Poor people skills, very combative when discussing there fair pricing guidelines. Stated they have the right set set a vehicle at any price, Because I was out of state told me I was not in there market. I own 2 infinity and you would expected much better trained and skilled sales people. Talked with one manager and I understood why the previous sales person was rude, and up the phone, like he could care less. Would not trust or do business with confrontational sales associates. The one associate I was corresponding with thru emails, never returned calls. After I did not show for my appointment Because of the interaction, he later sent me an email saying sorry you missed your appointment. Seemed like a nice guy but never could reach him. I was able to talk with another dealership who was able to help me understand there pricing, and sent me documentation concerning the price of there car. I had a bad experience on another QX80 that was supposed to be CPO so even though this stated in 2 different places that it was certified I contacted the dealer to verify it and make arrangements to buy. I received a text back, not even a phone call, that they would not be selling it certified. Two days later I see it on Cargurus again and they are still showing it CPO. Is that false advertising?

Initial contact was good. Unwilling to negotiate and subsequent contact was not helpful. Email to say if an older and more mileage car comes in they would contact us and called us to say it was sold. We bought a newer and less mileage vehicle from another dealership.

If I could give zero stars I would. The dealer misrepresented the car. The car WAS NOT CPO but I could get CPO for “an additional charge”. Also the car did not have many of the options listed — Premium Plus package for starters. A long drive totally wasted.

they contacted me quickly. They showed me the vehicle and never pressured or pushed or harassed me.

Overall, this was a somewhat pleasant car buying experience. Expressed interest in the listed vehicle, and was contacted very soon after reaching out. I was able to arrange an appointment for a test drive the very next day. In the end, I did buy the vehicle as it was a good deal. My only possible complaint would be the length of time for the car buying process from start to finish ... dealer did apologize for the delays profusely, citing that it was a busy day for them.

The outreach business development manager was awesome. Within minutes of submitting an online inquiry she sent an email and called to confirm my submission was received and to set up an appointment. After getting to the dealership things went south. The sales rep was very inattentive and scrambling around the dealership trying to close multiple deals. Two hours later we were told he would have to call us to tell us the terms of our deal as the Finance Manager was gone for the evening. After multiple calls and text messages, the sales rep kept giving us the runaround. It seemed that he was too busy to deal with us. Subsequently, we ended up going to another dealership and seamlessly purchasing a vehicle. Overall, it seemed that JBA Infiniti is a good dealership, but we were unfortunately stuck with a subpar sales representative.

Poor. Vehicle had wrong top on and was rain soaked inside. They did replace the top, but I did go back to see it. Wouldn't go there again.

The car I wanted sold the weekend I needed to think about my possible expenditure. I would and will return there, even though almost an hour away, when I am next in the market for a car. Five Stars!!
