From the very start I was welcomed and treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness. I was shown the car I wanted and through negotiations and respect I bought the 2023 Chevy Tahoe High Country. I drove from Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow to examine the SUV and was given a fair price for my trade-in. Jim Norton is a very good dealership with this being my first dealings with them. The salesman and manager answered all of my questions with, I feel, an honest attitude and I felt trustworthy of their words. We met in the middle for a conclution of me buying the car I have been searching for. Trust them, I did and it was so nice to deal with an honest dealership like Jim Norton Chevrolet. Was not impressed with the Kicks, when I first went over, and test drove the vehicle it was ok. I popped the hood to find paint all over, the salesperson found out from service that a paint bucket had been ran over by previous owner. What I didn't notice was the covers for the motor was missing. This should have been a simple we will order them. However, the Finance Manager texted me and stated these were not that important and only protects the motor from damage if something was to go under the hood, and just a little paint splashed from under car not big deal. After posting a review on Google Maps I received a call from Service Manager James who stated he would order the motor covers and get me a loaner until they came in and was replaced. This was a nice gesture. Should actually been done before placing on lot, however. Vehicle returned and exchanged.

Bait and switch. Salesman set up an appointment for 2pm on a day later in the week AND promised, in writing to let me know if the vehicle sold before our appointment. It is a two-hour drive to the dealer, so this was very important to me, AND the salesman acknowledged that. At noon on the day of the appointment, just before we headed towards the dealer, I got a follow up text message confirming the appointment and letting us know they were excited to meet with us and show us the Tahoe. When we arrived, we were told the vehicle sold the night before but that they would be happy to show us "other similar vehicles"

Poor business. Called about a vehicle that was advertised as new, was told that it was in the loaner program, said there was 8 miles on the then told 147 miles and then 200 and something, so they were going to get the car and couldnt get the driver to give it back and they said we will have it tomorrow snd so they have it now and price has gone up 2000 overnight because the rebates changed and they won’t honor the price we agreed on a day earlier. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone

Was told twice that 2 different cars was available on the lot by salesman and when I got there to look at the cars They weren’t there and they tried to sell me something else. I think it’s called bait and switch. I live 70 miles from there.

Price online was a farce, came in with money down and it "wasnt enough" because of the KBB price which wasn't listed. Afterwards, price was increased to the KBB price like it should've been before I came in. Guy was nice though, it was just unfair.

I reached out to Jim Norton Chevrolet to purchase a 2016 Corvette Z51. I asked them for some additional information which they did provide. Then the salesperson I was working with disappeared. I tried texting him and calling him. I finally contacted another sales person who had also reached out to me, and explained to him that I wanted the corvette and wanted to make the deal. He agreed to help me. Later that day, the salesperson called me and told me the corvette had been sold. I inquired as to when they sold it and it was after I had already told the first salesperson that I wanted it. I asked if the vehicle was still on the premises and the answer was yes. I suggested they call the other buyer, explain the situation and sell me the vehicle. I was told they couldn't do that. I will never do business with ANY Jim Norton dealership again and I would tell you not to as well. They have absolutely no integrity!!!! If they are willing to cheat me...then they will cheat anyone

Have never waited so long for finance in my life. Literally took me ten minutes to decide and sign for my vehicle. waited over an hour for finance. Are they understaffed but staying open until 9pm? Never experienced a wait like that while buying a car in my life.

Sorry and will never buy here. I sent them a e- mail through CarGurus and waited about three hours. Called them and he said he was sorry he had not checked his mail and would call me right back. Never received a phone call. This is not the way I do business. I have bought a car on line before but not this time.

I got my mustang that I’ve been wanting for a couple of years now! Yay I drove 2 hours to Jim Norton. My awesome salesman, Jeremy Rector, and I were working on price. Then Jeremy was told someone put a deposit on the car from out of state and that the price was not negotiable. I was pretty upset that his management failed to tell him there was already a deposit on the car. piss poor management! They went sold the mustang to me but did not budge on the price. That was a very disappointing situation. I got a fair price but everybody’s looking for the great price!!

He tried to do find me something but it would have been a very bad car for me the repairs can exceed 100,000$ ,Cale was noce and just trying to find something sporty in my price range their 370z had damage and it was in the shop but listed. The z from pics online looks like those action cars the small shady dealers buy wrecked or broken then fix up. Sorry cale it's just the truth. I managed to find a 2009 auto 335i with 30k miles for 17k mint in and out. Much better deal then what I was offered And I got a 5 year 100k warranty!!!!

Fantastic dealer! Great experience with answering questions and setting up appointment before hand. Vehicle was ready upon visit and salesman was able to answer all questions on the spot. Willingly provided individual break out of all costs and negotiated on additions. Finance department uses very cool electronic desk and they provide USB drive at completion. Extremely happy with purchase and overall experience. Definitely would use this dealer for new or used purchases in the future.

I went to purchase a brand new car but it would not start. They did however find one that was similar for 1700 dollars more. I needed a car on the spot and they knew it. I took the car. The onstar was inoperable. I had to take to another dealership. . They fixed it for free. There was no explanation of any of the features of the car. For that I Had to go to another dealership

Yes I bought the truck after looking at other dealers couple dealers want a trade in and to take out a loan other wise will be higher. Dealers should say that right from the get go not after you test drive Thank you Jim Norten Chevy

Jesus replied promptly, scheduled appointment, car was detailed and ready for test drive. Sales process was relatively painless, F& I process was smooth and whole process from arrival to driving away in my new car was less than 4 hours total. Definitely recommend this dealer!

When the agent contacted me she was very nice and professional. I told her I would be coming by after work the following day to drive the vehicle. The same night one of the sales managers text me to introduce himself and requested if I would be a little late or early to let him know. The following day I got a call from the lady and she inquired if I was still planning on coming out, I said I was after work around 6.after work, I was running a bit late so I text the sales manager to let him know...he replied that was fine. I also received a text from the lady and I told her I was on my way. I actually made it on time and wasn't late at all. When I arrived at the lot, I was told the vehicle had been sold. I was in constant contact with 2 people and not one of them bothered to make sure it was still available. Waisted my time on offering another vehicle completely out of my price range. I was disappointed. I will say the lady that helped us was very nice and remained professional and even kept in contact with me to say she would call me if something came in in my price range and close to what I was looking for. Overall though...I will not go back.

They contacted me almost instantly. The vehicle I inquired about was already sold, but they had one that I liked even better. It was an easy, low pressure sale.

No negotiations buy the vehicle or leave attitude. Will low ball you on trade in which will force you to finance.

Very profession staff at Jim Norton. I have brought many of my vehicle from the memorial location. The staff at Jim Norton take the time to reach out to you via emails and follow-up emails to see if you have any question on the vehicle you are looking for. They do not want to sell cars in my opinion as they stay on the price of their car and give you a wholesale number for yours even if yours is in better shape then theirs.

Out of 4 dealerships, Jim Norton was the best place to make business with. As my first time buying a vehicle from them, I have to say they were really patient & helpful.
