
really just wanted to see the overall condition and look of the vehicle
before I made the drive.

This dealership had poor communication and
withheld the truth about the condition of the used
car I was inquiring about. We drove 120 miles to
purchase this suv listed as like new condition. We
were told over the phone the same like new and
the photos they posted online didn’t show the
damage until we saw it in person. The car had
very apparent front end bumper damage. Very
disapppointing experience as they stated they
would not fix it. Also they’re trade in offer for our
vehicle was extremely low and offensive felt
cheated. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This vehicle is up on your website by and it's also on lakeland's website I
called made sure it was still there. I was told it was there. I got a call the
following morning asking me if I was still coming to see the Jeep. I said
yes, is the Jeep still there? they said yes it is. they knew I was driving 2
hours up there to see it. 45 minutes of; let me check this lot ma'am,
ma'am let me check this lot, man let me check this lot, hang on a minute,
Valerie, let me check this lot, they tell me that they had scrapped the Jeep
the day before, which was the day I first called for inquiry, and spent the
next two hours trying to upsell me to $10000 to $20,000 more than what I
told them I wanted to spend. this Jeep is still on their website and it is not
in their possession. they scrapped it to wholesale because it did not pass
safety inspection for the road! they really upset me, knowing I drove 2
hours and then tried to upsell me up to $20,000 more than what I wanted
to spend. I am not happy with Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep and I won't
shop there and I will not let any of my friends shop there either!!! I feel like
it was a bait and switch. Because the Jeep is still on our website as of
this morning, and they don't even have it they scrapped it. thank you

Their prices are lower than everyone, but it shows. Very unhelpful staff
(couldn't get an answer on whether damage to their certified pre owned
truck was covered), and they will rip you a new one for your trade, offered
nearly 4000 below blue book. If you buy new and don't trade I'd
recommend. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read further down on the reviews. This dealer pulled the same
bait and switch with me.
After contacting the dealer on Car Gurus and getting an email from Amy
saying the Jeep Renegade was in stock, I decided to call the dealer after
seeing the reviews that sometimes the vehicle was not in stock. On the
phone, Crystal said it was available and set up an appointment for the
morning.
Then in the morning, I asked about the vehicle via text and nothing was
said about it being unavailable. When I got there, the salesman said the
Jeep needed parts that were on back order. I should have left then, but I
was already there, and I test drove a couple vehicles. The sales manager
tried to convince me to take home a car I didn't like then said they would
try to find me a vehicle I liked. I asked about the Renegade, and the
manager said the Jeep was missing a part that had been on back order for
a month. I did not like these tactics and will not return.

Manipulative staff members as well as prices. Along with listing cars that
they do not have, the prices they advertise are never accurate; they make
them cheap so you'll come in and they'll either say the car has already
been sold or that the price is much higher.
They continued to spam my phone with calls and voicemail's multiple times
a day until I blocked them.
Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

The car was unavailable. The internet salesgirl was thorough n pleasant n made follow through calls pronto.
Rick in sales was great. They do have something called a "reconditioning
fee", which is car salesman for pay us more money. Amounted to $750 or
so. But the pricing of the car was competitive. My main problem was that
since I had a difficult title, it was complicated. But no one told me how
complicated it was going to be until after I had already signed everything.
Then it was on my head to do all of the footwork. Finance didn't give me
a shred of paperwork, i.e. registration, bill of sale. Didn't get me the
odometer statement that would allow me to complete the titling. This is
definitely a you get what you pay for kind of place. Good prices (and Rick
was great) but otherwise, about the worst finance service I have run
across. Had they had a better attitude it would have been OK, but there
was a wide patch of arrogance that was unmistakable. Buyer beware.

As far as listening to are needs, well the car sold it self.
We did feel rushed and did not get what were told we were getting for our trade. With all the excitement we signed the papers and drove away. After a few days I was going over the paper work and realized what had happened . Never sign anything until you read it all !!!!
(SHAME ON ME) The dealership called to ask me to mail the title for the trade, which I did. While I was on the phone with him, I told him what happened and asked to speak to the salesman. It has never happened!! Typicall car dealership I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN signed: another victim

We scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle for Sunday, they called the night before to confirm the appointment. I drove down from Orlando on my only day off to find out they sold it 2 days ago. So of course they tried to talk me into a newer vehicle. Very disappointed wasted my whole day and was never able to get a vehicle.

Anyone that you speak with will not listen to what you say. Its
so bad that its funny, will not buy a car from this dealership.
They also will not give a carfax report on any cars that you are
interesting in purchasing. I just would have expected a little
more professionalism and honesty when shopping for a car.

Dealer have the correct vehicle on this site, but the wrong trim. We have ask them before we drove from Kissimmee to lakeland about the trim, and they told us that it's an sl, but it was a different vehicle. It's not an sl, it's a S trim.

