Dealer agent unprepared for scheduled test drive (waited > 1h for dealer to bring car around). Once car arrived, it was nearly out of gas which precluded a proper test drive.

Very nice car however, the car was priced more than I wanted to spend. Additionally the Dealer did not offer shipping to my location.

Exceptional. From the receptionist to the general manager I was treated
with warmth and professionalism. They asked questions and provided

They were very helpful setting up a test drive as well as mentioning similar vehicles I had
not considered in my search. While I didn't buy there, their pricing was excellent and
below the other dealerships for the same used car with similar makes and miles.

Went to the dealer to see the 2020 X5. Was told to wait in the showroom and someone will be with us. Waited 40 minutes, then decided to leave since we didn’t plan to spend all day there.

They contacted me very quickly, where very accommodating with my appointment. On my visit there everyone was very attentive, friendly, they made us feel welcome, the location is beautiful, and the car was ready to be tested. Justin our consult was amazing, and made the whole process very smooth. Overall great experience.

Made an appointment (was told they ONLY work on appointments)to see the car that I planned on buying. On my way there, they called to tell me someone else was buying the car at that moment!! Unbelievable turn of events. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. If you DON'T need an appointment, THEN first come, first serve works; otherwise any buyer will be shut out if they don't have an appointment before someone else! Extremely disappointed!!
