Follow up comment based on our experience. Prior to arriving at dealership "Lou" who we thought we were going to deal w/ quickly handed us to Nate who was the typical car salesman who insisted on us saying our bottom number & signing our name on the paper "to close the deal today so we could drive it home today" after this high pressure technique, Nate leaves & "the money man arrives who actually makes the decisions.He was worthless, cold, not friendly,& says we can't accept that cash offer Nate wrote down & we signed with no other offer given. So we left.Very disappointing. Why ask a potential buyer to name their price then totally disregard it and not try to negotiate.The car was on lot for 4 months, you would think they would've wanted to sell it. After walking out,Nate texted next day but no effort to negotiate despite us saying we were still interested .Jenkins wasn't willing to discuss other offers so at this point we won't be returning or recommending.

This was the ONLY dealer that didn’t lie upfront and offered the most competitive pricing for the FL5. Hence why I purchased it from them and made a 2-3 hour drive for it two ways. Maybe honesty and courtesy is the best policy when it comes to customer service? Who would have thought.

It was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car they put it on CarGurus with no price no mileage the day that got it so I called them they said the price was 5400 dollars way above Kelley Blue Book value within 3 minutes of hanging up I got a new ad from them through Car Guru saying it was 2995 so I went to look at it first they couldn't find it then they couldn't get it around the building because the power steering pump was gone they didn't say that in the ad then they wanted to charge me a $895 dealer fee and not fix the car so I never saw the car spent an hour-and-a-half there only to be told that they did not have to disclose any of that information and they could still try to sell it to me I told them to take a hike I suggest that you do not go there not honest and willing to argue

Excellent dealership! I went in just to look and ending up driving home a great looking CR-V. Tony Moore was my salesman and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He and his manager really went the extra mile for me in many ways and I am very appreciative of the great service I received. The staff is very friendly and the selection of cars is excellent. You will have a great experience at this dealership!
