The dealer bombarded me with emails and text messages in the beginning (auto generated I assume). But
when I would actually call to speak with someone I couldn't get anyone on the phone, no one would return
my calls, no one would reply to my emails. I had a pre-approval through CarGurus and I even completed the
online application with the dealership and was told I would get a call from someone in their financing or a
manager but I never heard a single peep out of anyone. About a week later I was notified that the car I was
interested in had been sold. A couple of days after that I received another auto text from the salesperson
suggesting two vehicles I may be interested in, after ghosting me for a week. No thanks. I would not
recommend this dealership unless you want to have to BEG someone to LET you buy a car from them.

Bought the 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4wd and it has a check engine
light on, engine has a misfire and a leaky valve cover. Smells like oil and
antifreeze when running. Oil Change Required Light is on upon delivery and gas
gauge on E. Vehicle delivered very dirty on inside and out. Missing all of the nuts
on the doors and top. Missing a center cap and rear rim. Wires were cut to
speakers so no sound. Evidently someone took the amp and subs and cut the
wires. Loud rattle in rear which we still have not identified. Tires have little tread
and need replaced. None of this was disclosed to me before purchase. I purchased
online and only saw vehicle through photos and a facetime with salesman. Called
and tried to notify dealership of issues (3x) and no one will return my calls. Very
disappointed as there is no follow up once you purchase and finalize the deal, it's
very hard to get ahold of anyone to help. These issues should have been disclosed
before purchase.
I don't like giving ratings until everything is completed. I purchased a car from them it had been in an accident and I wasn't sure about the condition. The car is in excellent condition though and Porsche looked it over. The main thing I didn't like was the mileage reported was not true. The car had 4000+ more miles on it. The vehicle was in great condition and they provided a service contract so overall I'm happy. Still waiting for trade, license and title.

I asked why the car was listed as total loss on car facts and they were up front saying it was declared property loss but nothing more. I was welcome to have my mechanic look at the car too.

I went to see this car last week, the salesperson kept ignoring my calls, I went in and they kept me waiting and the sales team were fighting over commission. Then the sales manager came in and started telling me that I had to pay for some weird fees equaling to over 1200 dollars. After that they wouldn’t show me the car fax. Save your time. These people are horrible and they will lie to you about the price.

Truck had tailgate damage, a hole in the roof exposing interior to the elements not yet patched from lights, missing trim piece on driver's side mirror, truck was dirty inside and out. Salesman was friendly enough but tried to seriously low-ball me on my trade in. My trade in was immaculate. Had engine compartment, interior and exterior detailed prior. Also had appraised before I went so I already knew what my trade in was worth. Left me waiting outside for a half an hour while they talked. Not interested in budging from their price. Disappointing experience. Was fully ready to buy, but they didn't seem to want to sell all that much.

The sound system did not work in this car I found out 30 minutes after transaction because I had to get the Honda code. They claim no liability so far will try to call someone to force liability
A car I was interested in looked very good on the website, but when I went to KNB motors to look at the car, there were tons of dings and scratches that were impossible to see in the photos. The car had black tape all over it that was never mentioned, the engine had zip ties holding most of the engine parts together, the tpms and engine light was on, and the front bumper was totaled. There were tons of misplaced parts on the engine, and the salesman told me they were for "performance" but I know enough about engines to realize he was flat out lying to me. I told them they would need to bring the price down at least $1k, and they were happy to do it which raised lots of red flags. DON'T GO HERE! You'll never get what you expect, the dealers throw out tons of white lies, and they never work on the cars before sale, they just throw them in their lot and sell them for a high price.
My experience with KNB Motors was HORRIBLE!!!! I would not
recommend to buy from this dealership. I purchased the vehicle;
only to have the check engine light to come on when I got home
on the day I purchased the car. I contacted the salesman, John
(who gave good service), who scheduled a return of the car
within a few days for a repair. In the interim, another auto service
department determined that a new thermostat for the engine was
needed. I telephoned KNB motors on the scheduled day to
return the vehicle for repair, to be informed that John was no
longer with KNB, and no one had any record of my returning the
vehicle. When I demanded to speak to a manager, Paul,
reluctantly spoke to me and said he would see what he could do.
He has done nothing; when I call the dealership I'm kept on hold
and Paul does not respond. I paid KNB a $450 inspecdtion fee
and it didn't check the car. I had to pay for the thermostat out of
pocket with no reimbursement from KNB; a very bad business.
Not a very professional dealership. Family and I drove 45 min to see a car. We walk around the lot and sals rep Walks up. The first thing he said was are you going to take it home today. Making it seem like if we didn’t wanna take it home today he wasn’t going to help. So I replayed by saying, I’d like to check the car out before I make any decisions. He then just walks away and ignore us to go to the next couple. We then walk inside the building and wait for someone to help. I see 3 sales guys on there phone not even acknowledging us. We wait 35 min just standing like weirdos with not having anyone take care of us. I then walk up to a young man for some help and acts like he hasn’t seen my family of 4 standing. At this point I’m pissed and really don’t wanna buy a car anymore. But I drove 45 min so I already better test drive. The sales rep pulls the car up for a test drive. Knows nothing about the car. Car had issues the moment it left the lot. Bottom line stay away look elsewhere

I went here was treated very good by Rody the sales guy . Customer service was good. I needed financing was helped by Juanitta. Over all great experience. I was able to drive off the lot with the car I wanted . Rudy was very helpful . He is so patient. Thank you KNB for your top shelf customer service

I purchased the vehicle after a struggle. KNB charged me 9.25%
sales tax. I live in Dupage County and should be charged 7.25%.
When I brought this up, KNB said they always charge 9.25%. When I
threatened to walk away from the deal, KNB said they "had made a
mistake" whereupon they charged me 7.25%.

