Great dealership. Easy to work with, helpful, good inventory.
I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them, but while i was there it was a great experience, easy to work with and no pressure, sadly we ended up purchasing a vehicle from another location due to limited stock, so no fault of their own. Would not hesitate to go to them again if they had the right vehicle for us.

Did not want to sell me a car because of my credit ...
Until they realized I had cash on me . Ok that was a
misunderstanding .. I called and talked to a service
manager and I explained I had cash but I had a set
amount to spend .... I was told to come in test drive the
vehicle they could work something out ...
After the test drive I gave my offer and we were 400
dollars short of what they wanted... I said " I can't believe
$400 is keeping me out of this vehicle , the salesman
said sorry we can't take less we have recover what we
put on the vehicle " I said ok and walked....salesman said
they would call if anything changes... No phone call . No
follow up . Just a very negative experience
A week later the price was dropped $400 dollars. I feel
discriminated against and targeted because I was not
able to finance the car.

The staff that was awesome! Originally was looking at the 2010 RAV4 they had there, but left with a another car and an awesome deal. I would purchase another card from them.

The salesman Leon makes buying a car easy. This is the second vehicle we have bought from him and have been very satisfied. No pressure at all. I take time to search and compare prices when making big purchases. Leon always gives us the best deals and is extremely patient to work with. Also worked with Craig who is another great salesman and very easy going like Leon. I got a great deal and had another good experience buying a car from Leon. Would recommend these two guys to work with if you thinking of buying a car.

I had a terrible experience. I decided i wanted
the orange kona sel awd they had on their lot. I
spoke with a salesperson several days in a row
and made an appt for that sat. I made it clear
that i had made a choice and was ready to
purchase it. I live in edmonds and traffic was
heavy and it took over an hour to get there. I
texted my progress several times and received
responsive texts back. When we arrived at the
dealership another salesperson was doing a final
run through with someone else who they had
sold the car to earlier that morning. There is
absolutely no reason she couldn't have told me
that before i drove all the way down there. I get
it, someone was there ready to buy and i was
not. But to continue to lead me to believe that
the car was there to purchase was pretty rude.
Then on top of it they lied and said they had just
sold it an hour ago which was clearly not the
case. I was not happy. I would not recommend
them to anyone.

I bought the car listed in CarGurus at Jack Carroll's Skagit Hyundai. I handled the negotiations via phone and email. Jack Carroll's Skagit Hyundai had the lowest price of anyone in the area. When I arrived at the dealership there was no bait and switch or game playing. The car actually cost me $300 less then what they quoted on email. Jack Carroll's Skagit Hyundai and CarGurus made my purchase easy and fast.

This place was fantastic. The salesman that I worked with and purchased this vehicle, Leon, was absolutely wonderful. Everything was exactly as it was listed there was no uncomfortable awkwardness for myself which was a huge concern of mine in the beginning. I would recommend them to anyone.
Enjoyed a pleasant test drive and the salesman's bumpy route. He was proud to give us a chance to feel any quirks: we didn't. Got back to another gentleman quoting a price $1K less than internet price. Felt excited that they wanted to sell a car. It was only after an hour of paperwork, waiting and running my credit that they came back with signable numbers $3K higher. The paper in hand was for a different car. Uff da! Grateful we found a cleaner car that better fit our budget elsewhere.

They have a vehicle listed as one owner when you go to
look at the vehicle the vehicle was bought in Alberta I
believed used in the oil fields by a company and then the
vehicle transferred to Manitoba in Canada and then the
vehicle was auctioned and sold in the United States
Carfax shows three owners and this is not a one owner
vehicle as stated if you drive a lengthy distance to look at
this vehicle you will be disappointed that the history the
dealership is stating is not correct

Requested carfax or similar report but none given. Next day car was 'sold'.

Dealer gave me the old bait and switch... I contacted the dealer regarding a truck that had been advertised on car gurus for 43 days. The dealer responded stating that the truck had been sold, then proceeded to email me deals on other vehicles. Three days later, on day 46, the same ‘sold’ truck is still listed as for sale on car gurus.

