Bait and switch tactics used.
Salesperson gives you one price in writing — car gurus price is the same but then the general manager says that it’s $3000 more -I would never ever purchase a car from this dealer. Very dishonest

Awesome, I received great service. Michael Davis gave me and my wife excellent service from the time he spoke with me on the phone until I drove my new Vehicle off Johnson Lexus dealership. I took my two sisters with me to drive my Lexus ES 350 home for me and while they were there with me they was treated great as well. Johnson Lexus had snacks and drinks to satisfy our appreciates until we were able to get a meal later . I had a great experience.

They contacted me, we're going to give me an acceptable amount for my trade and had the deal worked out with a credit union. A man that was IN the dealership however, bought the car, even though I had been speaking with the salesman all day on the phone, and was ready to put a deposit down and pick the car up.

Dealer responded. Warranty prices were the
most expensive of any dealers selling Land
Rovers and Land Rover dealer locations.
The vehicle showed as sold and then
reappeared suddenly for sale due to an

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is one of the best dealerships I've had the pleasure of working with. Eb hit it out of the park! I needed a vehicle immediately and was passing through the area to purchase a vehicle in Charlotte. I found a vehicle online at Johnson Lexus I
thought I'd like to test drive. Eb came in very early, got the paperwork, keys, and car ready for my arrival; the shop wasn't even open yet! In no time I was test driving what was soon to be my next vehicle. The whole process was handled so efficiently and was made simple. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect; it was refreshing. No high pressure sales tactics or attempts to sell me things I didn't need. From sales to financing, they listened to my needs and worked with me to get me the best deal for me, beating the interest rates of my bank. I would definitely purchase from Johnson Lexus in the future. Worth the drive . One happy customer!

I called JL but the person who emailed was not available...I spoke with another representative who stated the vehicle had may have sold but he would check..
That representative had the original representative that had emailed me call me back to let me know it was sold.
The new rep sent more comps the pricing was good but I changed my mind on the interior and I think the salesman got tired of me after several text and 2 phone calls and stop responding....However for 50K I think I can change my mind as often as I wish.... For a Lexus dealer I felt like I was dealing with a corner lot car salesman...so we did 't make a deal...unfortunately....

I had a great experience with Johnson Lexus from beginning to end! The dealership is a hour and half drive away from where I live so I inquired on line. Sergio was very helpful answering my questions and sending pictures of the vehicle. We set up my appointment to see the vehicle and test drive it. Sergio was off that day so Rhodney assisted me. Overall it was a pretty smooth process. Ian, the finance manager did a great job as well.

Awesome experience......Salesman Chris was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I chose, all of my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. He even sanitzed everything before I touched it(steering wheel, gear shift, seats); even down to the ink pen for me to sign the papers. I also received a lot of valuable education from the finance manager as he explained warranty and insurance differences. He even noted that I am a nurse and thanked me for my services and engaged in a conversation about working as a nurse. I really felt at home it was like my own family was helping me get the car of my dreams. I am so happy God drove me to this dealership. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They go above and beyond even during the pandemic that we are currently in, they honestly care and it shows. Another thing this may be small but they even found me a charger to charge my cell phone.

we did the deal, got the trade in value for my car, was told to go to lunch while they
cleaned the car, came back in an hour then waited 2 hours in the show room doing
nothing!! no one offered to show me all the cool stuff on the vehicle, the finance guy finally
took me to his office only to grill me about vehicle warranties and tried to sell me a
warranty. It was endless all i wanted to do was write a check for the balance and head
home which is over an hour away. In what should have taken less than 2 hours for a cash
sale, turned into 5 hours. we ended up in 5 oclock traffic. Love the car though

They call back but are a bit insistive even if they don't have a car for you to buy.. If you contact them about a vehicle, they start to call back about others. In particular trying to get me into other name brands or options. This could be helpful but can be a bit annoying because they then hand you off to another sales person. Typical auto sales tactic dating back to at least the 70's.

