Very responsive
The dealership was nice, but the Jeep had a severe and disabling accident on the Carfax which would have
been nice to disclose in the listing to save me/buyers the time and effort of calling or worse, going in to test
drive a car that had a serious and disabling accident. While there is likely a specific buyer for this type of
damaged car, being transparent and putting it in the listing would have been helpful.

Quick to respond and friendly . Was late making mind up and missed out .
Another shady dealership!!! Hidden fees, lies, and horrible customer service. Went in to buy a car I found on Car Gurus. Drove 3 hours for a 10 minute test drive. The car salesman controlled everything. Even tried to bully me into making a $13,000 purchase before having the car checked out. The car salesman went along for the test drive. It was very awkward. I decided to get a pre purchase check from a reputable mechanic only to find that the car had been in an unreported accident, the steering wheel had been glued on, the tires were balding, it was in serious need of a wheel alignment, I mean the list goes on. I do not recommend this dealership.
First off, their was exactly a $1,500 price difference between online and when we got their what the base price was, and that was before they even added on all the dealer fees and tax on all that. Then I went and test drove the car but the air conditioning was broke, which was not mentioned in the online advertisement for this car nor was it mentioned by them when we got their until we got in the car to test drive. We asked if this was something that they would fix before selling it and they would not. Overall, the price of the car ended up being way more than others of the same year and model, but is advertised as a “good deal” online because of how many of the bonus charges they threw on when we got there. Plus the salesmen weren’t even that prepared or knowledgeable on the car they were selling. Very poor experience overall.

So I go in to look at the truck I already know they want way more than what the truck is work then they add on about $5000 in fees, were very pushy and was trying get me to sign papers I wasn’t ready to sign yet they still needed to do some work with the numbers on there end needless to say I will not be going back there anytime soon

It basically went as I expected - a lack of transparency. I actually made an
offer of $18,611 as indicated on the car gurus site. The dealer added
several fees. This is a copy of what they sent...

No one wanted to respond to any questions. I don't know why they try to sell
cars online and waste all of that time and effort when they don't answer any
questions or do anything. I did get a response from the dealer but it was just
an automated response saying someone would contact me. Total waste of
time. If you are shopping, just use another dealer and don't waste your time
with this one since they don't want to do anything.

This dealership has misleading ads. I called them before I went to them to b sure they had a car for $10,000 for my granddaughter. They promised they could if I came there they would put her in a new car. It was a lease. They hope u will still buy one after they get u there. I hate that misleading sales tactic. I have bad experiences with Kia and will never own a Kia unless it is given to me.
