They had a good selection and the sales ppl were friendly and helpful. My only complaint
was, when we were writing up the sale, they added $1995 as a "re conditioning fee" .
There was no mention of this b4 hand. I ended up purchasing the Bronco sport, but I told
them that it was very misleading to operate that way. Just know that what ever they show
their price at, you need to ADD 2k to that.

We had a great experience. We went knowing about dealer fees and “reconditioning” fees so we weren’t surprised and was able to negotiate and still get the vehicle for a great price. Everything went smoothly and the vehicle is exactly what I wanted and as described in their add. Ask fir Nick Young, he was easy to deal with.

This dealer didn’t show the real price of this car. They really charged me $25,500 for what should have been $22,000. And that was the list price, not out the door which was $29,000. You guys need to put the real price.

I've worked with multiple dealers in the past, and this experience was not great. The communication was vague, the price
points kept changing, and all I asked for was a price that was the firm price and he wouldn't get it to me. I was willing to
come up in price (even though they tacked on $4k of additional fees on to the list price).
Price aside â my parents live in Florida (I'm out of state) and were communicating with him as well as they went to see the
vehicle. Multiple times he told them different things than he told me. i.e. "let's meet in the middle" to them, whereas to me
"we can only come down a couple hundred, we can't just give cars away."
Messages were grammatically incorrect and unprofessional. Would have been willing to pay closer to what they wanted,
but after working with such a degrading (and seemingly misogynistic) salesman â no thanks.

Although I didn’t buy a vehicle from them because I dragged my feet to long and missed out on a great deal, I would still rate this dealership with a high rating. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the internet sales team, to the sales man and the manager, were all extremely courteous and professional. I would have loved to do business with them and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them for my next purchase.

I will never waste my time with this dealership ever again. The floor manager was very rude and not to mention, I drove three hours for this vehicle that I was already approved for. The car was not clean and the car was not in the condition I was told. If you are not local, I do not recommend you wasting your time with this dealership. Even if you are local, I do not recommend this place. You can get a better car somewhere else!
Read the fine print. The price you are seeing from these folks is NOT the actual price. Felt baited and switched. My fault cause I didn’t catch it in the very fine print but if there are set costs that go into the cost like reconditioning and certification, and those costs are KNOWN by the dealer , they should include them in the price. When contacted these charges were still never mentioned. Only after Drivin all the way over and after test drive were they disclosed. Nice people, bad process......
Horrible place. EXTREMELY unprofessional! Drove for 40 min after confirming they have the car. Upon arrival they didn't know what car I was looking for. After a LONG explanation the said they have and will go it to test drive it. After he went the lot back and forth for about 15 min he said that he "can't find it" and it will probably not work out. Save yourself from this terrible experience and go to a professional place of business.

Normally, being a woman, I would have been treated less than deserved. Not here! It was fast and respectful and I had a couple of laughs along the was with the finance manager. These 5 stars was earned by Billy. Pleasant negotiating experience and excellent consumer service. He not only brought the car from Lakeland to my county in Hillsborough for a test drive, but to also sign the final papers. Highly recommend Lakeland Automall.
The process for their Internet sales involved no less than four people. The person I ended up speaking with at the dealership was not the person that emailed me or that I talked to on the phone. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, Duane, the dealership did not value my trade very highly. I drove one of 3 2017 Genesis G80, and They made an offer which I countered... And they came back with the same offer. I drove an hour and a half and let them know that I left I wasn’t coming back. And they dug their heels in and wouldn’t budge despite me having a preapproved letter, and checkbook in hand. Two days later I drove a 2018 Mazda6 Grand Touring at another dealership, which I purchased.
I just found it odd that there was literally no other customers in the dealership, most dealers I spoke to expect an 85% drop in sales this quarter, AND I drove quite a ways and was preapproved and there was no sense that they really wanted me as a customer.

As you can see from this picture,price listed as $24,998 however the price was actually $1300 more $26,298. The dealership was not honest, just make sure you read all paperwork with a very fine eye. Also when you send them an email with your concerns they do not reply.