I made an appointment to see a used car. When I arrived, the salesman
apologized because someone was back with intent to purchase it. They
did send an email, but I was already on my way so I didn't see it. They
looked up their inventory and found one that met all my expectations and it
was even less expensive than the original car. This was on a Saturday so
they were very busy. I first contacted them the same morning. They were
very responsive. The service was excellent and everyone was friendly.
The only negative is that since they were so busy, it took much longer than
I expected. I was paying cash, took a quick test drive and started the
purchase process. From start to end was a little over 2 hours. I definitely
recommend them and will see them the next time I'm in the market for a
car.

I found a pre-owned vehicle on Carguru's at 11 pm on Tuesday night, sent an email to see if it was still available and was contacted the next morning by my salesman, Travis Howard. I sent him some pictures of my trade (I live out of town) and he sent me an agreeable number for it without any need for negotiation. When I got to the dealership, Travis had the vehicle ready to go and although I was nit picking the crap out of a few cosmetic issues, Travis was very patient and promised in a "We Owe" to fix the majority of them. Greg came out to see what reservations I had about the vehicle and talked me through them without applying any pressure tactics. Jessica, the finance officer was equally as professional, very efficient and didn't pressure me to finance through them. It was easily quickest I've ever bought a car and I will absolutely use them again. Travis is a phenomenal salesman and I highly recommend him and the rest of the Johnson Lexus team!

Great experience! From my initial contact to delivery we couldn’t have been more pleased with the Johnson Lexus team. The were knowledgeable about the vehicle for sale, open to negotiation on price, and accommodating on delivery. New or used their service is without peer. I already made at least one referral.

We checked many cars with many dealers. At Johnson Lexus We were hosted by Mr.Travis he gave us time to check the car let us drive the car to highway. We negotiated n got good deal. It was quick and fair deal according to car market value.

We spent quite some time asking questions about the car and we got very

I did purchase the car. Overall the experience was good. The only issue is
the purchasing process. I spent several hours at this location before the
purchase process was complete. At a separate location, the purchasing
process was approximately an hour.

My experience was great. I purchased the car and it was delivered to my
home in south Ga 3/17/17. When the car arrived it had 19500 miles on
it,was full of gas,clean and looked new.The driver Mr Moss explained all the
functions and answered all my questions.

The only thing i would say that was a negative about my experience
with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is that when they delivered the vehicle it
had 28,600 miles on it instead of the 27,434 that they had posted in
their advertisement on their web site and on car gurus web site.
Although they did drive the car to me which was a 300 mile journey. So
that would make it a 900 mile discrepancy, which is still quite a lot of
miles. Other than that one misleading remark they were a very good
dealer to do business with. The condition of the car was exactly as the
salesman said. We are very pleased with the entire buying experience.

Well worth a 200 mile drive! My salesman, Chris Lawrence,
contacted me promptly after my inquiry. When I asked about the
vehicle, he walked from his office out to the vehicle and gave
me a detailed, personal description of the car. In fact, he texted
me close-up photos of my areas of interest! I made him an offer
that day with full confidence that the car was just as he
represented. I was not disappointed. The dealership provided
me the best car delivery I have experienced, complete with a
big red bow on the car and a gift box inside full of gourmet
goodies. I received a thorough orientation on my vehicle
explaining how each button and system worked. Great job,
guys. Classy operation!

After never purchasing a vehicle using online methods, I was contacted immediately the next morning and received excellent service. I had a friend who lived near the dealership stop by and inspect/test drive the car and he was treated well by very professional staff. I purchased car and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with getting a trucking company to haul the vehicle to my city/state and doorstep. In summary, great experience!

The dealership was very responsive from the moment I contacted
them about the vehicle and even after agreeing to purchase the
vehicle. We were treated so well that if we are ever in the market
for a Lexus, Johnson Lexus would be the first dealership we

Good. Cars were actually listed on CarGurus before they were
ready to be shown but they pulled them out and let us see and
test drive them anyway. We were able to negotiate what we feel
was a fair price and will pick it up in a few days once its been
thoroughly cleaned and Lexus certified. They were very
accommodating and clearly wanted our business.
