Salesman showed preference towards my husband eventhough car if purchased would have been for me. Salesman talked the whole test drive and attempted to sale the dealership as well as add ons; not the car itself. Kept us waiting 45 plus minutes just to offer us financing options worse than what we had already told him our bank offered. Warning they will add 799 to your vehicle no matter the saling price as well as anti theft charges of 595 for all non-electric vehicles. 799 is billed as Document fee, and then they add sales tax to it, the title cost and the 799. Making the add on costs often more then the sticker price is below book value. Meaning you save nothing and may pay more. They also continue to email, text and call you for days if not weeks after. They are pushy and harassing. Attempted up sales also include 2300 clear coat protection. They have a demo car in the show room to show you the difference. While clear coat protection may increase value of a car it doesn't by 2300.

Nathan was absolutely stellar in his response to my interest in this Ford Bronco. Despite it being purchased by another customer, he was so kind in his extra effort to reach out to offer other options. I felt like his professional courtesy exceeded expectations. He seemed genuinely motivated to meet my specific preferences in purchasing a vehicle which was comforting. Exemplary communication and customer care because he conveyed that he does care!!

communicated well, and there weren't any surprises along the way. Car was in exceptional condition, and priced correctly. I
appreciate the no-haggle approach when the price asked is fair, which it was in this case. I would buy from them again.
Share was helpful with meeting our vehicle needs. He was very kind and personable.
Financing was annoying. We felt like they were trying to bamboozle us buy telling us the payment would only go up $30 with the add-ons. In reality, they went up $30 + extended the loan almost another year - which wasn't mentioned. Honestly explaining the deal would have given you all a 5 star rating.

Didn’t purchase from this dealer. They only emailed me to begin with. Finally called after I’d already purchased elsewhere. This dealer charges $799 document fee, where I purchased in Ohio the document fee was $350. Always read the fine print!!

Was interested in the vehicle and they called and talked to me once. They have since called three other times and when I picked up the phone to answer and say hello they just hang up. One of the calls I could hear the lady that called me having a conversation with her coworkers and after a few minutes she just hung up there phone.

I purchased this truck. I loved it for the week I owned it. The engine blew up. I did get my deposit back. However, no compassion, or empathy. Also, no department could ever anwser all my questions. The service advisor was clueless. The service manager did tell me the engine was blown. However, he could tell me nothing more than besides to replace the engine would take 2 to 8 weeks. The worst part was Bob. Bob is the general service manager. Bob just does not care nor does he ever want to know all the details. Bob is rude. The only reason I'm even writing this is to inform anybody that me personally as an individual will not do business with this company and will not recommend them to anybody. FYI when I called about this truck the asking price was $65500. I scheduled a test drive the following day and they had raised the price after I scheduled the test drive they did not honer the price that was listed when I first scheduled the test drive.

At 62 years old, this was my FIRST time buying a car at a dealership. I found it confusing and impersonal to be passed from person to person (4 people total) to get all the questions answered and the sale completed. The people were adamant that I answer all their questions, but not forthcoming in answering my questions.
Their fast talking made me feel stupid and unimportant. This was a REALLY big deal to me. I was “just another sale” to them.
The car was delivered to my parents home in Illinois. The transportation company did not call ahead to say their arrival was close. I was promised that the transportation company would communicate with my older parents. It didn’t happen. But- the transportation company did not hit the brick entrance pillars on the way in or out of the driveway. For that, I am grateful.

Great people great service! Prices were very fair as well. If I had one critique its that they delivered the car on empty,,, never ever have I purchased a $75k plus car and had to to frantically find a gas station off the interstate 5 miles from a dealership,,, it quickly killed the few minutes of new found joy I was experiencing. Other than that, good folks!!

It's a real shame that the check engine light came on 5 days after we bought our vehicle.
When I contacted the dealership about the issue, I was met with an "Oh, well" attitude.
The problem may not be covered under a limited powertrain warranty. They don't do
buybacks so we'll be stuck with the costs if it isn't. I think they lowered the pressure in the
tires to make the test drive seem smoother. Also shady that you can't leave a review on
their Facebook page. By the way, their dealership fees of $699 are the highest they are
legally allowed to charge customers.