Lakeland Automall was quite helpful in the purchase of the 2017 Sonata.
The negotiations went well and the agreed sale went smoothly .
Be wary of this dealership. They play pricing games. The car was listed at $20,890. I was told the car was not available to test drive due to being in service for inspection. Once the inspection was complete, the price jumped to $24,999. They did say the would honor the original price, but there was a reconditioning cost of $1600 they were not able to waive, along with a $680 dealer fee. I feel I should have been able to negotiate off the original price, instead of them holding firm on that price and trying to make me feel like I was getting a discount. A $1600 reconditioning fee is also outrageous. I recommend finding out all expenses prior to driving to Lakeland.
So much hidden cost has to be added, which makes the listed price a joke.
If you already know the reconditioning price, the certification price and bla bla charges, why don't be upfront about it and add it into your listing.
It's a dirty way of doing business when you show a non-selling price lower on CarGurus just to make it a great deal of CarGurus and appear at the top of the listing whereas you have so much hidden baggage to be added to that price.
I mean seriously I was quoted almost $4000 in additional costs (not including taxes/title/registration) to the listed price on CarGurus. Simply why don't be transparent and add those price to the listed price, you are going to charge it anyhow to list the correct price.
Bad tactics, hate dealers who do that.

This dealership was horrible. I secured financing and negotiated price over the phone and when I drove 2.5 hours to pick up the vehicle, they sold it right in front of me and then tried to sell me a different, more expensive car. My salesperson didn't have the professionalism to tell me that the vehicle had been sold. He left the office and never came back. Terrible experience.

Car was listed on cargurus at $13,993, but price at the dealer was $14,500. Then it went downhill from there. Refurbishing fee (which just started a couple weeks ago) of $900, certified warranty fee almost $1000, plus dealer fee of $680. I understand the fees are in the fine print, but what is listed at $13,993 becomes over $18,000. Request an out the door price including all taxes and fees before visiting any dealer.

The dealer was quick to respond. The vehicle listing was right on point. The dealer had the car cleaned and detailed / waiting for me to drive when I arrived. Staff at the dealership was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them when purchasing a vehicle.
Unscrupulous. Told me they could get me lower interest and payment then they increased my loan by $4,000 adding on warranties and gap insurance. So instead of $15,000 loan at 9% it was a $19,000 loan at 6%.

They promised to call me if the car was sold before my appointment to see it. I drove 120 miles that morning and they called me 5 minutes before I arrived to say it was sold the day before! I was very disappointed. They didn't care.

First of all the web presence is a great one. All info about a vehicle is very adequate for a potential to make a good decision. On phone conversation is also great. My questions were answered.....though I don't live in the United States, it feels like you are there yourself making a good choice...
Bought this vehicle. Dealer was straight up and honest. Only complaint is got vehicle home and it was out of alignment. They offered a 40 day warrantee but would not pay for my alignment. Offered s tank of gas instead. Chances I’ll be near enough to Lakeland to take advantage of this offer is slim.

The sales personnel contacted me and we set up an appointment to view and drive the vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was clean and ready. After introductions we completed the test drive and went back to the dealership for negotiations. They gave me what I expecting on my trade and the deal was done.
The sales personnel didn't pressure us at all.
Overall, great experience.

Decent Price on Car. Phone representative and in person sales rep were both very nice and responded quickly.
Ad with car details was misleading. Car did not include all equipment listed (back up camera, etc) and manager not willing to compromise a cent even though details were wrong and we had traveled a good distance to purchase the car. Chose to purchase anyway due to it being a reasonable price based on our research for comparable cars, but would most likely not return due to misleading information. Listed as certified, but be aware this only means if you pay an extra grand or so on top of the listed price.
Claim to do 150 point inspection but after getting home discovered that a seat belt does not fasten so will have to get that addressed. They said they will cover it but have to drive all the way back to get it fixed.

Not rhe best experience, had to leave the car at shop
after purchase, tried to change vehicles due to issues
with car purchased and they did not want to work with
me on it. Took the car home has an oil leak and brake
issues after their inspections and work performed not
taking it back after that experience.
I recently emailed and asked for information on several new vehicles at the Lakeland "Automall" Ford dealer on 92. I was quickly contacted by James. He was very helpful
in supplying information and sending me everything I asked for. Once at the dealership I drove three slightly different versions of new 2017 and 2018 Mustangs. After
taking a day to think about it I came in the next day and bought one of the three I had driven. Ended up buying a new 2017 Mustang GT Premium that was still the lot and
on sale! I bought the car on a Sunday afternoon. James was off that day but took time to come in and personally make sure I was satisfied with the car and all aspects of
the deal.

Salesman was nice Scott , Ralph manager would not budge on price, it is what it is ! Dealer fee added, gov't fee added ,tax ,tittle fee plates & paperwork ,$695.$ 495 ,$300.$ 800. Taxes raised the price to increased it to $ 2,290.00 !!! Forget it .... No X-mas presents here !!!

The ad did not match the vehicle. I drove an hour to see three Expeditions. One was listed as a Ling Ranchbedition (it was not a King Ranch), one was "in the shop and unavailable to be shown, although an hour previously it was available), and no one seemed to know whatever's going on with vehicle availability. If you like Amateur Hour and wasting time, you will like this place.
