Poor. Never mentioned prior to my driving 50 miles that there was a 6 inch paint chip on rear. Pictures are deceptive in the rear gate is up which hides the chipped paint. the sales mgr would not reduce price but i see they already lowered in less than a week. Never trust them!!

Absolutely the worst buying experience ever. I went there to look at a Tesla. Not knowing much about the brand, depended on the sales staff to inform me. I was told the charging cable that came with the car would charge the car in 10 to 11 hours on a wall outlet. I went forward with the purchase. Upon getting home and plugging it in, the car said it would take 29 hours to charge to 80%. I called the next day and the manager got argumentative that the reason was I did not have my Tesla account set up. Was that told bluntly set up the account and you will see. That was not the case. I called back they said just bring it back and pick something else. During this time the car started having suspension issues. I explained I came there for a Tesla, I didn’t want another used car from there. They said I had no choice. I was forced in another used car and limited to what they had on the lot. The replacement used car has tire issues and sounds like a helicopter on the freeway. They refused to

Agreed to a price. Pulled my credit only to receive a call back 10 minutes later telling me that they raised the price by $3000. When I said it was unethical, they hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Questionable ethics. Disappointing experience.

Disappointing experience that ultimately was a waste of time for all involved. This dealer exemplifies the old way dealers used to give you a low upfront sticker price and then stuff a whole bunch of fees and charges that add zero value to the customer. Complete waste of time.

The initial experience of going to the dealership was fine and was able to test drive the vehicle on Sunday 09/22/24. Truck was listed at $38,200 on Sunday. We liked the vehicle and worked the numbers with the salesman and finance manager to get an out-the-door price ($45.175 - that included 7yr/100k bumper-bumper warranty). We had another truck we were looking at and that dealer could not match Koons offer. Was contacted by salesman Monday afternoon and told to fill out credit application asap because someone else was coming to look at truck. I did so at 4:45pm. Was told someone would contact me to complete deal. No one did. Had to reach out to salesman Tuesday afternoon and found out the truck had been sold while I was doing the credit application online and our credit was not pulled. We received alerts that Koons did in fact pull our credit. Contacted the GM about this and have received no response from Koons. Terrible communications and unnecessary credit pull.

This dealership is why the negative stereotype of a “Car Salesman” exists. As a first time buyer, this process should be exciting and fair for all. This was no where near the case. I went in for a 2024 Ford Ranger XLT. All was well at the front desk agreeing on a fair monthly payment price for both parties. Talks of interest in the monthly payment were not yet discussed. After going back to the finance room to discuss monthly payments (this time with interest included) we were no where near on the same page. I was told repetitively that my asking monthly price was “impossible”, “not feasible” , “practically impossible”, “isn’t happening” and so on for well over an hour. The scoffs, attitude, judgement, and huffing and puffing by the financial managers like I was making outrageous claims and statements for my asking price is the purest form of unprofessionalism and everything a salesman should NOT be. Next day I went to a competitor, got the same exact truck for less money.

The car is beautiful but did not have the features advertised: a navigation system, blind spot monitoring, and a sun/moon roof. Also, the car wasn't thoroughly checked out as I later learned that the front lower ball joints are starting to leak. That's an expensive repair. My advice to anyone purchasing a car from this dealership is to call ahead to make sure the vehicle is as advertised. I do want to state that the sales manager, who was very accommodating, told me that there is a disclaimer on the sales information sticker on the car window to cover things that may be advertised but not necessarily featured on the vehicle. What? Somehow that doesn't seem right. In my marketing college classes, this was called bait and switch. Other than the incorrect information in their description of the car, I was treated well and my sales transaction went smooth. My salesman was great.

Communication was efficient and accurate. However vehicle pricing changed just prior to me departing on the two hour drive to make the deal. I called it off at that point. To be fair, dealer offered to make sure pricing was what I expected, but by that time I had other work commitments and could not make the trip. Everyone I worked with was professional though. Would like to see more attention to detail on pricing and advertising.

