I contacted Mr. Kerry about a 2015 Buick Enclave. I realize that they were closing at 6 but he made himself and Mrs. Melissa available for me to test drive the vehicle 30 mins til closing. I really appreciate them doing this. They never tried to convince me in buying the vehicle. Kerry even had other options for me to choose from if I didn't want the one I originally came to test drive. I did however come back the next day to buy the vehicle. The price was such a good deal and below market value. There was not a whole lot of paperwork and most importantly, I was not in the office all day. I also paid a additional fee for the warranty which was just for my mental comfort, but was glad that it was offered. I really appreciate Kerry and Melissa for making me feel comfortable in my purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from Wholesale Auto, Norman.

A salesman was quick to get back with me when I inquired about a van. We kept changing our appointment time due to living an hour and a half away. The salesman worked with us. The sales staff were kind and welcoming. They were willing to negotiate to what my daughter had to offer for the van. They didn't try to pull a fast one on us.

The owner and staff have been very friendly and helpful every time I've called. I drove across the state to do business with them. They worked to get the vehicle back from detail just so I could see it when my schedule worked, worked with me on the purchase amount, and even helped me with a difficulty in getting the car from point A to B. Honestly, the only concern I have is that I paid probably 500 to 1k over what I believe this car is worth. It is a rare find and a long term investment I know will have repairs beyond the obvious cosmetics. This was not something hidden, and I did not haggle. They've always been very helpful.
