Watch out they told me the price is $23, 340, and on CarGurus price is $20,748 why lie about price if the price says it on CarGurus then don't change the price I'm glad I called before going in cuz at least they gave me the price they didn't make me waste my time to go and change the price at least they gave me the price over the phone and I told them the price shows up cheaper on CarGurus..

They avoid to answer questions about the car (check engine on the car was on and never answer if the car had accidents) He said that the car was full serviced when I checked the motor oil was not changed. Inflate the car price for more of $1,500 after tax, tag and licence.

The car was fine, the experience was completely disappointing due to the expectation that we would be paying the actual price it was listed for plus taxes of course, but after all the dealership fees it was $3000 more than than the list price, so a waste of time in the end

They only have the ONE picture and NO window sticker I of course wanted to know what options were on it and wanted a couple inside pics. He said he would "get right on that" but NEVER replied back. I called AGAIN and asked for the pictures again they said they would send them said "they got busy" last time....For a WEEK!!??....but NOTHING ever came. It was a good experience for the most part. However the detail cleaning of my car was not that great found dirt in several areas. Also the warranty they had me purchase was a bit expensive.

It’s two days that I’m trying to get info about this car. The sales person was unable to tell me the price plus all the fees. Called 4 times, and she told me “they were too busy”. Last call 15 min ago, and she told me she “believes the car is sold”, and for me to go there to see another car. Terrible! The worst and most disrespectful experience with customer service that I ever witnessed in my entire life.

I first emailed Al, spoke with Tristan, and finally dealt with Mike when I came into the dealership. It was shady from the initial meeting until the finance. ( And, please, make sure to ask about their "reconditioning fee"). That will get you for another 2000 dollars. They mention the fee, but mislead you about how much it actually is. The financing (and forced warranty... for the "best interest rate I can get you"), had finally exhausted me and my grandmother so much, at that point, I just wanted us out of there. The only reason I bought the car is because I did my research, and after much haggling, I found a half way decent deal. It was definitely the typical "used car salesman experience". I would look somewhere else for another used car if I had my choice again.

Lots of hidden fees with this dealer, mostly the reconditioning fee which is the biggest scam ever as well as a $900 dealer fee. Salesperson was great though and did not try to hide these fees.

So far the internet sales rep has sent me an email telling me about him. He has sent an email asking me about me. He has sent me an email asking why I haven’t come in to see the vehicle. He has YET to send me ANY information about the vehicle. I moved on and am no longer interested.

As they state in the on line add they have additional dollars they add on to the price. The sales man told me I was singing to the chorus. Wasted my time! The Ford 150 was advertised for $23,850. When I got to the dealer they add on. $1,600.00 They call it dealer fee to clean it up?? Yet it was dirty?

He had the vehicle ready when we got there to check it out. It was a good experience but I would like to say they started taking the stickers off while we were still waiting for our payment information and didn't say whether or not we were actually going to buy it. We did end up getting it though and I brought it back to be detailed at a later date. They were all very courteous and helpful.

5 days after I was told the vehicle was sold it was still posted for sale.

The customer service experience leaves much to be desired. Nobody is really in a hurry to answer your questions or help. The $100 gift card for a test drive that they are offering on their website still hasn't been sent to me and I have spoken to the representative on multiple occasions. Like I said, they are in no hurry to earn your repeat business.

great I was contacted from both locations I'm hoping to purchase this vehicle I've been up all night working on getting the funds to purchase as you know I've looked at several sites they have the lowest price on The Patriot very good service.

Lots of games during price negotiation. They throw-out prices, but unless it's written it's just a number they used to keep you engaged in negotiations. I found the practice to be deceptive. Additionally, they have a high dealer add-on fee and the advertised price is only available if you finance through one of their lenders. This place is an example of why used car dealerships and salesmen have such a bad reputation.

The salesman José was great, the vehicle was terrible it should not have been listed for sale. The interior was gross nasty basest wore and needs to be replaced. The car seats were very nasty and had sticky stuff all over them. The carpet was the worse I have ever seen in my life. I was very disappointed, I looked at the truck at night so I didn't see and realize it was in such bad condition in the inside.

Found....that. ..Did not do what I asked...or requested. Avoided...the question... Typical...when you deal with one who has only interest...in a sale pitch...than a customer.

I got the car I feel like they pushed me in to it then I find a dent on the hood and dude tells me I just out luck in Florida when you buy used car and signed the papers it’s yours no return.

I asked for additional photos, as the listing only has four, and I would have to travel 800 miles to see it. I received at least four emails back, with all the stock vehicle specs, but no description of the condition, and no photos, but lots of invitations to buy a new Mitsubishi. Kinda misses the point, guys.