The Kings of bait and switch. We called about an advertised
vehicle. My husband drive 90 minutes to see it after being told
it was still available. It was no where to be found. Two weeks
later they are still advertising the same vehicle knowing

They advertise cars that the know are not on their lot. Don't do

Saw the car on CarGurus. Called and asked if it was still
there. They said it was. Called the next day before making
the drive out there. They said it was still there. Told them I
would be there in one hour which I was. Salesperson did
not know anything about me calling but asked us to get in a
car to drive around with him to look for it. Drove up and
down a giant lot looking for it. He did not know the color or
the number. We looked it up for him. Still could not find it.
He drove back to the dealership and asked us to wait in the
car. After ten minutes I walked into the dealership and asked
him what was going on. He told me they were looking for it.
I don't understand if you knew I was coming and I had called
twice you would know know where the car was. I told him I
was leaving. He said as I walked out the door they were still
looking for it. That sounded as if something was not quite
right with me. My son and I drove off and went to another
dealer where we bought a car that afternoon. I felt as if we
were being taken advantage and I don't have time for that.

Very poor service, I drove 130 miles to make my test drive appointment dealing directly with the supposed director of internet sales and the manager of internet sales. I was told to ask for director Crystal when I arrived in an email, she was out sick. I said to the floor salesman, Erica the manager of internet sales also was involved. She couldn't be located. Then the salesman went off to locate the keys and vehicle. After a short while he returned and said the vehicle had just been put on the truck and sent to auction just before I arrived. Imagine that ! They wanted to sell me something else.

This Dealer is one of the worst dealer ever. They advertised a price which when you go see them, they increase the price by $ 2,000. Then as if that was not enough, they would not sell you the car unless you trade-in your old car then they will tell you that the car that you were trying to buy did not pass emission and want you to sell you cheap brand car like old Subaru!!!! I call them several times before driving there to confirm that the car has been inspected. Their scam is to get you to their office by advertizing a lower price, then trying to convince you to sell your car and offering a car way worse. Please RAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER WHILE YOU CAN. I don't usually make review but I had for this dealership.

Talked to manager directly about vehicle on the phone. She assured it was inspected and available. When I arrived, I was told it had not passed inspection and would not be sold. Manager had not even checked vehicle status and lied to get me to visit the dealership.

I when there to check the car and the sales associate wasn't there, I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and the car wasn't there to. Horrible experience I do not recommended this dealer at all.

The sales associate was very helpful and contacted me right away. She also took pictures of the car for me since I would be coming from so far away.

Cars are over priced and they only offered me half on my trade in that another dealership did. Their motto is to move more inventory, lower prices. Yeah right. I would never consider them again, staff was rude.

I asked a simple question via email. What I got was two calls from two
different sales people, an email that did not answer my question, and two
calls from the internet sales manager, all in one day.
Way too many calls, I had to ask the question again to get an answer, and
the second sales person seemed unaware that the first sales guy had
already called me.

Denise was extremely helpful. She listened to my every need and was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for. She also offered other vehicles that met my criteria. There were no pressure sales involved just pure honesty and helpfulness. I am very happy with this dealership especially with Denise who really helped in my search .

Same old bait and switch, The truck I was inquiring on "was sold, but we
have other trucks to look at" the ad read Lakeland Dodge, it is Lakeland
Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I did purcahse a car from them in 10/2014 and would never go back, I
would not even send someone I do not like to this dealer. MY Original review was removed due
to the terms and conditions of CarGurus, The dealer lacked empathy, and action to resolve
what occured with my purchase. So STAY far away from this dealer Ppl.

is only if you qualify for various discounts
eg student, military, realtor, space station
astronaut, etc. otherwise full MSRP.
Found local dealer and paid 33,400 for a
fully loaded 24W at Karl Malones Jeep in
Heber, UT. Seemed like a nice guy
though

Terrible they're trying to sell a car for
30,000. When they brought the price
down to 27,592 and nobody is still
buying it cause its 4yrs old For way too
much money. Why buy a car for that
much when you can get a brand new
one for a few thousand dollars more.
Sorry I know cars. I sold cars and your
not screwing me. Good luck trying to
sell it. I'll just watch it sit there and

Initial response was slow, but I reviewed the vehicle in person anyway. Car was decent, but after almost $2000 in dealer costs and fees on a $6000 car... ridiculous!

3 Lakeland folks communicated with me
via email, and, after a while, I learned
which one would really answer my
questions. I emailed questions about a
particular vehicle over a period of 2 to 3
weeks, and only have 1 or 2 remaining
unanswered queries. I assume they
sold the vehicle by now. I live in another
state, so needed questions answered
quickly so I could plan a trip to Florida if
I felt this was the car for me. My main
complaint is slow question answering
and their website not getting good
photos online, which would have shown
me 75% of what I needed to know.

Dealer called me to come over after having my credit report and
trade in specifics. The place was run down makes you feel like
you are in a run down bus station . It was dingy, trash everywhere,
and the receptionist was continuously arguing with someone or
several someones while I was there about their purchase(s). In
any event I told them what I could pay and they kept coming back
to me with higher amounts, straight up thieves go somewhere
else.

Mixed bag. The dealership itself is barebones and dirty (stained rugs,
dirty walls). The 'no nonsense' Internet pricing still involved a large
degree of nonsense in order to get the price honored. On top of that all
the other bad games were played - had to turn down gap insurance
multiple times, no one wanted to discuss any number other than monthly
payment , etc...
In the end, I'm very happy with the deal, but they didn't make it easy.
Also, coincidence or not, day after my purchase, they no longer list their
Internet special prices on their site.

I purchased my car from the dealer over a month ago and the paperwork
for the title and tags are still not completed. They do not return my phone
calls and they keep losing my paperwork. I've already had several issues
with the vehicle. Terrible customer service!
