I called and was told the vehicle was for sale on the lot. When I arrived I was told it had sold two days
prior but was still on the lot. It was a long drive and was not happy. They gave me 10 gallons of gas
for my inconvenience. Way to step up. They called me a week later to tell me the deal had fallen
through and if I was still interested. I had already purchased a vehicle. Stand up dealer and sales
man.

Communication from this dealership was average at best. I had to follow up with them multiple times in order to get some real assistance. After days of not hearing back, I eventually got one of their sale agents (Manny) to help but by that time I already found another vehicle at a different dealership for a better deal.

I contacted the dealership about a truck that had been for sale on cargurus for 160 day spoke to a salesperson name dalton worked a deal on a my current truck (I live out of state) the dealership was quick to respond wit a video through out the week I decided to purchase the truck and while the sales manager got me financed as they say the dealership sent the truck to a sister company and says they don't know if they can get it back or not salesman gave me some story, now I said there was another truck I like but after several text messages to my salesperson with no response. To me this is very poor customer service and would not recommend this dealer to anyone I am still will to purchase either one of the trucks that I have financing for through the dealership but no one will communicate with me poor customer service so if I could give them zero stars I would

I was contacted by two dealer representatives. I test drove the vehicle. There were damage to the vehicle not visible on website photos. The price isn't fair and dealer wouldn't negotiate with logical terms. The price increased by $1,000 because I wouldn't finance with thru their dealership. I'd imagine if I had a man with me the dealer would have take the offer I gave him. I had an appointment and the salesman still was jockeying the parking lot and showroom for other customers.

I bought the van and I was very well attended.

I sent trade information multiple times including pictures, they asked for same thing over and over. Apparently they have or had an IT problem.
Then while providing info they raised their sell price $2K which caused me to lose interest.
I got the quote within a day but when I stated the price was more than I wanted to pay I received a bold and large font reply that stated I Guess Not! When the sales manager emailed me asking how they were doing, I let him know about that but I never heard back from him. Really poor.

Our experience buying the Ford Explorer from Kelley Buick
GMC was great from start to finish. We were contacted by
Linnette early the morning after I had sent a request for
information through Cargurus. An appointment was arranged
with George Roman who showed us the vehicle and
answered our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable
and helpful throughout the process. Our financing
experience was equally pleasant working with Adam
Hernandez. Overall a great experience - and we love the

Internet Sales Manager seemed to have no Mngr authority and appeared to only be a person to invite for a test

Went to the Dealership to look at this specific truck, did a test drive and then
sat down with Kenny Lopez and worked a deal that was a win-win. Chatted
with the Sales Manager to finalize. Tom the Finance Manager was great in
work with on the paper work, recognizing that all the paper could not be
finalized until my wife, who had not come with, signed the documents,
allowing me to take the paper and I drove the truck home. All in all, a four
hour transaction.

My experience with this dealer was phenomenal. Everything was actually handled ahead of time by phone and email to prepare for this sale. All I had to do once I arrived was do my test drive where the truck was already clean and waiting upon my arrival. After that it was just sign and initial lol. I plan to go back when ready to by my teenage daughter her first car.

Not very good. The vehicle they were advertising as New was actually used, it had over 4,000 miles and it was not disclosed until I contacted them. I felt this was deceptive and made a decision not to purchase from them.

EXCELLENT! We drove 90 miles to check out the car we'd found on CarGurus. We initially felt apprehensive about contacting a dealer we knew nothing about via the internet. Kelley Buick GMC contacted us right away, we were provided with additional info and pictures, and arranged to meet our salesman, Manny, the next day. The 2015 Honda CRV-EX-L we purchased yesterday was in excellent condition and was listed at a lower price than comparable cars in our 150 mile search area.
Manny greeted us when we arrived and allowed us the freedom to look over the car on our own, ask questions, provided us with a Carfax to review. The entire experience was great!
No pressure, no gimmicks, no hassle at all! Manny was very respectful, easy to talk to and confident in Kelley Buick GMC Bartow's quality of vehicles. It was well worth the drive to buy our car there, and we plan to return when we purchase again! Thank you for an unexpectedly great experience!

I actually received an email saying a representative was "working on a price" So they make up prices by where a customer lives? Plus I received another email trying to upgrade me to a newer model? I think this is the kind of dealer one should run away from, not walk - RUN!!!! Too bad you cannot enter a minus star for the rating!