TERRIBLE!!!! Looked and test drove the van and had a knocking in front of it, was told they would fix it and when I went to pick it up it still had the noise, they took it for a week to fix it and CHARGED me for it after I already put a down pymt down and bank approval. Also, when papers were signed they up the price $500 for a bank fee.. OWNER is very rude!!!! This place is a rip off - NEXT REPORT IS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
The dealer contacted me and told me there was no damage to the vehicle. I decided to drive there and take a look at it. It wasn't bad but
there was a 2019 Flex on the lot which i liked more. They weren't open at the time but I looked at the car and it was pretty obvious it was in
some sort of passenger front side accident. I called the next day ad spoke with DK. She told me, to her knowledge, there was no airbag
deployment or body damage repaired on the car. I did a VIN lookup on VIN 2FMHK6DT9KBA16070 and, as I expected, and as you are
probably well aware, the vehicle was involved in a severe side impact accident in Kentucky and was sold you your company with all side
curtain airbags deployed. Very shady dealership. All of the cars in the back and side lot have damage and then they tell you there has been
nothing repaired on the cars for sale. Don't believe a word they say.

I called about the car and was told the manager was driving it so I couldn't see it. The next day was told it was in detail shop and unavailable. The next time was told it was at dealer's friends shop in Melrose Park. I made arrangements to see it there but it was not there. I called and they said driver took it to lunch. I waited and saw it. Driver said dealer was letting him drive it. He knew nothing about car. It has broken interior hood release handle, delaminating glove box door, missing TPMS in RF tire, missing trunk floor. Seems like they are not too motivated to sell. Strange way to do business.

Responded quickly, I did not buy the car I looked at. There was a mechanical issue with it and the dealer both disclosed and committed to fixing it without me saying a word. I am somewhat mechanically inclined so I have an idea of what I'm looking at. If this dealer would focus on preparing their cars and better presentation they'd easily rate higher. They are on the right track.
After deciding against getting a car, the sales manager, Sebastian, texted me saying that he had $20,000 in discounts available to dole out TODAY. I responded saying I would be interested in hearing the offer. A sales person then connected me. When I asked her for their best price "out the door," she responded with a great price and even wrote "OTD" immediately after the figure.
I got a co-worker to cover me at work, and called to confirm the price. I was then informed by Sebastian that the price was NOT as quoted (in writing) but that it was "$x plus plus plus.". Despite a written quote clearly stating an "out the door" price, the sales manger refused to honor it, instead offering a paltry few hundred dollars off of the price (after telling me he had $20,000 in discounts available TODAY).
Definitely not a trustworthy dealership, take your business elsewhere.

They stopped replying right after I asked that they reveal to me why the camaro I wanted had a rebuilt title. Tbh if your customer knows he's buying a rebuilt car you're more likely to sell it if they know and are OK with knowing what is wrong with it.

Very poor response . . asked if carfax report was available on
the car I was interested in and received no reply to the question
nor any info about the car at all. . in fact they stopped
communicating after my initial inquiry. . with regards to the price
of the car, when they say "it sounds to good to be true" seems
to fit here. I did not persue, especially after reading other
negative reviews that made them sound like a shady dealer.

The sales person clearly told us when we arrived the car was a salvage. Since we were still interested, he started it up for us (battery boost), and answered every question fairly. While this specific vehicle was not in the condition we were looking for, I would definitely keep KNB in mind in future.

Car advertised had a flooded rebuilt title, but wasn't advertised as such. As listed features of car that didn't exist for that particular model. Salesman lied about previous damage when asked, but I was able to confirm full details once I pulled a Car Fax report. I would avoid this place like a plague. Honesty is not the best policy here!

After contacting me initially through email in response to me
asking for a carfax report they told me "we don't offer Carfax
reports." I followed up with a few questions regarding the vehicle
based on pictures and the carfax report which I had to pay for
myself. The vehicle has had undercarriage damage before which I
inquired about. 2 weeks later, no response still. I've sent several
emails and even sent another inquiry directly from their own
website, whenever I call I get either a fax line or it goes to their
voicemail which is always FULL (obviously they never check it)!
BUYER BEWARE! These guys are full of it.

Dealer contacted me probably in answered many questions. He told
me the car was clean title no accidents. When I asked for a video
walkaround of the car his communications stopped. I ran a Carfax on
the car and found out it had been a total loss previously. I was
disappointed in dealer and had no interest in car after that. Bought the
same model car from different dealer.
