Dealer contacted. Great early response, not impressed with the dealer working through financing. I contacted and told them
I had pre-approval via CarGurus. I filled out the application on the dealer website. I had to fill it out three times. They said it
did not come through. When they finally said they got it, they told me they found no matches. Asked if they contacted the pr-
approved lender, was told no. ???? Iâm confused why this was so hard working with the dealer, with CarGurus, and the
lender.

Refused to answer my question of, what is their best price the 3 times I asked. Responded each time with information I did not request and stated "here is the information you requested". Insisted upon speaking to me and provided typical dealer bs excuses. If looking for a typical dealer runaround these are your guys. Shop elsewhere with so many dealers available
