The internet sales group responded quickly to my inquiry and let me know that I would be dealing with Harry. Harry set up an appointment time to view the vehicle. Harry was professional and had the vehicle ready. Harry was able to make the deal happen and I purchased the car. Amine was also great, professional, and diligent in closing the deal at the finance office. This was by far one of my best experiences at a car dealership and it was largely due to Harry's and Amine's professionalism, attitude, and courtesy.

Since this vehicle just came out and at this time there are not to many in stock and Hyundai does not have any favorable programs at this time they are not willing to deal. I will wait a month or two and if still unable to deal I will go to another brand that is willing to deal.

I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned luxury vehicle here. They were reasonable, accommodating, and flexible, which is not something you can say for every car dealer. I highly recommend giving them a visit if shopping around for a car, new of pre-owned.

Spent almost three hours negotiating until I finally purchased the vehicle. I contacted them the day after my purchase but never heard back from them. The person handling the financing insisted in the need to purchase additional products.

I end up getting another LS Lexus somewhere else due to color but THEY WERE GREAT! Gave me a quote over internet without delay since I was from West coast and were very aggressive to make a sale and work with me. I would buy from them any day!!!

Communicated via email, then several people called me i went to dealership to see car Never knew who my sales person was. ..several people all rude. The sales manager was smoking then got into the car I was interested in. That was super unprofessional for him to smoke regardless! The car was advertised at $12900 I offered $11300 cash. Oddly enough the manager said no and I left. The car is now sitting with a price drop to $11900 ...their loss I would not recommend this dealership very unorganized and smokers in your cars

I wanted to buy a vehicle but they never responded to my inquiry so I went with another dealer I found on cargurus and bought the same car this morning.

Emailed several specific questions and received a form letter reply that did not address any of them. I called them on the phone and they were very matter of fact and courteous. Overall fair customer service. I am still considering purchasing the car.