Saying "no haggle pricing" simply means they'll ask substantially more for a vehicle than its worth. Also they will tell you a vehicle sold for the price that they were asking even though you can call and they will confirm the vehicle is still there.

Sales person-great. Can't say that for management. 1st impression, was the Finance Manager (FM) chewing out an employee by the main door. Although I had an appointment, no salesperson was available. The sales person who made herself available was great; questions answered, if she did not have one, she was honest and look for the answer for us. That's the reason for the two starts (It would be 5 out of 5 stars for her). We noticed the car we wanted had an alignment/steering wheel problem. The FM, did not want to address the issue. He wanted me to purchase the car “as is”, then he will have a mechanic look at it and if it could not be fixed, then I could return the car. Not an acceptable solution. He lectured me about his 18 years of experience selling cars. 18 years selling has nothing to do with purchasing; two different goals. He went outside to talk to another employee and ignore us. I called the dealership to provide this info/complaint and requested a call back but no calls.

I really like my sales rep Jeffrey! He was helpful, honest, and fair. I had a few issues with this purchase but Jeffrey went above and beyond to ensure that we resolved them. I wasn’t really feeling the manager! He needs to take a course in customer service and remember that the customer comes first. If there is an issue with a vehicle on your lot please ensure it is in working order prior to selling it! Don’t let a potential customer come to purchase and discover there are issues after the purchase!! Thank God I was still on the lot!! Also, the manager should make accommodations to resolve the matter in a way that is convienant to the customer!! Yes, the dealership paid to have the issues repaired but I had to rip and run from DC to VA for 2 weeks for this car!! Would I go back here? Probably not!! But I feel even with the issues I got a good deal on a reliable car.

Was able to buy the vehicle with zero fuss but was there for a while. Be prepared to sit and wait a while. Not sure what was going on but all in all it took over 4 hours.

Price given via email was $4,000 to $5,000 higher than price listed. Dealer called way too many times afterward to push me to order, etc. I did not buy; looking for something on the lot or inbound. Given current dearth of vehicles, I do not expect perfection and am willing to wait. I am not ok with pricing that isn't as listed or pushy dealers.

Very Friendly. However, not willing to negotiate on pricing. What is listed is the best you will get. Deal was done and written up over the phone and email. Driving 4 hours to pick up the car, requested to be in and out in 30 mins. Waited an hour and a half to go into finance as they were not ready for me.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Rudest sales person, Harold, ever. Corresponded with him about a mustang. Made a cash offer and his response was “we have this listed at xxxxx.00 already which is below MSRP. Do you really expect us to come down another xxxx.00?” Absolutely no way to speak to a potential customer. I wouldn’t spend a dollar in their vending machine after that experience. I went elsewhere and got MORE than I asked for PLUS amazing service

Wonderful experience!! Natalie reached out to me same day and told me everything about the car I was interested in. We set an appointment to come in and gave me a heads up that someone was coming the see the car and would let me know if it was purchased. Days later. She got back to me, told me A day before our appointment and said that the was sold. The fact that she called me to let me know, I called that great customer service for giving me a heads up. Not Military Friendly! Sales Manager told me that he helped pay my salary. I’m proud to serve and defend my country but don’t need to be told that—I’ve never been so insulted. Shady business tactics with partial and inaccurate answers to my questions. Had a “I’m confident we have a deal” over the phone to find out we were still $1400 away (15% of sales price) from a deal after driving 3 hours to dealership. I stopped negotiating after sales manager made that comment. Definitely do Not recommend Cowles Parkway Ford. Bought from a different dealer who appreciated my 20+ years of service and many deployments on behalf of my country. Moreover, they were honest and forthcoming with information, not just trying to make the sale.

with a few more questions & background work about the buyer- me, my transaction could have been smooth. I found the car ( a Subaru) on CarGurus, and was purchasing thru a Ford Dealer. It was cumbersome. It did not have to be.I had a newbie salesperson-and I am not sure why I was not given background financial application or notice of fees before I traveled 150+ to this dealership.Really a big faux pas. I was told an interest rate by the head of used car sales- and when that rate was not honored in person, he denied that he ever told me that. Really? I did not travel by train and Lyft without that info. Who was telling the truth? Their state tag transfer was also sold to me over the telephone," we are between the two largest military bases and have transferred tags to all 50 states,"-sounded true.In reality,Cowles Ford was not prepared for this long distance sale. If a dealer is ad-ing on CGurus, a complete checklist must be given to buyer. Get ready for more internet sales, guys!

