Purchased a used car from Kendall Toyota. Flew down from CT to pick
the car up. On the drive back home, I noticed the car pulled hard to the
left. I contacted the dealership immediately and was ignored. Once
home I took the car to a local dealer. They repaired the vehicle but at a
cost of $2083.00. I can't even get anyone at Kendall Toyota to respond
to multiple emails to discuss the issue. I emailed the general manager
(Evelyn Chatel) two times and left several messages with no response
at all.
Dealer is eager to sell cars but is doing nothing to resolve an issue with
a car they sold. I cannot recommend this dealer.

I mean they were good but I wanted to buy another Mercedes from them with the amount of money I'm spending they tell me they only have 1 key for the Mercedes that's crazzy listen anybody when ever u buy a car from any dealership ask for 2 keys period just like they got dealership fees with regular air in your tires saying it's nitro air and it's included and it runs u about a extra 500 dollars we as customers are entitled to get 2 keys upon perchance. But never the lees the salesman was good they just didn't have 2 keys for the Mercedes I wanted to buy. Listen that's all I drive is Mercedes I remember when 1 key was 500 now its 800 from Mercedes for 1 key. So make it make sense

Horrible and messed up. Contacted them about a car hours before and they said they will prepare the car and wait for me to get there. After driving 2 hours they called me said they just sold the car to someone else! Tried to contact the manager few time, never answered and still haven’t called me back. So messed up. Disgusting

I got conflicting reports about the vehicle even being available. One person said it was sold. Another said the price changed. A third said it was on the lot and she was taking photos. Ridiculous. I’m an out of state buyer and have to rely on the people there to tell me what’s what. Wouldn’t do business with them if they paid me.

We were in communication with the "Internet Department" and verified that they actually had the car on the lot. After a 45 minute drive we
arrived at the lot to be told that this car "didn't pass inspection and was sent directly to auction". That means the car never was on the lot
and was never for sale. They then proceeded to try to sell us other vehicles. I suspect this was a bait and switch attempt that wasted two
hours of our time.
Incorrect information from an "Internet Department" has happened to us twice out of 4 dealers with Car Guru listings wasting a significant
amount of our time.
I was passed on to a salea rep who knew nothing about the car. I test drove it, but there were a few problems. He said he would check to see if they would fix them. Never recieved a call back. I called him, and he told me he would call me back the next day. 3 days later still nothing. Very poor customer service.

Great dealership to work with. Called and dealt with the internet department to secure the vehicle because i was 4hrs away. The sent me extra pictures as requested to make sure i wanted the vehicle. They where fairly quick and got me out fully processed in about 1hr and 15 mins. Highly recommend. Thanks for my gorgeous 4runner!!!!

Excellent! Ruben was awesome in sending me pics of the car and Ronel was quick and efficient. Having the car ready for test drive when I got there. I came all the way from Fort Lauderdale and ride was worth it!

This people made it clear from the begining
that they wouldn't sell me a 4runner TRD
Pro because Venezuelans would easily pay
up to 55k+ cash for them in order to export
them to Venezuela and sell them there for
100k+. They told me that I could order one
and wait 4 months but if a cash buyer
walked in, they would give it to them...
Never even mentioned the grey one they are
supposed to have.
I ended up getting a Quicksand one up 300+ miles north-
west of Miami. Put down a 500 bucks
deposit, they called me when it arrived, I
drove 4 hours from Miami, signed the
papers and drove home. Great service,
awesome truck.
Toyota dealers in Miami suck though.

Poor. I contacted this dealer regarding a used Toyota Sienna with low miles. I received confirmation from the dealer around 6pm that the car was still available. I needed this confirmation before I drove from Fort Lauderdale to the dealership in Miami -- quite a haul (a one hour drive). When I arrived at the dealership first thing in the morning, the dealership acted confused about the location of the car and instead asked if I was interested in financing a new car. When I tried to leave, the salesman said he'd look "one more time for the car" at the Lexus lot next door to see if maybe the car was there. He came back and told us the car had been sold. Seems like I was the victim of the old "bait and switch". Very frustrated I wasted a significant amount of time and gas to drive to this dealership. It's too bad because I was really eager to buy the car...IF it even existed.
