Ginnie was wonderful and super helpful!!! She had the car ready when I came to test drive it and allowed me to test drive it without her hovering. My only complaint is the finance team lack negotiation skills, especially for a car that’s been sitting for over 2 months.

Can not recommend Lafayette Ford. Correspondence with the internet person (JENN) was good. I looked everywhere to try to find this
vehicle to test drive. Got a trade-in estimate that was just a little lower than what I had seen on KBB. But if I liked the car, I thought we
were only about $700 apart. I drove 4.5 hours (each way) to get there. looked at the vehicle. Test drove it. And while it was not as big
in cargo area as I wanted- I thought it might work. We were essentially at less than $700.00 apart. Sales manager came in and he was
a cocky, arrogant jerk. He pretty much said take it or leave it- so I left it. I wrote a negative review on their facebook page-General
manager said please call to discuss- I called 2 times and he never returned the call. I would not recommend them in any way!

They were fairly well attentive and took pics as I asked. In the end, after having a friend visit and test drive the vehicle while I was
out of town, they let some other buyer come in and put down a deposit ahead of me, seemingly because there was a sensor issue
the other customer was willing to tolerate.

Bought this vehicle for college student. All dealership employees were very helpful and courteous during the who process. Vehicle was ready and had been through their service department to check all mechanical things as well as all fluids. Car was clean and was almost as good as a new car.

Absolutely terrible! Incredibly poor communication and the classic car
dealer mentality of trying to rip off their customer. They are a very poorly
run dealership and you will find yourself wasting time trying to do
business with them and at the end of the day they will try to charge you
over Book value for their vehicle and give you way under Book value for
yours. I cannot urge anyone reading this enough to avoid this
dealership! Buyer beware! This dealership will rip you off.

I had a great experience and a wonderful time purchasing this vehicle. This was the quickest I've ever purchased a vehicle. The staff was very courteous it did not pressure me. I would highly recommend Lafayette Ford

I give them three and a half stars but program won't allow it. Sales lady was responsive and answered my questions well. Other staff was nice too. Car was clean as described. Only issue with dealership was it took too long to clean the car and gas it up for final delivery who took about 45 minutes and signing the deal.

was all you could hope for. The salesman was very responsive and
extremely helpful. This is NOT a high pressure dealership. The entire

I contacted Lafayette Ford about a vehicle. They said they wanted to
check it over and make sure everything was fine with it before they showed
it to me. However they contacted me and told me it did not pass their
quality inspection standards and it would not be offered for sale. I really
appreciated their honesty and would recommend them to anyone.
