This dealership was probably the best I have ever dealt with. There price for this vehicle was fair and not inflated like all the other dealerships during this time. Dan Rector was great to deal with, his communication, knowledge and attitude was outstanding throughout the whole process. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly and courteous with no pressure what so ever. The whole team made the process fast and smooth. Great experience definitely go see these guys if your looking for a vehicle and want an enjoyable experience.

Good contact, but less than what we're looking for.

They responded that they would send pics. When back to the dealership. But never did. So i wasn't able to show my wife. Since her stipulation fir me to get a new truck is needs to have pics to decide which truck before we get bank approved

I was emailed in a very timely manner went to test drive the vehicle the next day and they made me such a great deal I bought it. I had an issue before I even made it home and it was taken care of right away. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and respectful.

I had visited lots of other dealerships and couldn't be happier with my purchase from Jet Chevrolet. Everyone was so nice, professional and willing to make a deal! If you are looking for a vehicle, I would recommend Shay Hochstein and his crew at Jet Chevrolet!! I ended up with a 2012 LTZ that is in mint condition!

Takes 2 days to hear back from them. Not interested in making a deal on this car, the manager appears to like it for his personal car, so he won't even discuss budging on the price. Salesperson assigned to me seemed disinterested in helping, acted like selling cars is an auto-commission and I was supposed to like the car online and instantly sign and drive. Salesperson did not know anything about the car and told me some wild made-up facts about it, instead of just maybe even googling the large points on the car and sticking to those. Product knowledge in the used car business is hard but if you work at it little by little, you gain a lot from a solid foundation and study on your inventory.

Took a long time to hear from anyone. Then they were rude when someone did finally get back to me. I purchased a car from them years ago and the service was great. Very disappointed this time.

Quick response not right car

The sales staff wasn't up on leasing and seemed to steer us toward purchasing. Not knowledgeable on the car we tested but I suspect he was very new so it was okay. Good incentives and location but the product can't compete with other makes.

Phil was great sales person, made everything easy. They didn't really budge on the car price.

Received a cursory response stating "We still have vehicle." That's it. No further information, no call, did not answer any of the questions submitted. Nothing. Sent a follow up email and never heard back at all.

I purchased my 2007 FJ Cruiser from Matt at Jet Chevrolet. . He was awesome, great guy. He was honest and upfront from the beginning and we worked out a deal which was good for both parties.. I left feeling good and I know they did as well.. my best experience with any dealership ever.
