Established in 1911 by Jack Kelleher and still operated by the Kelleher Family, we are one of the oldest family owned Ford Dealerships in the Nation. For over a century the Kelleher Family has been serving the transportation needs of Families in the Kittitas Valley. We believe in a customer friendly environment. Amazingly kind people and made the process to buy very easy.
My wife and I tried for a couple of weeks to contact someone at the dealership. We received some generic
emails, but no replies to our specific questions. Most phone calls went to a voicemail. At the end of two
weeks, someone finally answered the phone. I was told the vehicle I was interested in was scheduled to be
shown and the salesperson would let me know how it turns out. I never heard back from him and it's been
about a week. The vehicle is still listed for sale.

I emailed for price and more pictures on two separate occasions. The first time I received an email asking for my phone number but no info that was requested. I emailed again with the same request and not giving phone number. It is six days later and I have still not received a response. I'm guessing they have the truck on their website as a way to get you to their place of business.

Bought the rig. Kelleher Motor Co and Matt were great.
Well they wanted to check my credit score and said it wouldn't count against my score which did 3 points went down right away and he said no worries would you like me to check and see what numbers I can get I said well you might as well and I've not heard from him since I've contacted him 2 or 3 times in the past few days with no response I figure since it caused my credit score to go down I might as well find out what numbers he came up with

They responded with a typical pre-written response. I asked another specific question about the truck and they never responded! I don’t care how good of a deal they might have given, customer service gets my business every time and they missed the boat!

They emailed me back and never answered the questions i asked about the car. I looked over their prices and they where hire then most of the cars i was looking at. I would not recommend them to anyone.

buying, but they stepped up and are
covering the cost of the repairs at the
shop of my choice. Good

I had a great experience here. Shopped
for months for a specific configuration,
and found it here, 6 hours from home.
When I called they were happy to hold it
for me and didn't push me or try to scare
me that it would disappear. Every other
dealership did.
