Ive had way better experiences buying cars. Look over the cars extremely well. I found a pellet gun dent in the body and the dealer told me there wasn’t anything they could do. Extremely dissatisfied.

Dealer stated I needed to come there in person to get the delivered price versus negotiating electronically. After purchasing another vehicle from a different dealer willing to negotiate via the Internet, I was contacted by three individuals from this dealership asking about my poor experience, each expressing concern and stating that I could have called them... it’s strange to me how they are only concerned now, but weren’t concerned when I was trying to negotiate the price of a used car at their dealership. If it was so easy for me to talk to one of them, why didn’t the dealer I was working with suggest that I contact one of them directly?

I'm a DC resident and purchased my vehicle online. I spoke with the sales
person about the vehicle and asked if the vehicle had anything broken,
missing, or out of place. The sales person assured me that the vehicle
was in perfect condition (very clean), but when the vehicle was delivered
there where two things that needed to be repaired. The sales person
swore that he never saw the two issues. I took my vehicle to a local
Jaguar dealer and thankfully the two issues were covered by the
manufacture's warranty. This experience has convinced me not to
purchase a vehicle that I can't physically inspect. It's not worth the
headache, even though it did work out in the end.

We certainly meant to deliver a perfect vehicle. Sometimes things do get missed and I am so sorry for the minor issue with the rear seat trim. Our sales staff as well as our service staff work very hard to make sure we deliver a quality product. I hope the gifts Vinnie sent you pleased you after the warranty repair was completed. Please except our most sincere apology for missing the trim idem in the rear seat.
