I really liked the salesmen. They had their number dialed in and although we couldn’t come to a deal that worked fo us, we did come to a number that was in their their desired deal. I offered a number that I felt was fair for us both. That wasn’t a “deal”. I am still willing to purchase the vehicle for the number that I offered with the caveat that I get
The opportunity to test drive and test the test fullment to my specific need.
Otherwise the staff of the dealer were personable and working toward a deal that would work for both of us. I still am hoping that we can come to an agreeable number

They contact me as soon as I send an inquire. They email the specs of the vehicle I inquired and honest about the price and trade in value of the vehicle I’m trying to trade in. Recommended A++++

Old school sales tactics & gimmicks mentality with ZERO information Or knowledge to earn trust
and business. Kept hounding for an appointment and offered absolutely NO valuable info on the
status of the vehicle!
A truly disappointing system with a failing modern day business approach!

Terrible!
To make a long story short, they never had the car I was looking for and only tried to sell me a car I didnt want... When that didnt work, they then called me to say that the car I wanted just came in. I then went down there and when I tried to see the guy who called me, they had someone else come and show me a different car... When I asked to see the car I came down there for, I was then told it wasnt available... They literally called me an hour and a half before I came down there. When I asked to talk to the guy who was the most responsible for wasting my time, he was of course unavailable.
They had no problems wasting my time!

As soon as I told then I am from other state,your person told me that she has to see if she can sell me the car.I said no problem. after a mail or two, she said that her
manager refused to sell the car out of state whereas other dealer don't have no problem.

The sales associate was really helpful (Fifi) and took her time with us. The car didn't meet our requirements but we will purchase from her if the right car shows up.
Our Sales Rep, Karen, was terrific ... Our rating is for the overall experience, which started off really well, but ended in a VERY disappointing way. We came in to check out an Infiniti on their lot; they were very gracious and even stayed open late for us. We decided to come back during the day to look again. When we returned, again very gracious and we test drove the car at that time. My husband noticed some corrosion on the battery bracing, and we noticed some jittering when we turned the corner and on a few streets, but they weren't smooth streets. Either way, we asked the dealership to check out both items. The initial response was "we do a main safety check, and if those items aren't found to be a safety issue, we won't replace them." Pretty surprising for a dealership to say when they're trying to sell a vehicle! My husband had to explain how the battery bracing could be a future safety issue before they would agree to replace it. So, we didn't buy the car, but returned again over the weekend to check it out one more time. They had replaced the battery bracing, but the slight jittering was still there (very slight, but still there). The car had new brakes and a new rear rotor, so we thought maybe they weren't installed correctly. We were assured again that all safety items were checked and NO issues found. The car was the right price, so we decided to buy it and take it to our local Infiniti dealership within 24 hours for a full diagnostic, to be sure. When we took the car into our dealership, they called us midday to tell us that slight jittering was the TRANSMISSION!! We needed a new one, along with a laundry list of other items wrong with the vehicle (oil overfilled by over a quart, new rear drive cupplers needed, etc). Fortunately, everything was still under warranty and was fixed at no cost to us by Infiniti. We contacted Karen to tell her about it and ask about a couple items left in our trade in vehicle. The response we received was "so sorry to hear that" and they didn't find it missing items. Extremely dissatisfied with how they simply brushed us off now that the sale has been made. Moral of the story, don't but from this dealership. We'll buy our next Infiniti, from an Infiniti dealership.

I have had 2 dealings with this dealership over the years. Both times they
have demonstrated their dishonesty. One time they purposely caused the
check engine light in my trade-in to come on so as to lower the trade in
price. They also said my trade in would just go to auction. Two days later it
was for sale on their lot for double what they said it was worth to them. This
time they misrepresented this vehicle for sale as to the accident this car was
involved in.

Excellent deals, friendly staff, etc.
They were professional and timely in getting back with me. One person emailed me back from my inquiry and told me the car was sold. A few hours later I received a call from someone stating a mistake was made the car is available but the rep didnt see it on their website so they thought it was sold. Appreciated the honesty and setup an appointment to test drive the car.

I called to get shipping price to see about purchasing and Titus
the sales person was going to get back to me with price, he
never called back. Then a manager Kelly called me to follow up
on what if anything I needed to make my decision. I said yes
and explained to her that I asked Titus to find for me what the
shipping cost would be and she then stated she will find out
and call me right back, she never called back. 2 days later I'm I
reached back out to dealership on why the manager or Titus
never called me back. The gentleman I spoke to stated that he
will get a hold of the manager and find out. A couple hours later
the manger leaves me a voice message that I'm sorry but the
vehicle was sold! They kept me waiting for days just to tell me it
was sold! They never ever got back to me with what pricing for
shipping was, even when I told them I was interested. Bogus.

Dealer is very professional. Paperwork is slow but mostly required by law. Didn't finance and it still took and hour and a half after reaching the deal on price. This is the 3rd car I've purchased from them and its always been pleasant.

Excellent customer service. Very quick response to my inquiry. I visited this dealership to look at an Infinite QX56 on Father's Day. Although I did not buy the Infinite, I did purchase a Mercedes Benz CLA 250, which I got at a nice price. The people here are great and price negotiation was actually pleasant and painless. I would buy from them again.

Easy experience to secure the deal on the vehicle. An additional warranty
package was added into the deal without any explanation. I noticed the
added cost on a form and questioned the charge. I didn't like at all the fact
that no one introduced the program to me. I purchased roof racks that
needed to be installed and there were a few clean up items that needed to
be done to the vehicle before I could take it home. I also asked if the car
would be detailed / cleaned up prior to me picking the car up. They assured
me it would be "all taken care of". The car was a dealer loner car so it was
like brand new, but it had some upholstery stains as well as a damaged trim
panel. The repair items were fixed, but the car was never "detailed" as I
suggested, and that they agreed, it would be. All of the employees I dealt
with were very nice, but those two items made me feel like nothing has
changed in the sale of cars; meaning they say "yes" to everything, but don't
perform on anything in the end.

When the salesman ask us to come and drive it the next day we travelled 50 miles......only to get the bad news that it was sold.... waited my time...not to professional. Not kool at all....