Aweful. I put a deposit down on this car. Then they told me a couldn’t see it because it was in “service” I waited a week and then was told that someone came in and bought it. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed,I already had my own financial company approved my loan for truck they were selling price was 13,987 they even sent bill of sale to my company while the truck was in their shop getting some repairs they went up on price of truck before even letting me know no phone call no nothing nobody could give reason why only thing I was upset over was no communication unfortunately had to take my business elsewhere
Asked for mileage got form letter not answering my question. Resent question and let salesperson Ana was for my brother. She replied and gave me her info to forward to my brother. Over next 2 days received 2 e mails, 2 text messages and 2 voice mails, one in which left no identity wanting to help me. Had to send them another e mail to desist in contacting me. Worked with public 45 years, this cheeses people off. You cant smother a customer into a sale.
Based on the phone conversations I had with Lisa I would highly
recommend this dealership. I would probably have bought this van
except that while she was in the process of calling me the morning it
was ready for sale someone else bought it. Although I missed out on
this van it is quite impressive that this dealership will not take deposits
on a vehicle until they finish going through it in their shop. Amazing, a
used car dealership that considers quality more important than a
quick sale. If you are looking for a vehicle, definitely check Jerry Hunt
Supercenter. Ask for Lisa and tell her Richard from New York State
told you to call.

I inquired about a 2017 Chevy equinox through an add on the internet late on Monday night and the dealer responded back the next morning. We set up a time to test drive it and worked out a trade. Girl in office contacted me and was very nice and sent me pictures of truck upon my request. Only thing I didn’t like was the day she contacted me the truck was $24000 and then the next day the truck spiked up to $26000. Why would they spike price up when someone is showing interest in truck and the price they had it at was appealing?

Let me start by saying I hate buying cars. The folks at Jerry Hunt were
very nice and helpful. It was because of that that I did not feel the need
to shop around. I had a minor issue the week after buying my truck,
contacted them and they made it right when they did not have to. I
hope I never have to buy another car, but when I do, they will be my
first stop. Jason was my salesman and he was helpful and never once
did I feel pressure. Overall a good experience.

All I got from my three-hour round-trip Drive to Lexington, was a look at a silver Mercedes. And it's still on on your website as blue. Ridiculous. And the salesman I spoke with even said to me, you're the second guy that said that!
Vehicle had a musty odder, even though the truck had been on the lot for a long time not negotiable on price.

Web sales person was lots of help, but the offer changed when I went to buy the truck so we had to start all over. Inside sales was nice and helpful. For the most part I got the trade I wanted and the experience is over for awhile.

Will never ever consider Jerry Hunt. They like to jerk you around on price. Tell you one thing then come back and say sorry it was a mistake, after repeating the price several times in text messages. Waste of time! Shaun was very helpful, it was management that is poor

We settled on a price. I went to bank and got money. When I came back he would not sell at that price. He wanted $1500 mor money. I left. Would not buy from this dealer

Experience was exceptional. Have been looking for sometime and got frustrated with lack of quality and customer service. Went to Jerry hunt on a limb and best car buying experience of my life. Absolutely no sales pressure and Jerry Hunt takes pride in the vehicles they sell to customers. If honesty, respect, pride, and customer service is important to you, than this is the dealer to go to for used cars or trucks.

I was trading a MB SL550 2009 with 43900 on the
odometer. Super Clean car!!! Wholesaler tried to
CHEAT
me. He offered me 28k.
The offer was not only ludicrous but offensive. KBB
and NADA both said the vehicle was worth 31k on
the Low, and 33k on the High side. IMHO they tried to
get over on me. I was also was informed that there is
NO
negotiations on the price of their car. Last time I
checked, THIS IS STILL AMERICA!, and EVERYTHING
is NEGOTIABLE. I did not make the
purchase needless to say.

I got approved. Then was told that he could approve me for 500 down and 200/month. An this was told before me and my cosigner's credit. Then when it was said and done had to put almost half of the money down on the car. Sales representative was very misleading, and snotty nosed.

The sales man Ivan was nice to work with but as we showed up for the test drive another salesman claimed he already had the truck sold which turned out to be a fib. There selection is deep and location is easy. Compared to the other vehicles i have been shopping they were higher priced.