We bought a used truck from them yesterday. The whole team that was involved was very courteous, professional and helpful. Sandra responded instantly with the information and photos we asked for, and made arrangements for the car to be available when we made it there from 3hrs away. Keith was very professional and helpful throughout the process, making sure we were happy with the transaction, service and dealership overall. Bryan was very helpful throughout the test drive and inspection and paperwork. Mo was a wizard with the financing process. Excellent service and value, awesome people. They made the whole transaction so easy. I highly recommend these people and the dealership!

The finance manager told me the 6% interest rate was the best you can get with my 725 score. He said all of the low rates are long gone. That was a lie! The price they show include all possible discounts that you must qualify for to get the low price. Thankfully I qualified for all of the savings .

From browsing to signing , bottom-up, Cowles is an amazing dealership and one stop shop for your car needs. I was shopping for a 2018 ford mustang, and had been to two different dealerships who could care less about our questions, and when we went to leave their only words were "all these other dealerships are trash, you're making a mistake" which just tells you the quality of certain Ford dealerships. Christian Houghlin was friendly and engaged with us the moment we stepped on the lot, to the moment he handed over the keys to the car. Cowles takes care of their customers, and make sure that you have a pleasant experience. Christian and the guy we talked with in Finance (Jerry), both called me to check in on how I was doing with the car and if I had any questions. They gave me their cell phone numbers, and have done everything possible to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. I couldn't be happier, not only because this is my first new new car purchase, but also because I know that I am in capable hands for however long I have this car, not to mention how low the price was (I feel like I stole the car hahaha). If you are in the market for a car, I wouldn't recommend Cowles 11 out of 10 times.

I called the dealer late Friday evening about a vehicle that had recently arrived. Asked for photos of it and they quickly sent me all the photos I requested. Then asked would they hold the vehicle for me and they agreed as long as I showed them proof that I was coming which was a boarding pass for my flight. Got the picture sent to them and then talked to sales rep Thomas where he talked over a few things with me and offered to pick me up from the airport. Got to the dealer and he had all the paperwork ready to go not to mention he was early to pick me up and got us to the dealer before it was officially open. The service here was phenomenal. Everything that was said got done and they went above and beyond my needs.

Explained to the dealer that I was driving about an hour and a half to specifically come look at the vehicle as my lease was up in about 2 weeks. My father passed at the end of June and I am very busy with his home and estate and need to find a place to live as well as I was his caretaker for the last five years. This dealer knew all of this and what a commitment of time and energy it would be for me to come look at this car which was priced well below what the market was bearing at the time. I specifically came out and asked what is wrong with this vehicle and they said nothing, that it had a clean Carfax, which was true, but when I got in the car to take a test drive it completely REEKED of cigarette smoke. In addition the online ad mentioned that it had a sunroof/ moonroof, one of the main features I was looking for, and this car did not have one. I told the salesperson how disappointed I was and that I really felt that someone should have let me know that this was a smoker's car before I drove down there to see it. I suppose I could understand if I were coming five minutes from across town they might take a chance that I was a smoker myself or that I may not notice it or that they could offer to Car Bomb It but when someone is driving 90 minutes I feel transparency is the only way to go. They really made no effort to show me anything else on the lot or to cut me any deals. The sales person offered to get the sales manager to thank me for coming out all this way but came back and said the sales manager was busy. I was so angry at the entire experience and even if they had found me something similar to what I was looking for I would have never bought a vehicle from these people because I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. Just as icing on the cake it was one of those super hot and humid days and I wasn't even offered water as I have been at every other dealership I've been to. I am giving them one star only because I have to. If I could give them no stars I would.