Set appointment to view car in Bartow, Drove 30 miles from Brandon to Bartow. It had been moved to Lakeland. Drove 15 more miles to Lakeland, car was out taking a customer home, waited again. When car arrived I drove it and the check engine litght was on when I started it. Salesman claims they had put replacement parts in it that day and they didn't fit exactly and thats why the light was on.
Needless to say I did NOT buy that car and wasted a half day and drove 90 miles for nothing. Very poor communication between salesmen and between dealer locations. Won't waste my time again with this bunch. I did buy a car from a very sharp dealership in Tampa.Where the service was as it should be.

I purchased a 2013 F250 from them Feb 3rd 2015, a week later I
took it to a Ford dealership for oil that was leaking underneath, it
turns out it needed a new torch converter,transmission pump and
seals.It also has a bounce @ 50MPH that no one can fix and a
vibration at take off that also is not 100% fixable, the 2001 F250
that I traded to them with 287,000 miles on it has less issues than
the new one, today 4/2/15 it is back in the shop for work needed
to the front end!!! this was a large mistake I understand buyer be
ware but this is ridiculous, I should have kept the 2001 and the
money it has cost me SO FAR to fix this one, guess he traded for
a reason, wished they checked there vehicles prior to dumping on
trustworthy people out there.

we agreed on a purchase price and it was sold to me. Then,the owner decided to keep it for Himself ! I had shipping lined up ,gave them a copy of my drivers lic. and proof of ins. I was told they have a different one he would sell me.Bait n switch ? !!!
Very responsive and accommodating.Internet response was quick and informative with answers to all our requests including additional pictures of the vehicle. Spent a good deal of time on phone and made a 2 hour drive to visit them worthwhile with a mutually satisfying deal on a rare vehicle find. My wife isn't very comfortable with the buying end of the car experience and she enjoyed our visit. It was worth the trip. Staff was professional, friendly and explained options without being pushy. Thanks for a great buying experience. While I was writing this review I even received a follow-up call from the sales consultant.

Tried to sell a flooded car.
I wish there was an option for a ZERO stars, because that's what
this dealership deserves. I did get a response to my inquiry. A few
days later I called to inquire if the vehicle was available (20h
before I would be going to look at it). I was told yes, and that
directions would be texted to me. Never received them - that
should have been the 1st hint. So I drive to the address on
CarGurus, and find out the truck is not there.OK, fine, mistakes
happen.The saleperson verified that the truck was available
(called the other location's manager) and I was sent off on a 13-15
min drive to the next town over). I get there, and the manager
(Kyle) refers to a '12 truck.. "No" I aid, I'm here to look at the '08.
Well, guess what, it is "mysteriously" not on the lot and he doesn't
know where the truck is (gee, should be call the police dept and
report it STOLEN???). Ahh, but he can help & sell me another
truck, the '12 or another truck... and inquires what am I looking
for? Umm, I'm looking for the truck that was advertised and I was
twice told within a 20 h stretch (the 2nd time, just 15 min before I
was supposed to view it) that it WAS
AVAILABLE...SERIOUSLY??? So I go back to the original
(parent) dealership to advise the manager that they have a serious
problem with how they are treating customers. He washed his
hands saying he had just relied what he was told on the
phone...sure, in the era of digital record keeping where UPS can
track the tiniest of packages shipped from QVC, they don't know
where a friggin' 1 TON truck is? When I said that it should be easy
to see how the nasty car salesman reputation is earned, he got all
offended and bent out of shape... Well, excuse me, Mr. Sensitive,
but it is the truth. He did offer to fill my tank, since I drove in from
Tampa (1 1/2 hrs each way) but I want NOTHING to do with their
dealership and I had not come in for charity - I had come in to do
business, and they failed miserably. I was lied to twice, then the
manager at their second lot was trolling to see if he could "help me
out" with another vehicle. I didn't come to the dealership for HELP
- I came in to do a CASH deal on the advertised truck, if it met my
criteria (the last dealer I went to made up a story about the car
being in a dealership in an area that had been deemed flooded
but he vehicles were ok. He had steamed cleaned the engine and
the inside... but failed to remove the DRIED SALT CRYSTALS
under the back seat of the truck - thank you but I needed a truck
not a BOAT...) Nothing they can do gives me back the 4 hrs I
wasted on my only day off in the last 13 days, when I could have
been in Bradenton looking at another truck. So bottom line - buyer
beware. Unless you are standing on their lot in front of the car you
want, and you sign on it, don't trust much of what they'll tell you on

VIN number of the car you looked at and wanted, check it against
the sales purchase order AND check it against the VIN on the car
that is delivered to you... just sayin'

Dealer is decidedly inflexible regarding vehicle prices... Asking way
above NADA prices. Apparently they are not wanting to sell vehicles.
Prepare to be disappointed.
