This dealer states specifically in their ad that they do home deliveries. Well, I am within their delivery area, but I was told that this is really just a practice that they used it during Covid and is no longer done anymore. So after spending some time exchanging emails and texts I was told I would have to come to the dealership to finalize my sale. Needless to say, this is a disappointment and the lost sale on their part. I suggest the dealership removed that clause from their ad since it is misleading and untrue.

Excellent experience! They accommodated my complicated travel schedule to make the car available when I was ready. The car is pristine and was priced competitively with other similar offerings. Sam P. was a joy to work with and made the whole process painless. If I lived locally to them they would be my go to dealer!

I actually bought this vehicle and my experience was excellent. It was immediately apparent that I was entering into a higher realm and level of vehicular experience. The things that deterred me from purchasing these higher end vehicles are the same reasons I chose to purchase one today. Reliability and the guarantee to stand behind their vehicles are comforts today, opposed to my previous ideas of expensive maintenence. Anything worth having is worth it's price in gold. And this vehicle is that. My sales team member, the general manager, the store owner and the financial staff member were more than accommodating and made me feel very welcome. I feel as if the general manager went out of his way to place me in this vehicle and I greatly appreciate that. I was honored when the store owner came and shook my hand. I would proudly say that this dealership is my new home for all and any vehicular needs I may encounter with this vehicle. Thank you

Worked with Steve Kausman. Excellent salesman and great advisor about BMWs. Very knowledgeable. The car was clean
and ready for test drive when i arrived. Steve always had open communication. Other people I met including service, BMW
genius, finance mgr were very welcoming and professional.
There are however other things at the dealership that I did not appreciate particularly where I had to bring on two occasions,
comparables at other dealership which caused them to reduce their price. Knauz has been traditionally known for treating
customers well and I believe that is still the case with exception of used car dealership management. No reply ever received
from my direct feedback to them
I would advise to do your research for car pricing and features before you visit this dealership

The car was on CarGurus for more than 57 days
and the sales person first thin tells me there’s
been a lot of interest on the car. This plus the
info the vehicle was a listed a few thousand
dollars high turned me off. The sales person
should assume an internet shopper has done
some research and not use the pre-internet sales
tactics.

Great new car dealership. Very disappointed as far as used car prep and knowledge of the car we looked at. 2002 BMW Z3 used car I would say unsafe to drive home. Dragging almost smoking front brakes, inop front seats both drivers and passenger seat wouldn’t move, burning smell of oil, convertible top wouldn’t go down motor probably burnt out and needed tires. Salesman with zero knowledge of the car. They will sell you a new all day wouldn’t recommend them for a used car.

Terrible service, took forever for a sales person
greet me and when someone finally did- he
seemed upset that I took him away from reading
the newspaper. I informed the sales person that I
found a great priced 3 Series online and that I
wanted to take it for a test drive, sales person
check some papers on his desk and said great
car was still available, then he proceeded to talk
with sales mgr. who told him the car was sold? I
thought this was strange as the sales person told
me it was still available? Regardless, I had made
the trip there so I agreed to look at similar cars on
the lot. When I selected a different vehicle in the
same price range as what I found online, I was
again told "sorry" no test drive- the car had a
dead battery? What? Salesperson then
proceeded to show me another "similar" option-
however it was $10K more than what was
advertised on-line. I liked the vehicle, however
they would not budge on the sticker price and
acted like insulted when I tried to negotiate price
down. Ended up purchasing a 2017 3 series from
a different dealership who was actually interested
in selling cars....

Great follow up and very helpful staff. I emailed late at night and they called within minutes of opening. Steve is terrific, answered all my questions and quickly made the deal and got the paperwork approved!

a few days later it was sold. So we ended up buying a white one in the

Horrible Service...In the process of me negotiating my deal
because I wasn't given things like the term of my loan,my
interest rate,or monthly payment and wanted to know those
things before proceeding Ken the salesman sold my vehicle to
another family. I didn't think what I was asking was unusual. It's
like they wanted me to agree just because I got approved.

Very disappointed! Here I am ready buy this beautiful car and they won't even deal or sell me a vehicle because I am out of state. I even offered flying into town to their dealer and buying the vehicle in cash, but they wouldn't budge. I guess money can't buy everything after all.

Salesman was very nice. Let us go out & let us test drive the car without him being in the car since my husband was familiar with the area. Also was willing to negotiate the price since the car had some body damage.

This dealership was very quick to respond to my inquiry (an email and phone call). I never felt pressured in anyway, I felt respected. They were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a MINI from them. I would definitely refer and buy another car from them in the future!