Went in to buy a car cash in hand when the manager tried to pull a fast one. I stuck to my end of the deal and he should havw stuck to his. Even the sales person saw what he did and offered to compensate from his commision. Although I felt sorry for the sales guy the manager has to know this is not the way to do business so I tore up my paperwork and walked away from rhe deal and went the same day and bought a Toyota.

I received numerous emails from their salesperson, Joyce, who stated that this car was still available and she urged me to visit their delearship. During our email exchanges, I checked their online inventory to obtain additional details about this car and I discovered that this car was not listed. I replied to Joyce and asked if they actually had this car and her emails abruptly stopped. 24 hours later, Joyce sent me an email that this car had just sold and that she has other cars to show me. The experience seemed like a bait and switch.

I don't know what going on with sell man he made me guilty that I'm out of state I purchase a car from him stopped on shipping process after that desapear looks like they don't want my business

lack of communication. Never told me that the 4runner was sold. I had to call them after not hearing back about a couple questions I had and that's how I found out. It was obvious I had real interest in purchasing the vehicle. I got pre approved for an auto loan and called them to start the paperwork, that's how I found out that they had sold it 3 days prior.

She did call the number that you provided.  I have forwarded you a copy of the voicemail in an email.  We should have sent an email as well. Salesman called and discussed car I was interested in. Promised he would talk to manager and email me the best price. Never got the email or heard from him again.

Terrible called said available drove in rush our traffic 2 hours bait and switch on vehicle after I got there went from 18000 to 43000. Dishonest dealer ford motor will hear from me

*Poor customer service * Took the car in the night. Saw a plastic panel guard under the car hanging in the morning. Sent the picture and requested to just check it. The person who sold the car said . It will cost us and also it's "cosmetic" issue . And we dint give it like that when deliverd. ; This was just next morning after delivery. I requested just a check up (take it in workshop)to see what happen as it's under the car and difficult for me to reach. I got Same reaction and answer.that it would cost me for small inspection as well. No customer support at all. Bad experience. Would personally never recommend my friends or people I know to buy here . Coz when sale is finished. Your not cared anymore.

I take pride in purchasing vehicles as I have many new vehicles. I was not happy with Cowles Ford Services as they attempted to low ball me on the trade-in value of my vehicle which I received a $4k higher trade-in value at various other dealers. Cowles never saw my vehicle and priced it low and their direct quote was "we will only give you $$$ and not one dime more and that's final". Therefore I will not purchase from this dealership and will not recommend them to anyone and plan to file a complaint with the BBB by the end of May 2016.

They make me Drive over 30 miles to go see a car. When i got there the person i spoke on the phone couple minutes before arriving supposedly was not there and they told me the car was sold. :( and try to get me to look at other cars. Fish bite:( very disappointed.....

Very disappointed! We made an appointment to see this vehicle and confirmed our appointment prior to our 2.5 hour drive (one way) only to find out they sold the vehicle 1 hour before we arrived. They never bothered to call and inform us, as we could have aborted our trip. They did not offer any gas compensation. A least we did get a feeble apology. Very discouraging !!!

It took 30 min for any salesman to even come help after I had shown up for the appointment- and they weren't that busy. Salesman that finally came to help was nice, cordial, and helpful but the car was sub-par and should not be on a retail lot.

Purchased a used 2011 F350, sight unseen. The Salesman, Dan Kasonga was amazing. Took care of all details through email and a few phone calls. Arrived at the dealership (which is massive, by the way) within 3 days of the initial call and drove off the lot within 45 minutes. The truck FAR exceeded my expectations. Everything was "As Advertised" and more.

Very Good experience. Negotiated a decent price over the phone and felt as though I wasn't being too badly haggled with. I would Take the 400 mile round trip drive again to purchase from them if the deal was in writing ahead of time.

contacted me by both e-mail and phone. I gave them a price I was being quoted from another dealer which was considerably lower than their offer. They got back to me with another price that was in the ballpark but the car was deficient in some of accents I was looking for. The gentleman I dealt with was pleasant to work with and seemed reasonable. I would deal with him again.
