They told me the car I inquired was available, so I went there. But actually it's not available. A waste of time.
The price for the vehicle was $11,000 over what they are showing online and it was for additional upgrades that were already installed onto the vehicle and could not be removed. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I felt i wasnt taken seriously. I was unaware of what credit score they check, i thought i had one thing, i had another. The guy i tried speaking to couldnt even talk to me in an office to explain to the works, instead opted for speaking to me out in the open not even at a desk, showing how much he didn't really care about business with me. Understandable they didnt want business. Not understandable they werent human enough to sit down and talk about the situation at hand in private or even at a desk.

If customer service is important to you go
elsewhere. We ended up purchasing a 2025
Jeep Wrangler Sport from this dealer and
upon delivery it had some damage. We were
ghosted by sales and also Rosie. They did
send out two correction pens, but we have
been waiting for a phone call for other
issues for almost 2 weeks now. If you have
any issues do not count on them being
resolved, they will ignore you and not handle
business.

The dealer was deceptive in the add on package which includes LoJack, a tire package, a paint coating and interior package and etching the car converter. All in all 4000 dollars, sales manager Sebastian said they would cut the price in half, so I agreed . Signed my paperwork and didn’t pay attention, because they took off the LoJack and tire package. My fault ultimately because I should have payed more attention, the agreed upon price was right they just removed items without telling me and I didn’t catch it.

We were in the middle of negotiating, I was expecting a call in a few mins with the new numbers which turned into a few hours, and to only for them to call me and tell me they sold the car. This is after I told them that I live very far, so let’s start negotiating now so when I get there it’s a shorter process. Dealership still has the vehicle listed for sale, it’s been 2 weeks since they “sold the vehicle”, maybe they lied about selling the vehicle. Dealership seems shady or I just happened to draw the luck on horrible customer service.

Never contacted me, had to message them 2-3 times to get any pricing and when they did respond they increased the sale price $10k and now it’s almost $20 MORE than advertised. Typical dealership game. NO THANKS
Typical over priced dealer with markups and all kind of extra they try to make you pay for that you don't want on the vehicle. Trying to get full msrp plus markups on a car that's been sitting on the lot for almost 500 days and is considered used at this point !! What a joke of a dealership, avoid at all costs

Cat and mouse, lies, time wasters! And the cuss while they do business! How professional! We are so frustrated. We asked if they can come down in price, the one guy says I’ll see what I can do. Makes us sit there until we go to see what is going on. They’re sitting there chatting it up, laughing with their associates at the computers in the middle of the room only to find out he never asked about lowering the price, but wants our pre approval information. Then sends the shark over, who finally we pull the information out of him that the online price is their best price and they can’t/won’t negotiate. Why didn’t the first guy just say that in the beginning? Why waste an hour of our time? Oh but it will only be $40-50 more a month on a 60 month loan at the asking price! SMH FRUSTRATING! Bad business. Honesty makes life so much better! Just be honest!
They called me to make an apointment to test drive the car. I made it for a coupl of days from the call. They called me the morning of the apointment to confirm the test drive. When i got there(1.5 hour drive) they told me they sold the car the day before. They need to check what they have when confirming an apointment

I contacted the dealer over the weekend
through CarGurus and Victoria contacted me
and transferred me to Miguel.
We agreed on a price over the phone and
drove down the fallowing day.
The process went smooth, shout out to
Martin on finance, there was a
misunderstanding and both Miguel and
Martin took care of it.
Thanks also for having the sales assistant
driving my other car home. (51 miles)
The only reason Iâm giving 4 stars is because
the car was given to me with reserve gas
only and also the car has one key only and
wasnât mentioned to me.
Overall, good experience.

Completely false advertising. They have a wrangler listed for $36k, the actual price is $54k. No idea
how you're able to advertise something for almost $20k cheaper than the actual price. Absolutely
ludicrous and shady.
Unorganized as I spoke to someone the night before and that morning specifically asking about 2023 Jeep
Renegade for $20,945f... it turns out the price on here increased by $1000 due to some trade in fee, mind you,
no one corrected me on the price the numerous times I mentioned it, even the sales person himself. Julio was
actually easy to talk to and did not pressure at all. Just when I thought it doesnt feel like a sleazy car

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend doing business with this dealership.
Called this dealer and scheduled an appointment for 4:30 to come look at a truck and was told they would pull the vehicle for me and have it ready when I arrived. Drove for three hours and when I was 15 minutes away (4:15) they called me and asked if I was still coming to the appointment. I told them I would be there in 15 minutes and then was told they had sold the truck. The salesman, Mike Hill, that called certainly did not seem to care in the least that we had driven three hours and were on time for our appointment and that they had sold the car out from underneath us. The overall lack of concern and professionalism from the staff is such that I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership, nor would I ever recommend this dealership to anybody.

I had a great experience with this dealer. They contacted me immediately and was able to help me purchase this vehicle for a fair price. Great experience overall!
This was the worst customer service ever! I will
never recommend this dealer, I will always warn
people about my experience here. I was told by
the sales manager that I donât live in reality and
how dare I have the nerve to negotiate like I have
tear one credit when my credit is barely at year
three. I was told that I was a joke for even trying
to buy a truck from them.