On the internet the car model was listed wrong as a xle and i called down there to verify if it was the correct model and they said yes but when i get down there it was a se model. This was the worse car dealership that I have ever dealt with. It just seemed like they just lied about a lot of things. The finance lady told us do not pay the car off in 6 months bc if you do you will get hit with all the interest for the entire 5 years that I would have paid. Not knowing that I have a finance company and the information that she gave us was incorrect. The car had a small issue with it and the agreement was to fix the issue and it’s been almost a month now And the issue is still not fixed. They definately will hear from me every week until the issue is fixed. Do not buy a car there. The only person who treated me right was the guy who answered the phone in which his name was bill and the guy who works on the cars he was a red head and he was nice.

Dont go to this dealer. Was preapproved for a 2015 Chevy trax. Was going to use my own bank for the vechile. An right off the bat they tell me it's an extra 1000.00 because I want to use my bank. Also had 2 trade in vechiles with nada reports with correct info. Offered me 900 fir both vechiles. Told me not to look at those reports. Just a shady deer uf you ask me..

For 2-3 inquiries through email only received generic auto responses. Not answers to my questions. Then, very short answers. Also received an email I test drove car and make offer. Never test drove. Poor e- communication.

Can’t give less than a one so I won’t. I’ll start with the truck. Fantastic condition and seemed to be a good buy, then they started talking. The offer on my trade was OFFENSIVELY LOW, and they don’t make font large enough to emphasize OFFENSIVELY. I wasn’t over estimating my trade by any means more did I expect by some miracle to get a pay day on it. My expectations were as realistic as could be (I later got what I wanted for the car on the first offer from another dealer). I’m talking take the low end of the “fair” condition trade in value and cut it in half and that’s almost what they offered me, they were lower. The salesman took the keys to my car “to his manager” and never returned them (classic move) after I got the offer I told him that would never ever be anything I would do and when they wanted to come up to a realistic number to call me. long Story short, wouldn’t give my keys back tried to make me meet with his manager, I finally got me keys, left. Never go here

I bought a different vehicle than that one but I wasn’t real happy with the finance department how things were handled there I was led to believe I was getting a 10 yr warranty for free rather than the seven year on the Mitsubishi that was brand new. Had to go back spend my time sorting it out redoing some paperwork contacting the finance vehicle to make sure that it was truly done which I still have to re-contact Jenkins to make sure they send the paperwork into Capital one auto finance… A lot of extra work time and effort to me after I had been through a car accident don’t really want to deal with all these things wish it would have gone a little smoother. Stressful.

They said they got the car from another dealer. I drove 2 hours, through Orlando, to get there. When I arrived I was shown the car- the entire front was full of dings, scratches, paint chips and dents- totally unacceptable! They said they ha the car on their lot for three days but no one bothered to call me. Needless to say I was extremely upset, especially with the saleswoman Linny who didn't let me know about this untill I had driven 2 hours to get there. Totally unprofessional and just down right wrong!

They appear to have some decent used cars. However, it's stacked deep and they all need to be washed. Noone wants to go look at a potential new ownership of a dirty inside or outside car. If you can't find a car your looking for here, no worries because they usually can't either. They have too much going on with how many cars they are stacking in their lot. Stack em' deep, don't sell em cheap!

All dealers try to add in the extra price called the "dealer's fee"; this is misleading and wrong. Jenkins attempted to hide in the "out the door" price among the state tax and other state fees.

Jenkins Nissan was very good in the services they offered, however they could offer the no charge 15yr/150,000 warranty offered by another dealer.

Ask for Dusti! She's honest, pretty knowledgeable and helps makes the car buying process as painless as possible. The "check engine" light came on during the test drive so we had to wait to see if the mechanics could check it out. She was patient and stern when ALL the mechanics decided to go on lunch break at the same time causing us to spend an extra 1.5 hours waiting. It turned out to be something minor and fixed easily. Overall, I had a great experience.

This was a great price on a used Frontier with low mileage which motivated me to drive 141 miles from Jacksonville Florida to Jenkins NIssan in Lakeland Florida to buy this Truck after seeing the pictures on the CarGurus web sight and reviewing the vehicle history. I spoke with the web site Manager for Jenkins Nissan who I Think his name is Keith Allen, (sorry if I got his name wrong but I forgot to get his business card) before going to see the truck and he also sent me a Car fax on the history of the truck that validated the information I had already gotten when I researched the truck on a different carfax website. He was polite and not pushy as also the salesman (Rick Dubose) who he introduced me to when I arrived and Rick got me through the steps with the paper work after I test drove the truck. Overall it was a good experiance for me on this day. Of note: I came with a preapproved check from my Credit union with a low interest rate and I had been researching the type of vehicle I wanted to get at a good price for about 2 to 3 weeks through CarGurus and other websites before I made a decision. I would advice anyone looking for a vehicle to check prices on websites such as Cargurus to compare. I think that website prices are maybe sometimes lower than the advertised lot prices and you don't have to step foot on the dealer lot before you make some decision.