That is a great dealet. I am still interesting used g90. But recommened g90 was expensive for me.
Hugh McLeod got back to me promptly and gave me all the information I needed over the course of several emails. Searching for a Sonata or Have him keeping an eye out for the right vehicle for me. And since the local sales tax rate is almost 2% less than most areas in the Puget Sound, I'll save $400 to $600 just on that cost alone purchasing from them. Hugh is old school ... direct and informative ... with out trying to sell me a car I don't want. Good guy to work with!!!

A sales person responded to my inquiry; we discussed the perameters of the deal I needed to make to which I was advised that such a deal was possible. As it turned out, after test driving the vehicle, providing a ton of information and documentation, and spending half a day sitting in the dealership waiting for the finance manager to confirm financing I was advised that the deal we had discussed was not possible. I left the dealership disappointed and a bit angry at the time wasted and for what I felt was "leading me on. After having purchased 2 new cars from this dealership, I felt that they should have provided a little more assistance with less inflexibility on price and trade-in than was demonstrated. I have probably purchased my last vehicle, new or used from Jack Carroll Hyundai.

Cliff Lee was the internet sales person we worked with. He was extremely responsive, polite and not aggressive. He answered all our questions, helped us find the right car for the right price. We ended up buying the car because of the way Skagit Hyundai does business (posting all prices online without any bait and switch), low pressure sales environment, very competitive prices and because of Cliff. Highly recommend Skagit Hyundai and Cliff Lee.

Best price break within 200 miles. Unfortunately, there was a communication error on their end; they did not want to sell the car posted on car guru when I was in the final stages of the deal. This was a hassle like bait and switch. Finally, they agreed to sell the car listed in car guru as posted. As stated, the best price by any dealer.

Dealer responded immediately. Was very professional and responded to my questions in a timely fashion. I had to postpone my purchase until a later time but will definitely be contacting this dealer when I am ready to purchase.
Gave 4 rather than a 5 because the great price they offered is only for residents of Washington. But price for out of state residents is still worth looking into.

I had been speaking to an internet sales consultant for
over a week about a vehicle. I live over 3 hours away so
it was important that we had the price negotiated as
well as trade information. After finally agreed on a price
I made an appointment to show up there and buy the
vehicle. Once I arrived I was told that the manager who
made the deal had went home for the day and the new
manager was not going to honor it. After speaking with
the manager for a little longer it was found out the
salesman had lied and never actually had a deal
confirm. Very poor integrity and a waste of seven hours
and my money. Do not do business with Jack Carol's
Hyundai they will screw you!

Horrible. The dealer never responded . Went to the dealership myself to view the car and it was a pile of garbage. They are asking wayyyy too much for a car that's been in an accident. And their description of the car is such a lie. They said the car was excellent condition inside and out with no damage whatsoever. Even went as far as to say the car is so perfect you can tell the owner must have babied it and kept it parked undercover ....
Funny thing is. The car fax is not clean. There has been damage and looking at it in person it's very obvious. Several dents and scratches and the paint job/ repair to the passenger side was horrendous. I will say they had excellent photoshop skills though. The inside was disgusting as well. Pretty much all of the car description was a lie and the dealer I saw in person tried to tell me the car was clean until I asked him for the car fax. These people are cons. Wish I could give them zero stars. Definitely telling friends and family not to go here.

Stay away!!!! I e-mailed about the car and Craig responded. I told Craig i was driving over an hour and a half to get there and I wanted him to check the car out to make sure it had no big flaws or smells or other turn offs. Craig guaranteed me the car had nothing objectionalble. When I got there the car smelled like pets. The car was not detailed. Dog hair all over the back. Front fog light broken. Car had dead battery. Warning light on dash came on and did not go off. Needless to say we were going to leave. We did spot another car that we liked and took for a test drive. We liked it, but it was already closing and we were ready to go home. The other sales man said they had a horrible business day and were ready to deal if we stayed. We stayed for an hour and a half and they came down zero dollars in price. A horrible experience all the way around. i would suggest going to a dealer that is more honest.
