I spoke with Jake and he was a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. I enjoyed speaking with him. I ended up not buying the vehicle, but this had nothing to do with the dealership itself.

I didnt buy the car but good experience. Found a vehicle closer in location to me.

I contacted them and they answered me back the within the same hour, but the vehicle had a pending sale already!

Contacted me with a boiler plate comment saying one of the representatives would be contacting me soon. Several days later another Boiler plate message saying car had been sold. Never did talk to a live human being.

although i was unable to purchase this vehicle as i could not get what i needed for the trade in, the saleperson was super helpful and i highly recommend him and this business. i will look at them again when i get ready to purchase

Super quick initial response! Some of the other responses took a little longer to hear back from them. This was our first time purchasing a car without seeing it, driving it, etc, so the process of wiring payment and waiting for delivery of the car did have me a little nervous. However, they showed us all the visible flaws on the car through pictures so we knew what to expect, and we haven't found any other issues to date (granted, we've only had it for 2 1/2 days). When the car did arrive, it looked immaculate--super fantastic interior detailing job.

They don’t want to budge on their prices and they charge you extra if you don’t finance thru them so

It took three days before I received and email... and its been two days since I've replied asking more questions... I hope this isn't how they do business.
